Hi there this is Jesse Zielinski iv been a long time customer and keep coming back I just had some bad luck happen to me and just got out of the hospital I got everything jacked wallet all my belongings and just got out I have my hospital wrist band and my new bank card receipt that I was in the bank for 1hr1/2 make sure I'm me and a new phone with paperwork+ my gmail account with all my receipts from pass stays here at the ramada limited and none of the regular staff that know me by name and face r working and I'm out front because the lady doesn't know me I tried to explain my misshab to her but she don't care I have no pic I'd because it was stolen from me but I have a long perfect record return stays here and I was hoping the management would see my post and help me when iv been knot and hospitalised and just got out and no where to go I have money to stay but the lady won't give the time of day so I'm hoping this post someone hire up will see my post and help me out and my picture I'd I'm on file iv been in room 109 3 nights 154 for 5nights and 111 for a week and half all perfect stays and full damage returned to me for no problems please hope management see this sooner then later I'm sitting out front hoping for a prare.

Broken windows broken door locks. I chose this motel because it advertised free breakfast. I asked the front desk and received a bag with a granola bar a juice box and a half a muffin. No recommendations from me.

I booked this hotel for players participating in Cricket tournament in Calgary. On arrival they were told that hotel is fully booked and two of the rooms that we booked cant be opened from outside as door lock has some problem. Anyhow when they went into the rooms, they found it very dirty and also sheets had stains on it. Every room had bad smell. Next morning at 6 A. M water started dripping from roof. Hotel staff was notified right away but they said they cant do anything as maintenance people were off. When asked for their official complain form/register, they said they don't have any complain system. So my players asked for refund but hotel staff said they can't do anything as it was booked online through 3rd party (agoda. Com). They also refused to do cancellation and said everything will have to be done through 3rd party. Players were very sad/tired because of sleepless nights and it showed in their performance on the ground next day. Pathetic service. I will never ever stay in this hotel and tell my friends/family to stay away from this hotel.

This place is horrendous. Complained about our rooms and was told there was nothing we could do! then when I asked to speak to a manager they couldnt do that and then I had to call the manage after check out, who was incredibly rude on the phone and told me to write a bad review if I wanted! I have escalated to head office and hopefully they will resolve this issue. Holes in the walls, broken doors, dirty sheets dirty bathrooms. Absolutelt disgusting and cant believe they would be ok with putting a paying customer in a room like that!

It's an okay place to stay. I'm not sure what the other reviewers expect out of a cheap 2 star hotel. The location is great as you have easy access to the C-train so you can get around the city quickly. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were dated but fine. The main issue I had was the Wi-Fi was terrible and basically unusable for my entire stay. If the Wi-Fi worked I may have considered staying here for work in the future. Pros: Cheap, great location, friendly staff Cons: terrible Wi-Fi, dated rooms Stay here if you want to save money and aren't too picky. Stay somewhere else if you want to holiday in Calgary. It's a 2 star hotel, what do you expect?

Like many people on here if I could give a zero I would. Our room door didnt work, waited outside for half an hour for the front desk guy tried to open it. We ended up getting a different hotel for the last night due to bed bugs and over all puke feelings. The shower bottom had lifted and there was water underneath, who knows how long that water has been there. The shower curtain was torn by what looked like wolverine… Not kidding. Nothing was cleaned, all the towels were stained. When we asked for new towels they had ran out… Save your money. Pretty sure they're not actually a Ramada. Also all of our friends that stayed here and Us, got strep throat after we left. Coincidence? … Probably not.

If we can only put a 0 star we would. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Mold mold mold that will make u very sick. Very unsanitary situation at this dump. Looking back at reviews looks like this hot tub was never ever fixed. Why did they try and cover saying yes we will try get it fixed. This hotel was covered with bed bugs, mold, stains. How can u get any worse. Check reviews before u stay. These owners dont care about this hotel as they own a few along that street. This is why there so rude and gross.

Very run down! Room smelt like mould! Hotel was very dirty and there was tons of hair floating in pool! Hot tub didnt work! A/C was weak! Never stay there even uf last resort! A dumpster would smell better!

