Great place, rooms are great and great prices.

The manager is a racist, sat and waited for rooms, told they would not be ready until 6 pm. From 3 pm on we watched six groups of his kind of people walk in and get rooms. Never staying at a holiday inn again.

Breakfast was good. Room clean. Beds nice. Wi-Fi is good. Quiet.

Love everything about this hotel. The staff are super friendly happy people, very caring and want to make your stay perfect. We had the king size suit, it was huge with a couch and 2 sitting chairs the bed was so comfy and the sheets were so soft. The roon was well stocked with coffee, teas and extra plates and cutlery with a microwave and fridge. The washroom was very clean and big. The pool and hot tub area again super clean and perfect temps of water. The breakfast was awesome to with pancakes, eggs, 2 different types of sausages, muffins and even cinnamon buns! We highly reccomened you spend the night here.

Clean, friendly and comfortable. The breakfast is what you would expect. Choices of cereal, toast, bagels, pancakes and yoghurt. They did have scrambled eggs, I was not a fan. The sausage was fairly decent. I hoped to enjoy the hot tub, but there were way too many screaming children. Super clean, great staff. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel, beds were comfortable. The pool was a bit cold, but I'm sure to those used to Canadian weather would disagree with me.

The beds were hard as rocks, the hide away bed was like sleeping on a bed of needles. Every spring was sticking up. You would be lucky if it even had a sheet of batting in it. And the heater sounded like a jet plane taking off all night. We were lucky if we got 3 hours of sleep and even the 3 hours where not a good sleep. Breakfast was horrible. The bacon was hard as a rock and cold tasted like it came out of a microwave. The eggs were cold and rubbery. The hot tub jets were broke. For the price you pay you think they could atleast make the beds somewhat soft. Breakfast at least warm and the hot tub jets at some working. The only good thing about this place was leaving it.

Amazing beds and staff. Fun pool with a wicked water slide. Definatly a great family hotel.

Weight room, great warmish pool and hot tub with a huge water slide for the kids. This is a newer hotel so the rooms are clean. Rooms on the back side don't really have a view, and the front of the hotel face the highway. Good breakfastand opens at 630 but they seem to open earlier — 530 when we were there.

Awesome hotel stay. Room service is excellent and small details for guest convenience were kept in mind while providing room service. Highly recommended!

Clean rooms, fast and friendly excellent service. So after writing this positive review I happened to notice my ex had written a underhanded snarky review three months prior. A total testament to her incredible selfish narcissistic personality. Here’s an excerpt… “I hoped to enjoy the hot tub, but there were way too many screaming children. It would be nice if the hot tub was in a seperated room, although it's too late for this consideration. ” Number one, she has two screaming children of her own. Might be nice if she’d take them out once in awhile instead of constantly going on selfish excursions on her own… for example “Mexico” (I paid for) She may enjoy the family experience. The water park area at this establishment is set up for a family oriented environment. I checked it out. What more could a family ask for? Maybe next time before building the next Holiday Inn, they should contact her so they can ensure to accommodate her selfish needs… what an arrogant idiot lmao! I cannot believe I actually loved this person as deeply as I did…

I've stayed here probably 50 nights in the last couple of years and generally it's pretty good but any time there is a hockey tournament in town (think early April) it is a preferred hotel for teams. And why wouldn't it be? Free breakfast, a pool, good location, modern rooms, not too expensive. But they let these kids (and parents are not to be free of blame either) run up and down the hallways and slam doors and talk and yell all hours of the night which is not acceptable in an industrial town like Hinton. Other than the staff's inability to control their guests it's a decent hotel.

Nice stay, good breakfast. Heater in room was too loud to use had to shut off to sleep. Kids liked the pool and slide.

Met expectations for a holiday inn, but the free breakfast was tops! Staff were friendly and efficient overall great experience and stay.

Always like staying here good servus, good breakfast, clean rooms, they also have kureg coffee makers know witch is awsome.

