I arrived late in the evening and Derek, from maintenance, was on hand to check me in (they have 24 hour coverage and security). It had been a very long 36 hours of travelling and immediately I entered my apartment I felt at home and was able to relax. A spacious lounge/dining room with large TV and work station, well equipped Kitchen, spotless bathroom with towels and toiletries. Large bedroom with more than enough storage for clothes etc. And a walk in closet with excellent washer/dryer. In the lounge there were sliding doors onto a balcony. The next day I needed directions to meetings and shops and to sort out the TV. Carly, the manager on reception sorted everything for me and Bill the maintenance manager sorted out the TV streaming for me straight away. During my two week stay Carly was always able to answer my questions and directed me to the Field of Crosses for the Remembrance day service as well as my first Ice Hockey game at the Calgary Flames. When Carly was not available then Shereen would always step in. The whole building was well maintained and there is an excellent café 'Alforno' literally 2 minutes walk away. If you need basic groceries there is a corner shop immediately opposite the main doors to ExecSuite. If you are looking for somewhere special to eat, then you cannot beat Buchanan, which is also just 2 minutes walk away. The commercial centre of Calgary is only a 15 minute walk and you have an upmarket shopping centre called 'The Core' in that area.

ExecSuite is truly a home away from home! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and felt completely at ease. The suites are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything you need, and the location is excellent with great amenities nearby.
What really sets this place apart is the staff. Cathy, Bill, Carly and the entire team are exceptional — they genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nothing short of excellent. Their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made my time in Calgary an outstanding experience.
I truly enjoyed every bit of my stay and would highly recommend ExecSuite to anyone visiting Calgary. A well-deserved 5/5!

ExecSuite is definitely the best location for short/longterm accommodation in Calgary. It is good with 5 minute walk to the Prince Island Park and a short walk to shops in downtown.
The staff are all friendly and make our stay very pleasant and comfortable. The suite is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The price is reasonable and we are very happy with our stay and strongly recommend this furnished accommodations.

After moving from Sudbury, Ontario, we stayed at ExecSuites from April to June 2025 and had a truly pleasant experience. The property is very well maintained, and the staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. We never had to worry about mail, security, parking, or laundry. From our first call with Carly at Reception to the day we left, we never regretted choosing this apartment complex, located in the beautiful Eau Claire area – our favorite part of downtown Calgary – and just minutes from Eau Claire Park.

I have spent nearly 4 years living at Execsuite and I was very happy living here! The location is amazing, they keep all the common areas clean and tidy, they kept rent relatively affordable while the rest of Calgary got much more expensive, the gym is fantastic, and all the staff are friendly and easy to work with.

Great place to stay. Location is good with 5 minute walk to the Prince Islands park and short walk to shops downtown. We had just moved to Calgary and needed somewhere to stay short term that was fully furnished, Carly on reception was very attentive to show us a variety of suites to find what worked best for us. The suite has everything you could possibly need, and the bi weekly cleaning is an added bonus. There is always someone available to help with any queries, no matter what they are. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are sad to be leaving.

We lived in Execsuite for a year while we were living in Canada for work. We had such a lovely stay with everyone being so kind and if there were ever any issues they were resolved in a timely manner. Our dog Mylo was welcomed and he had the best time saying hello to all the staff every time he went into the office. Thanks again for everything.

Great place to live, staff are always communicating to those living here and caring about the residents. The building is well maintained and any issues are resolved quickly. The staff truly are deserving of thanks, especially as someone’s who’s rented at other places in Calgary this is by far the best experience I’ve had. Thank you to all the staff! Great location as well, especially for downtown!

Our 3-month stay at Execsuite was a delightful experience. The unit was impeccably clean and incredibly practical, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the massive TV was a welcome addition.
We highly recommend Execsuite to anyone seeking a clean, convenient, and enjoyable place to stay.

2nd time living here and LOVE that most of the staff are still working here 3 years later! Down in Eau Claire by the Peace Bridge, so it's close to amenities, the driving arteries, and walking paths!

ExecSuite is definitely one of Calgary’s outstanding short/longterm accommodation locations. The staff are all customer focused and go out of their way to make your stay very pleasant and comfortable. The front end staff all make you feel very welcomed and very much at home. Housekeeping is thorough and very responsive to individual requests. The maintenance manager is outstanding. The location is ideal for getting around the downtown core. We highly recommend.

We are staying in the tower on top floor and love the location and everyone that works there. The bldg. Is kept exceptionally clean and everyone is friendly and employees could not be more attentive to your needs. We moved in at the end of June expecting a summer term but it has been so great living there we hate to leave. It has a small kitchen and dining area but the bedroom is huge and the apartment is very quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. I think we will be here until we find a place we want to make our permanent address. The location is great, walking distance to so much and having the park and river walkway almost outside the door is fantastic, we walk everywhere. Would like to Thank everyone at 702 3rd Ave for making our stay so pleasant 😊

My stay at ExecSuite Tower was uneventful and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. The suite was clean, very comfortable and it is a great location. I felt very safe and recommended it.

I’ve stayed here many times on trips to Calgary. The units are clean and efficient. The thing I like most is the location downtown a block from the river which has awesome walking and biking paths! The price is reasonable and it’s great for short or long stays!

Nice space – clean and well set up, with good laundry facilities. Great location in Calgary's Beltline district. I stayed for a month in comfort.