The pool was freezing, the air conditioner sounded like it was going to explode, the fridge froze $50 worth of food, the room was pretty rundown. The only good thing was the majority of the staff was friendly. We won’t ever stay there again though. For our last night in Calgary we went elsewhere.

Not a great experience. Had to get a new key card each day as neither would open our room. The "heated pool" that was advertised outside the hotel was heated to the temperature of a fridge. To the point that my son, who loves swimming, couldn't swim for more than a few minutes without chattering and wanting to come out. Air conditioner didn't work well. So we took the filter out to give it a quick spray off. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it was installed. Not to mention the yellow stains on more than half of the bath towels supplies in the room. But they have a policy to charge guests extra if they use the towels to remove makeup.

A very dated place with lots of wear and tear. Hall ways smelled of stale air. While it is suppose to a non smoking facility there were cigarette butts thrown around the parking lot. People smoking in doors and on the balconies. Room furnishings were dated with 2 broken chairs that could not be used. We informed the front They said they would bring 2 up. Nothing happened during our 2 day stay. Safe didn't work and they charge rent for it. Bath room is literally 5 feet by 5 feet. With a very nice false ceiling. The plastic insert inside the tub is a true fall/slip hazard with the ability to severely injure. There is lots more. All I really have to say is DON'T STAY HERE.

Can I say it’s a huge dump motel? Hallways smell like death and the room wasn’t vacuumed — stains on the chairs — bed comforter is full of cigarette holes — and the knob broke off in my hand when I tried to open the window. Fml.

It was absolutely horrendously awful. The rooms were dirty and dusty. The beds had dust in them when we patted them down. We looked at four different rooms and none were even close to remotely acceptable. The deluxe room had working air conditioning and air freshener. It was the same size as the other rooms. There was even a cigarette butt found in the sheets as well as garbage found in the sheets. The sheets also had holes in them and stains on them. We found a screw on the floor. A chair broke way too easily. A lady was refused a refund. They said they hadn't had complaints before but we knew someone who had complained before. They didn't have a manager in and they said they couldn't call one. I saw absolutely no cleaning staff. I don't even know how they were still operating. It was that sketchy. I was honestly really impressed by how bad of shape the place was in. There is absolutely no way I would go there again. One of the people I know had to actually be confrontational towards the man at the front desk which she definitely did not want to do.

I would give 0 starts. The hotel rooms were hideously unhygienic. The beds were not made and the sheets were not changed. The beds had dirt and rubbish in them and when we went to inform the staff that we were not happy with the rooms they were rude and did not apologize for the mess or the inconvenience of switching rooms. The entire facility is dirty and moldy. Right front the start the lobby smelled like human feces. Once we informed the staff of our issues with the rooms that had not been cleaned they offered us a deluxe sweet which was jusy a slightly cleaner room that had been sprayed with air freshener and sheets that didn't have stains, but did still have holes. I have reported this hotel to Alberta health.

This place was sincerely awful. We went through 5 rooms and all of them were unclean: stains on the bed, nails on the floor, mould in the shower. Topped off with poor customer service: DO NOT STAY HERE!

Absolutely, literally, and undeniably the most disgusting rooms in the history of hospitality! Do not bother saving 20$ you are worth so much more! I would give this place 0 stars if I could! A sincere review!

Quaint hotel, mixed feeling: The Ramada Limited Calgary Northwest hotel offers decent accommodations for a suitable price. Upon checking in I spotted a pair ladies underwear next to my neighbour's door. Surely the staff would clean this up the next day. I was wrong as they remained fixed at their current location for the remainder of my stay. Privacy is lacking as the passionate love session of my neighbourhood bled throug the walls and woke me up at 3am Monday morning. Hot water must not have been included in my room as freezing cold water flowed through the shower faucet onto my sleep deprived body. Breakfast includes self-made waffles, juice, cereal, and those jumbo muffins similar to the ones sold at Costco that look like they'll give to you diabetes, but you think to yourself "it's a carrot muffin". How bad can it really be?

