We booked quite a few rooms when our girls’ soccer team went to provincials in Calgary. Great location just off Stoney Trail made it easy to get to from the QE2, and it was a short drive to the Calgary Soccer Centre. The services close by were great too — anything you could possibly need was available, including Timmies, Starbucks, Safeway, etc. Chestermere Lake is just down the street, a nice morning stroll. It’s pretty basic, but everything is clean (which is a big deal for me) and the staff were very accommodating. The walls are a bit thin, so if that might bother you then bring earplugs. We will keep this place in mind for future stays in Calgary.

Great experience! Very clean and even nicer than I expected for the price. Breakfast included hot items. Close to restaurants and groceries.

Had a great stay at Best Western Plus Chestermere. The location was perfect for us and what we needed. Staff was very friendly upon check-in. The room was clean, and exactly what you would expect from a great Hotel. The morning breakfast (included) was great. Plenty of seating and cheerful and helpful breakfast staff. The hotel pool was just a simple pool with hot tub. Nothing fancy but enough and just what you need if you have kids or just need a break and want a dip in the pool.

Amazingly big rooms! Fit our family of 7 no problem! Pool and hot tub where awesome and they even kept them open a little later since we showed up so close to it closing! Will definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel with excellent customer service. Breakfast foods were limited but good. Beds were comfortable and that's all you really need. Highly recommended.

Hotel staff were very friendly, they hosted a awesome breakfast. Our children enjoyed the pool and the location of the hotel was great with the beach in walking distance and is also surrounded by many restaurants choices for supper plans. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Great location with everything within walking distance. Only a 20 minute drive to downtown Calgary. And there continental breakfast was awesome with bacon eggs hash browns and even a wafel maker.

I'm travelling to Saskatchewan from BC for a family emergency and I didn't think to book anywhere I arrived in Calgary and there was nothing pet friendly available so I tried this hotel and the lady at the desk brought me to tears; this hotel is so incredibly accommodating, and she was so friendly and understanding. As far as the hotel. Its beautiful, new and a great price. I think this will be my new stop for future trips home.

This is great place to stay although breakfast can get a little crazy with small children. The rooms are very clean and close to a lot of restaurants and stores in Chestermere. Close to the beach as well which was nice. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Rooms need more insulation in the walls, could hear the next room till 2. Am. Breakfast eggs stone cold. Staff we're all very nice!

Staff was friendly, rooms were well appointed and clean, and the location was excellent. A bit hard to find, but Google will get you there. Great place to stay. It's right by Canadian Brewhouse.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and it is always excellent! The rooms are always in perfect condition, the person at the reception desk is always friendly and helpful and the pool is always clean and stocked with towels! What more could you ask for?

Stayed at Chestermere BW with my mother. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We were very comfortable there. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

I attend here for my son's swimming classes which he loves and enjoys. The front end staff is always friendly snd welcoming.

Great stay. Other than the people next to our room talked loudly till 2 am. And not all that sound proof. But room was clean and great. Beds were awesome. Will stay again.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast had a great selection from hot breakfast to on the go snacks. The laundry service was very prompt and they took very good care with my garments. Highly recommended to stay. I will be returning for the great hospitality and comfort. Definitely makes it a little easier to be working away from home.

Very clean room with ample space. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Nice TV and small fridge with a freezer. Good breakfast with quite a few options. All the staff were friendly and shared smiles. Comfortable lobby. Quick check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Dear Best Western Plus Chestemere Hotel, We stayed with you September 1-4 and just can't find the words to say how wonderful our stay was. THANK YOU for being such a superb host! Your hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. We were all so impressed. Thank you for getting all our rooms so close together. Every staff member was delightful and we can't wait to visit you again!

Fantastic facility! Great price for the room and it's conveniently located close to all major Alberta attractions and just a short hop to Calgary. The rooms were clean and well looked after, the staff was friendly and efficient and the amenities were great. Will definitely come back next time we visit Alberta!

This hotel was absolutely spotless. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. It was situated close to all amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff is fantastic! They are welcoming and very curteous! Nice and clean hotel. Comfy beds and delicious breakfast in the morning! Will stay again. Only down side is the walls are quite thin, could hear our neighbours all night.

The breakfast here was excellent. Loads of bacon, good scrambled eggs, make your own waffles. Great value with your room. Clerk at check in could have been more accommodating and didn't have to make us feel like we were asking for the impossible instead of turning us away for being 2 hours early after a long couple days of driving. The next clerk changed our room to let us check in an hour early. Even with the issue of the clerk's attitude, I would still recommend this hotel of not only for the awesome breakfast.

