Do not stay here. The check-in experience was an absolute nightmare from the second we walked in. The front desk staff was beyond rude and completely unwilling to help with anything. My credit card chip doesn’t work, but the card itself had more than enough money available for the deposit. Instead of manually entering it like most hotels would, he flat-out refused to even TRY to process it. Then they charged an extra $21 fee just to use cash for the deposit. Zero customer service and zero effort to help paying customers.
We booked two rooms, and both were terrible. One room smelled absolutely disgusting, the air conditioner barely worked, and the wall rack looked like it was about to rip out of the wall at any moment. There weren’t even facecloths provided. The second room’s door barely locked properly and was incredibly finicky, which did not feel safe at all.
To top it all off, they kept $100 out of our $300 deposit at checkout. They charged $50 because one of the beds had a tiny spot of blood on the sheet after a small accidental incident. It was clearly not intentional and obviously something that would wash out, but they didn’t care. This place is nothing but a money grab.
In the end, we paid almost $400 for two cheap, rundown rooms that none of us were comfortable staying in. Horrible experience, horrible customer service, and absolutely not worth the money.

Hotel is criminal and the “manager” is an absolute joke. They’ll steal your deposit and give you the run-around for weeks that it has been returned. Was told time and time again for probably 2 months my deposit had been returned and ended up having to call my CC to talk to them about it. After I did that, they claimed a stain on the sheets and again refused to return the deposit. I have never experienced anything like this but I guess you get what you pay for. Just about this place at all costs.

I called about 2 hours before I arrived to book the room. The guy I talked to was really nice said I didnt need me ID only my Name and confirmation code. Once I got there is was some chick who refused me because of my ID even though I already paid. Gave me nothing but attitude. Place was dirty I do not recommend this place.
UPDATE: It's been a month and still haven't heard anything about my refund, called multiple times and they kept making excuses saying I'll get it in a week. Never got my money back, place is a total scam!

Scammer they are scamming people like they ask for 100$ deposit. Next day they gave me void receipt and said payment will be automatically deposited to your account. Never got that payment.

Rooms was unkept, dirty and smelly, urine on the toilet seat when we arrived.
Staff was not friendly, quite rude.
Seen a guy came in complaining how his deposit did not get returned for 4 days. And upon checkout, when we asked for our deposit back, the manager calls the cops on us instead of just handing our deposit back!? Worst hotel experience we have EVER experienced!
Cops came told him, that I was well within my rights. Nothing they could do.
Manager pulls a fast 1, double charges for pet deposit.

Super. Com and other sites list the hotel as a Ramada.
The Ramada does not exist.
Very poor service, unresponsive front-desk staff — and not a Ramada / Wyndham property.
Definitely not recommended — charged for a booking at Ramada but this is not a Ramada property any longer.

This was by far the worst motel we've ever stayed in. We were driving in from BC, and this was our only option on a last-minute basis. It's my fault for reading reviews after we booked the place, because we then couldn't get a refund and I'd much rather sleep in the car last night. There is mold all around the taps in the shower, a ceiling leak that happened previously (i went and expressed my concerns. The guy couldn't care less and just said it's from a leak) old liquor cans/bottles clearly used as an ashtray, and the ice bucket had burn marks. I do not recommend this place at all. It didn't feel that they cared much about the rooms or their guests. The guy working last night kept talking in a different language to the security guard, and when I tried calling down to the front desk, the line kept ringing. I eventually went downstairs, and he was just sitting there on his phone. I will be calling AHS on Monday to inspect because I can't imagine how much mold is around this place. I refused to let my daughter go down to the pool because it looked like complete rubbage, and with how neglected everything else is there, I can only imagine how neglected the pool has been. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I hope we don't get home and end up bringing bed bugs from this place.

I wouldn't stay here unless I had no other options. Which happened to be the situation I was in. The rooms were barely maintained, water damaged sink cabinets, broken floors covered with carpet, dirty bathtub, stained furniture etc. Basically, it's a rundown building that someone turned into a motel without fixing anything.
It was cheap but paying a bit extra for a better motel/hotel is worth the peace of mind. If you can't trust a single surface of the place to be reasonably sanitary and worried about bedbugs, you're not going to be able to sleep and the anxiety will eat you up. That is the case for this place and I definitely didn't get any sleep.

My boyfriend booked us this hotel without looking at reviews first, so one could say I was a bit hesitant to stay here.
However, the room seemed pretty clean, it’s a very old hotel so the rooms had an old dingy smell to it, but let’s be honest, stay there a couple hours and you go nose blind, so that wasn’t an issue while sleeping here. The bathroom had a fan but no switch to turn it on? we actually didn’t end up using the shower, but I thought that was odd. A working fan would extend the life of the paint on the walls too as it looked like it was peeling.
But positively, we had a king size mattress and it was very comfortable! the AC unit is old but it made for a very comfortable sleep.