My wife and I travelled from Grande Prairie to Calgary to purchase a vehicle, and got to the hotel. It was cheaper than some so when we arrived the outside of the building was a bit shaggy as per expected. We checked in with the front desk and the guy gave us our card keys to the room. We go upstairs to go to our room to it having a do not disturb sign hanging. Went back and he says “I don’t know what’s happening”. He then reprogrammed us into a new room… OMG! We walked in to find moderate damage to the walls, bed, desk, doors show damage from being kicked in, boot prints with police grade imprint on the bottom next to the bed. There was 2 blood stains on the wall, the lamps had not been cleaned in months, the sheets were spotted yellow in the middle, the same with 5 out of 6 of the pillows! The paint was all peeling, and the wallpaper was flaking off, there wasn’t 1 good thing I can mention about this place! If there was a hotel group that stayed in this hotel, not only would it be condemned, they would just burn it. Seriously sleep in your car first, and save your money. The name Ramada used to mean something back in the day!

Very nice plain rooms, great price pool is warm and nice free breakfast. Best deal. In Calgary for price as well staff very polite and assist with any requests. A. Sorvisto.

Absolutely disgusting. Soon as we walked in to the non-smoking building we saw cigarettes on the ground. My sheets were dirty as well. No effort to keep the hotel modern. Room smelt bad too. Would not recommend it to anyone. Disappointed In the Ramada franchise.

Cheap and convenient place to stay for few days. The only unfortunately part is that there Internet really sucks. But over all its cheap and clean.

Words are insufficient to describe how horrific my experience for one night was at this Ramada Limited hotel. I read the some reviews about this place and regrettably I should have paid attention. Staff was friendly, yes but my room was disastrous. As you entered the carpet was damp and smelled awful and needed to be vacuumed. The walls in the bathroom were almost rotting, toilet did not flush for sometime. There two beds although spread neatly it looked as though the maids just covered the mess from the previous occupants. There were several types of hairs on and underneath the pillow cases. The sheets underneath the bedcovers had bright yellowish and dark looking stains. Room phones where filthy with stained looks as though it had never been wiped over or cleaned ever. Curtains smelled damp. The wooded chair seat had major white stains and not fit for use. The only thing that looked functional was the TV, Internet and heater. The shower floor and walls looked old and out-dated and water pressure was very low. The Hotel itself needs a major revamp. I made sure that my skin was never exposed by touch in that room because the possibility of becoming sick is real no exaggeration. This was unfortunately the worst hotel experience ever. I rated this 1 out of 5 because there was no lower number to go with. This was definitely a very negative experience.

Avoid this place. The sheets were stained, the place looks run down, the pool is more like a bath tub and the service was awful. We arrived on time and they weren't done with our rooms yet. When they finished with one, we waited in it and just when we peaked in the other room to check if that one was done, the cleaner yelled at us. With all that, it still looked like the rooms were not cleaned.

The location and the rooms were really good. Last time it was much better than this this time. Because the room was really cold and the heater wasn't working well. But finally they changed our room and everything was alright. Also I enjoyed the belreakfast too.

Heater in the room was not working at all. We told manager on duty about that and he gave small portable heater. But it was — 40'C and portable heater could not work… so after 4 hours he changed our room but it was also the similar.

To pricie for what you get. If you search for more hotel there is a lot better than this and less money. Even airbnb $30-40 dollars per night. Carpet it is old smelly, definitely the rooms needs some upgrades. Location is good.

Would rate a zero, but won't let me. Checked in after making a reservation earlier in the day, two pets? Edited because they called me to correct their issue, when I checked in I was told it wouls be a 50 dollar fee for one night, $25 let pet per night, it was actually a $25 fee. The appearance was disgusting, the floors were sorry, paint peeling in the bathroom, creaking and popping sound from the walls all night. Did the sock test on the floor by walking around in white socks for 5 minutes, extremely dirty. Usually when I think Ramada I thing of a nice place, this was clearly not the case. Avoid this one!

It was small for the price we paid and it was not clean very good the fridge was on 10 and our food went bad and the freezer had lots of ice in it and the hot tub and pool was good we were the only ones there friday night November 17 there was loud people outside our room to all hours of the night my dog didnt get any sleep same as everybody in the room sat night the 18 we got alittle bit more sleep but we will not go there again cause of the price and space we had problems with our keys so many time it sucks when you are out takibg the dog for a walk and you cant get back in your room so I to bring my dog in to the lobby to get another key.

We came to Calgary for a family member that was in the hospital. We booked into the Ramada hotel. The staff at the desk seemed nice. However, the room was terrible. The bathtub was dirty, it was cold, the heater didn’t work very well. I overheard one of our neighbours said something about condoms, blood splatter and shooting needles. It was very uncomfortable. We switched hotels about an hour into our stay. Will not stay there again.

Where to begin, I did book our reservation short notice and they were able to accommodate that at a good price. That's the only positive I can give though. Once we got into our room it actually looked like a place where you either get killed or take a lady of the evening. The room was large but had a unlocked storage room attached… which did come in handy as there was no coffee maker in the actual room, however there was one in the storage room. The pillows were dirty, the couch was broken, there was gum in the bed and stuck on the bedspread. The washroom was dingy and the walls were dirty, the carpet was gross and not cleaned. The room was freezing, and had a tiny heater, the phone did not work, Well it worked but barely. The small heater cut out in the middle of the night, and made it even colder, and it was not easy to contact the front desk because the phone line was not working most of the time. The front desk personnel were quick to respond but it did not help the dingy, shabby appearance and housekeeping. Overall a weird, sad and awkward place. I think shelters for the homeless are probably better maintained actually.

The corridor smells mouldy and the first room we were given had a creaky bed and a very uncomfortable mattress! The a. C. Had no lid on it and thus we could see all old and dusty pipes… we asked for a room change which the reception was happy to help us with. The new room however was a bit better with a better mattress and a running a. C. As well.

They lack better customer service. Sometimes there was no room cleaning.

Don't go here. I refused to pay an extra hidden price of 250 security deposit. I had already prepaid a night. The desk guy is from the Middle East and hides his hatred for Westerners. Instead they use tactics of super charging your card and hoping you won't be able to fight back. I won't even stay at hotels here in Calgary now. I would rather tent it and save money than to be ripped off or jacked up by corporate lies masked in benevolence.

If I could rate zero stars I would! The staff was nice but the room was disgusting. There was possible blood on the wall in the bathroom, an exploded lotion bottle was used to level the fridge. The air conditioner was disgusting and didn't work. I get that this is a low cost hotel but I usually stay at low cost hotels (I have a dog) but they're usually clean and outdated … but this one was dirty and outdated. I don't know how public health has not shut them down?! The $10 in savings isn't worth this experience!

The room was not cleaned. The toilet still had fecal matter in it. The door was open when we first arrived and did not properly lock. We could hear the upstairs neighbours walking all night and there was dust everywhere. Find a different place to stay. I give 2* because the free breakfast was decent and the staff were nice. But it is not a good place to stay.

I would give this hotel is zero if I could. We the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed and they gave me bloody sheets and then accuse me of burning a blanket when I don't smoke and didn't even change bedding and then they did they put the bloody sheets on my bed. I stay there for 10 days and I will never ever go to a ramada again. I asked for towels for three days and they didn't have any and when they did give me towels they were wet but probably not clean either. I don't know how this hotel is still in business but I will never be going again and I advise you not to as well, they do not clean their rooms properly. You can see leftover stuff from the previous guests, there was blood on the walls, dirt in the bed and cigarette burns. One of my night staying there I had two prostitutes with this older man staying next-door and I asked all night for them to deal with them and they wouldn't they've kept me up all night I called hotel security five times and they did nothing. I went in the pool for one day and you could feel the slime on it and as soon as I went in the pool my body turn completely red and infected with hives.

Please refer to other 1 star reviews. My SIL made a joke about a big stain in the stair well being a murder scene. It did resemble a puddle of dried blood. We laughed momentarily, told her she was exaggerating, and within 6 stairs there was a bloody hand print sliding along the wall… Ten out of ten would not recommend to anyone I like. My family has decided that I'm never allowed to pick a hotel again. They also did not honor the rates offered online.

Definitly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. To start with, as we were checking in one of the rooms caught ON FIRE, with fire trucks, police and ambulances filling the parking lot, the staff refused to give us a refund and told us it was no big deal regardless of the smoke smelling up the place. Other than that, the A. C didn't work, our first room wasn't cleaned so we had to wait for a new one, no hot water and very rude staff. Will never stay in another Ramada chain hotel…

Do not stay here. I have never in my life written a review but I feel so strongly about this… My family and I were travelling as a group if 11 so we booked 3 rooms and we had issues with all 3. The first room smelled like cigarettes, hitting like a tonne of bricks as soon as you enter, even though we requested non-smoking rooms, the second room was so dusty and had spider webs that almost immediately one of our party had breathing issues, and the third room was so damp and smelled so moldy… it was ridiculous… When we asked for different rooms we were first told that there was nothing else available. Eventually we were moved to 3 different rooms, but in the room I stayed in, there were sticky spots here and there, the washroom door wouldn't close, and the water in the shower wouldn't drain properly. This was the worst hotel I've ever lodged at and should be shut down. It's disgusting.

Very deceiving, the bathroom was dirty and smelt funny, our window couldn't open. It was glued shut and the staff is horrible. And the parking lot. Don't even get me started my 3 yr old daughter picked up a used tampon when loading the car. I was furious. Also My son accidently dropped my coffee, so I used the face cloth to clean it since there was nothing else I could use. The maid gave me hell saying that I'm gonna pay for that cause they were new. All I can say is do your research guys. Price may be right but its not worth it. You can get way better for the same offers or better!

Where to start? The room is smaller than ones that I have stayed at with similar price points. The decor looks like they went to the nearest Salvation army store and picked out whatever was the cheapest. It looked like the 60's, 70's, and the 80's had a bastard love child. The bathroom was painted sky blue over what was evidently bad 70's wallpaper and there was no shower curtain. If you decided to brave taking a bath, in order to drain the tub, you had to hold the stopper up, or it would suck itself back down like a 2-bit hooker trying to suck start a Harley. The spout for turning the taps on looked like it was going to fall off and die if you looked at it sideways. Suffice it to say, definitely NOT a place to stay if you have any self respect. Although, it would be a great place if you wanted to have somewhere to rent by the hour. The bed was soft on one side, and hard as a board on the other. I have a feeling that roaches would even be ashamed to be found there.

Rooms are dated but I knew that going in. There's some black stains that I suspect are mold on the bathroom ceiling, air conditioner is missing all knobs so it's basically a fan, bathroom tap missing aerator so it shoots out water at full blast in a cone, getting everywhere. All electrical plugs are so warn that even a phone charger has trouble staying in. No room phone either. Bed is of average comfort but some brownish stains were noticed. Some pillows were lumpy. "Balcony" door was a hollow wood slab with a shed handle and a dead bolt. No reason to go onto balcony unless you're having a smoke and conversation level sounds were clearly heard through the door. The staff were fine, good to deal with but a little hard to understand at times. Our concerns were more with the upkeep and maintenance. Breakfast was fine if not a little crowded with staff and hotel patrons.