Easy facility to reach off hwy 1. I did not have to wait for or go find someone to come to the desk to check me in — she was already there. Room was very comfortable and modern with all services. Breakfast provided was excellent. A terrific selection, all well prepared and very delicious. I especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the front lobby for when I checked in — a 'welcome" sign.

Just got here today. Rooms look good except there was a cupcake left in the fridge along with a cup of orange juice, crumbs and ketchup packs. So that was weird. But the hotel is close to a lot of different stores and restaurants and is walking distance to the beach. Extra pillows on each bed. Pool is pretty small but is enough to keep my kids entertained for a while.

As alway my favourite place to stay in the Calgary area. Clean neat and the staff are always friendly. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay remarkable. Keep up the great work.

Everything except the checkout staff was great. The check-in was great. The staff was really good at check in, the polite outstanding performance by the lady at check-in during reception. Hotel is great, nice location, clean and not that far from Calgary. Good breakfast. The only problem was the rudeness by the lady during check-out. She was so rude and impolite. We booked two rooms and requested an extension of 30 minutes for one room. She declined it very impolitely and not even considered that the guest is travelling a Senior citizen and small kids. Will not stay in this hotel unless management take action to control this rude woman. I gave only one star but my daughter told me to give a three star because the lady at Check-in was so great, friendly and very polite.

Clean and lovely accommodations with a fabulous breakfast area included in your night's stay. Front desk staff is typically cheerful and helpful. We went for a walk by the lake. Beautiful surroundings to enjoy during your stay. Good price. Use your CAA.

We were there for my 4 year old daughter's swimming lessons. Everyone was friendly and amazing… She had a blast and we are going back. Not to mention the hotel is very nice inside and extremely clean.

This is my second time staying here and Ilove everything about this hotel. The location is perfect rooms are big clean and comfy. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I am happy to say I will be telling people about Best Western in Chestermere. Thank you once again for the great hospitality from a very satisfied quest.

Very good place to stay. If your a light sleeper stay on the top floor. Building is new but a little noisy. "Foot Stompers and Door Slammers"

Fantastic stay This is a high end CLEAN and well maintained place to stay. Fantastic choice and supply of breakfast options. You can count on quality mattresses and bedding. Sleep like a king… well rested after our stay. Many hotels have hard low quality mattresses were you toss and turn. Not here. It's cheaper than most best Western hotels yet it's higher quality It's the only place we stay when we come. Lobby could possibly use a TV. … but all in all this Hotel is a 10 out of 10. great job bestwestern.

Thus is a great new modern hotel. Great staff and the Wi-Fi was fast enough to do business with. The only thing I didn't care for is the lack of a bathroom exhaust fan. That's a big pet peeve of mine. I hate having the entire bathroom steam up completely during a shower. This is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

The room was clean and comfortale. Only thing is it was noisey in the morning, I could hear every door closing on the floor.

The staff was super friendly. Check in and check out was fast and easy. The continental breakfast had the most impressive spread ive ever seen. The rooms and lobbies were very clean. Price was reasonable for the quality. Only dings are that the pool was tiny tiny and there were no non healthy snack machines. My 3 year old is not gonna eat cranyberry oat bars and dehydrated kale chips. Would definitely stay there again.

Was there for my kid's swimming lessons, the pool size was perfect for us, after the lessons were over we jumped in the hot tub to warm up a bit before heading home.

Pool was great if a bit cold. Rooms nice and modern with nice artwork. Liked suite area of room, perfect for our small party.

Karen was awesome. Phoned me when the pizza arrived and was extremely warming when I arrived. Customer service 5/5. That being said, the walls are thin. I think the guy next to me was racing airplanes at 11:00. Or snoring.

Very clean and new hotel! Nice looking rooms. The only downside is that the TV has very few decent channels and does not allow for a computer to be plugged in to use for Netflix or any other streaming service.

New hotel which is very clean, nice pool and hot tub area. Excellent free breakfast with eggs and bacon included. Short walking distance to restuarants and nice park and beach area.

Thought it would be fun as a wedding party to stay at the best Western… well that was a bad idea. Asked for rooms on the same floor they put me, the bride, on a different floor. Then they tried to charge me for 3 rooms that were originally supposed to be for my wedding party but they booked them incorrectly so they tried to charge me. It's noisy as well. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone …
