Rooms was unkept, dirty and smelly, urine on the toilet seat when we arrived.
Staff was not friendly, quite rude.
Seen a guy came in complaining how his deposit did not get returned for 4 days. And upon checkout, when we asked for our deposit back, the manager calls the cops on us instead of just handing our deposit back!? Worst hotel experience we have EVER experienced!
Cops came told him, that I was well within my rights. Nothing they could do.
Manager pulls a fast 1, double charges for pet deposit.

Super. Com and other sites list the hotel as a Ramada.
The Ramada does not exist.
Very poor service, unresponsive front-desk staff — and not a Ramada / Wyndham property.
Definitely not recommended — charged for a booking at Ramada but this is not a Ramada property any longer.

This was by far the worst motel we've ever stayed in. We were driving in from BC, and this was our only option on a last-minute basis. It's my fault for reading reviews after we booked the place, because we then couldn't get a refund and I'd much rather sleep in the car last night. There is mold all around the taps in the shower, a ceiling leak that happened previously (i went and expressed my concerns. The guy couldn't care less and just said it's from a leak) old liquor cans/bottles clearly used as an ashtray, and the ice bucket had burn marks. I do not recommend this place at all. It didn't feel that they cared much about the rooms or their guests. The guy working last night kept talking in a different language to the security guard, and when I tried calling down to the front desk, the line kept ringing. I eventually went downstairs, and he was just sitting there on his phone. I will be calling AHS on Monday to inspect because I can't imagine how much mold is around this place. I refused to let my daughter go down to the pool because it looked like complete rubbage, and with how neglected everything else is there, I can only imagine how neglected the pool has been. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I hope we don't get home and end up bringing bed bugs from this place.

I wouldn't stay here unless I had no other options. Which happened to be the situation I was in. The rooms were barely maintained, water damaged sink cabinets, broken floors covered with carpet, dirty bathtub, stained furniture etc. Basically, it's a rundown building that someone turned into a motel without fixing anything.
It was cheap but paying a bit extra for a better motel/hotel is worth the peace of mind. If you can't trust a single surface of the place to be reasonably sanitary and worried about bedbugs, you're not going to be able to sleep and the anxiety will eat you up. That is the case for this place and I definitely didn't get any sleep.

My boyfriend booked us this hotel without looking at reviews first, so one could say I was a bit hesitant to stay here.
However, the room seemed pretty clean, it’s a very old hotel so the rooms had an old dingy smell to it, but let’s be honest, stay there a couple hours and you go nose blind, so that wasn’t an issue while sleeping here. The bathroom had a fan but no switch to turn it on? we actually didn’t end up using the shower, but I thought that was odd. A working fan would extend the life of the paint on the walls too as it looked like it was peeling.
But positively, we had a king size mattress and it was very comfortable! the AC unit is old but it made for a very comfortable sleep.