My stay was a good stay during my time here… however, I did not agree when this one man and his son were refused a room just because he didn't have a credit card. I was shocked and mortified knowing that this man had been in distress and exhausted from traveling. The front desk personnel would not accept my credit card when this single father was walking away hand in hand with his child. I will not and refuse to stay at another Ramada again just for that single reason. Have people forgot how to help others and support others when they are down… I mean this was impossible, however we are in open arms when refugees beg for help and support and everyone takes their shirt off their back. Does no one realize that we are all on this rock together and the human race is one of a kind against all other alien races… anyway the point being is that this hotel chain works for money, not into accommodation as a service or working towards a better community. All for one and one for the human race…

I pre booked online… Worst mistake ever… Got to our room later then expected. It was very old and grungy… I went to the front desk after being in the room for 5 mins and said "no, we want to cancel and go to a different hotel" but because I reserved online I couldn't get my money back… Staff was great and put us to the "UPGRADED" room… Which was just a bigger room with the same quality everything… Grungy room, stained walls with holes, small TV and the tub was yucky as well! Needless to say we went to sleep and left as soon as we woke up. Do not waste your money here.

… and I usually stay at hotels $100 or under. This one is the worst yet first time have had to message Expedia to ask for a refund. econo lodge is 2min walk away, go there instead — Travelling sales person.

Towels were dirtyand had dirt marks, No proper Wi-Fi speed it is too slow, The bed sheets had something spilled on it, The doors were too hard to open, No proper room service, Dirty washrooms!

Bad service, bad breakfast, not attended so much. Pool is not available even we can see that it is ready to use. Not so clean hotel.

The guy at d front desk was totally rude and untrained, rooms and furnitures were absolutely disgusting. D fridge has a leftover food by a guest, waste bin got no plastic bags and towels were pretty thin and old, the bed has a lot of stain dried spots and some fallen hairs. The moment that Im cancelling our stay there several guest who were complaining bcoz of its untidy and some backed out to find another place to stay… Never ever try to visit this place coz it will just disappoint u will probably ruin Ur time, money and effort.

The headboard fell on my head while I was sleeping and luckily missed my daughter. I complained and obviously wasn't very happy and was told that on my next stay I would get a better deal… This place is run by thieves that are less than sympathetic.

Passable. If you are looking for simply a place to stay, this is acceptable for the price. Nothing flashy, but the rooms are clean and spacious. Decor is definitely dated and the building itself could use some upgrades.

Don't trust what price they tell you on the phone. No matter how many times you confirm "SO THAT'S THE TOTAL PRICE? " of course the foreign workers screw you when you arrive with $26 more in fees and act like they didn't understand the english you were speaking. Old, outdated dumpy room with fuzzy tube tv. Oh my God! This is the worst hotel ever! Did I say hotel? No it shouldn't be called one I think it should be converted to a brothel. If there's a way I could take off the one star I gave them, I would be glad. From the carpet to the shower, to the bed sheet and oh my God the AC! It's the worst I've seen in my life. Talk of their 'breakfast' it's only a person with no hope that will eat that. Dust everywhere! I regret paying for this. And when we complained to the staff, we were told to go write a review obviously they are also tired! The owner should be sued because he or she is just ripping people off!

Filthy place. Will never stay here again. What a horrible place to stay. Knew it was a bad decision when we walked down the hallway. This is the slum of all slums. Drunks screaming and yelling all night. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The room reeks of spilled alcohol and mold. I agree that health canada needs to shut this place down.

Nothing good about it. It was a giant dive. I don't know how it even got a two star rating. Rooms are disgusting and the buildings look like they are falling apart. Wiring for bedside light were just two cords taped together, making a person wonder if a fire is going to start.

We enjoyed our stay. Our little girl and her friend really enjoyed swimming in the pool. We really liked the price. It was very clean and even though the room was a little small, we were just there to sleep. I would definitely stay there again.

I don't know where to start. What a hole in the ground for a Ramada. I thought the name Ramada stood for something. Well I have news for anyone wanting to stay there. I have pictures that would make anyone wanna puke. I had to take pictures just so I could prove that this was the worst place I have stayed well almost stayed. We walked out of our 2 night stay and never looked back. Room has never been cleaned or in the last month I would think. There was a white ooooooozing substance flowing down the corner of the desk (PICS TAKEN) and then there was the chair! wow it was a DNA hot bed of nasty (PICS TAKEN) then we pulled the cover back on the bed and low and behold the sheets have been there since who knows when. Had to visit the washroom real bad and wow what we found on the wall was short of a health Canada violation (PICS TAKEN) was green and brown stuck to the wall. Use your imagination. Have to see it to get the whole picture. The air conditioner was so plugged that if someone would have turned it on I am sure it would have blow'n up. (PIC TAKEN) The baseboard heater was so far from being up to code that if they ever had an inspector walk through they would have there doors closed (PIC TAKEN) SO please pass this on and let everyone know that this is the world worst dive and they need to be shut down ASAP. Just wish I could post the pics for everyone to see. Nasty!