I was here for 3 days for work and it was a pleasurable experience. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was that of a typical chain restaurant nothing fancy just the basics. The downside was that the Wi-Fi was spotty and lagged quite often making it difficult to use my devices in the evening. Where this place really shines is the pool, it is so nice to be able to relax in a hot tub after a long day of work. If sent out here to work again, I will ask if I can stay here again.

The heaters in the rooms are super loud (3rd stay there in 3 different rooms — ear plugs used each time). Other then that all good. The broken fridge was replaced pretty quick as well. Nice rooms, decent breakfast. Will stay here again.

Plenty of parking available. Right by the highway. Rooms are clean and modern. Wifi is also fast and I didn't have any issues streaming. Only downside is that the hotel is far from the centre of town.

5 Stars for staff and facility… 7 stars that Holiday Express Corporate gets it! Their main theme is a"Good Nights Sleep" and the rooms are furnished with pillows for every type of sleeper and even a booklet that shows you how to prepare for a good nights sleep. Bravo!

Worst experience ever had in a holiday inn express hotel. Stayed three nights here, no house keeping at all. Receptionist Laida is being racist and horrible not helpful at all not reserving a room at this hotel is a best option. You might have to suffer through same problem.

Decent and would recommend. Free breakfast was included. Selection was good. Room was a ckean, good size with a seating area and had a refrigerator and a microwave. Safe was available downstairs. Water slide and exercise room available. Hot tub was broken. Elevator had issues and rides were a little sketchy.

Clean room but no hot water. When I talked to the front desk just got bad attitude. Go to a different hotel.

Great hotel 4stars because it's a bit steep of a price. Bed was super comfy! Everything was clean they had modern facilities and the frozen cooked easy breakfast stuff was actually pretty decent. Would stay here again.

Great selection of food for hot breakfast. Selection changes daily, includes turkey/pork sausage, scrambled eggs, western/cheese omelettes, bacon, scrambled eggs. Also, pancake maker, muffin, cinnamon rolls, toast, yoghurt, juice machine. Rooms are clean, but some of them need some work (eg. Water stains under A/C machines). A/C available and blows cold.

I booked here for 3 families this summer… and we got there in the middle of strong wind and rain… they've told us that our reservations was cancelled online because I didn't put my credit card on it. However, before that I even talked to their two of their agents/receptionists it was very clear that I reserved a room for us because I was given a confirmation numbers plus I followed up before 24 hours and she even asked for my credit card. Knowingly when we got there a man was persistent that my booking was cancelled online. My sisters were shocked, the kids were tired and restless, my husband was pissed off and Im very very upset because We knew we got there 3 hours before check-in aside from driving almost 6 hours to get there was not a joke as well. Notwithstanding, we have no rooms and that was in the evening with heavy rain. I'm not so happy with their hospitality even though the guy on the desk recommend us to the other holiday inn hotel but the hotel ripped us off too with their rates. We couldn't do nothing but to accepted it because we're thinking of our children whose so tired, hungry and restless. What an experienced! Never recommended!

Good breakfast and since the dining room was full the server found us another room of our own.

Friendly reception, good room, great capsule coffee machine in room which is a step up from most places we have stayed. Good quality shower with a strong powerful jet much better than those experienced in other canadian hotels during our trip. Shame about children running about in room above us most of the evening and next morning, but this was not the fault of the hotel, it's down to the parents. We received a 10% discount at a nearby restaurant due staying in the holiday Inn, so worth checking if eating nearby. Recommended.

Rooms are nice, hot breakfast is good (eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc. ) The pool and hot tub leave a lot to be desired. The pool was murky, kind of gross looking and the 3.5 person hot tub is way too small. You get a little too close in it due to its size. We will have to try some where else when we stay in Hinton (used for when we ski at Marmot).

Exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Along the highway, clean rooms, friendly staff. The best part is definitely the water slide. I suggest checking if the non express holiday inn is similar in price before booking as that one is more in town (Hinton).

Nice, new hotel. About 45 min drive from Jasper. Hinton is however bigger town with more amenities. Hotel has good service, clean rooms, ok location for good price.