Cheapest hotel I found here. It seems very dirt but it was all I needed. A bed and and a shower. People complain too much. If you pay this rate you can't expect much. Wanna a 5 stars hotel? Pay for it.

I arrived at the hotel and was quickly amazing by how amazing it was. My room was huge and the TV was 100 inch flatscreen. There was a full hot tub in my bathroom and the fridge was stocked with chocolate bars. A monkey butlers came and served us gourmet lobsetr while me and my wife got pedicures. They had a full ice cream buffet and a 5000 meter deep swimming pool. The breakfast was gourmet and the service was unbelievable. 3 clowns came in my room and had a circus and we at cotton candy.

Please, please, do yourself a favor. Save yourself from going to this run down, cockroach infested hotel with the worst customer service known to modern day man. This hotel will take your money, refuse to return your deposit and head office will neglect to call you back when you try and get an explanation. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

Save your money. This place is absolutely disgusting. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, everything is falling apart. The front desk guy for night time was super rude. There were no cups in the room for any type of drinks. Just stay away for real.

Loved my stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location to attend conference at university of calgary.

Pay extra money to stay somewhere else. Where to begin: -Dirty -No shower curtain -In a separate building with doors unlocked -Room smelled like strong vinegar the entire time -No accessible plug ins (e. G. Night stand had an alarm clock on it but no plug in sight) -Channels 18-60 only. -Check in time appeared to be a very labour intensive process. Apparently it has been some time since Ramada worldwide made a visit or they have absolutely no brand standards.

Like the review before me. Should've spent some extra money to stay somewhere nicer, this place is horrible! The rooms are absolutely disgusting. The maid or cleaning lady doesn't do her job she fixed one bed of two while we were away, she didn't give us clean towels or tissue. There is water damage on the roof and the floor feels like it's going to collapse. You could shoot a horror movie in this motel I hated it and I recommend people do not stay here. Condemn this place! They should pay us to even consider staying here.

I should've spent a couple extra dollars to stay somewhere nicer.   First room I arrived at had stuff in it (should've been caught by housekeeping). I complained, response was, "Are you sure you tried to flush? All the rooms on that floor have poor drainage. " They didn't have a plumber on call, so they have me a second room. The second room want much better. Fire alarm had the battery removed. There is mould in the ceiling of the bathroom.

This hotel is disgusting my husband and I checked in and our room was not worth the money we paid the carpet was wet so they gave us another room and it was worse hair in the sink I almost puked the sheets were wet I went to the desk and they said I'm sorry we don't have more rooms left we can give you 10% back I would have checked out but we were very tired so gross do not stay here.

The worst experience I have ever had! I was looking so forward to take my kids on a road trip and go swimming. First of all the rooms are disgusting the TV has only 6 channels that are fuzzy and the carpets are disgusting. There was hair on the toilets and the towels were crusty. The so call heated indoor pool was freezing and dirty. I am so pissed it ruined my weekend. Could not change rooms because I paid online with my credit card. Oh and the so called breakfast with two cereal choices and no bowls.

Horrible. We got there and checked into our rooms at the back and a junkie came out of the lobby area and was looking around like he was looking to break into our cars. Could not find a light switch in one, and finally when I found it and turned the light on it was filthy. Two couches at the end of the dark hallway standing on their sides and then checked the other room and the door was proped open with a rock, and you could see the pry marks on the doors. I found a tool that was used hidden behind a flower pot. We got our money back and went to a different hotel. I cannot believe that Ramada lets this hotel keep their name. Deplorable :> (.
