Very wonderful setting, very dynamic and hardworking staff… the dishes are always as good … come out of curiosity, you will stay there out of conviction.

The service is perfect, the welcome is warm and the setting is nice.

Very good location, staff very very professional-not to mention the cleanliness of the premises.

Since arrival the relationship I have struck with the staffs has been fantastic. The meal & restaurant service very good, the front desk service typified by Clarisse & Eric has been excellent.

Great service, all staff went above and beyond during my stay. I will recommend to all to stay here who pass through.

Pullman was kind of a mixed bag for me, it has it's pros and cons I guess. On the one hand, the staff are mostly friendly, Wi-Fi works well and it's located in a serene part of town. Among the staff, you'll usually find some who speak both French and English and this was obviously helpful. In the dining area, Clarise was super helpful, cheerful and always with a smile. Good job. On the flip side, the hotel is quite dated and this shows in some areas such as some fixtures and fittings. After a persistent water leakage from the ceiling of my room for 3 days straight, I had to ask for the room to be changed. The corridors have kind of a damp smell sometimes and the pool wasn't clean (I guess cos we're in the rainy season but perhaps they should get a pool cover). The buffet menu is a bit limited and there's no in-house gym. That sums up my 1 week stay. Overall the hotel is ok and is a 3 star one in my opinion.

From my past experiences with staying in Cameroon, I would say this is a better place to stay with old yet working amenities. The place also has some history being one of the oldest hotels in the country and changed hands several times. Location is very good. Staff and cleanliness is excellent.

This hotel is quite rundown and dated. There is quite a bit of work needing done in the rooms and around the grounds plus the pool isn't the cleanest. The food was OK but I've had much better. It's been OK to stay in for the last couple of days but I wouldn't like to do more than that. Also I think at around £110 per night its quite expensive for what you get.

Hotel is very basic in the decor. Becoming run a bit down and dated. Some facilities basic. No gym. On the plus side, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Much appreciate the omelette from chef Clarice the breakfast earlier and the thoroughly enjoyed my morning.

Doesn’t worth for the money. Air conditioner doesn’t cool so I slept sweating all through night. Internet sucks, I was using my phone internet to work on my laptop. Not to mention hotel is very old and no gym. Food is not good as well limited menu items and if you are very choosy then you are done, I was manage food from outside. Finally the exchange rate offered in the hotel is very bad contrarily. One good think is very close to airport.

Old hotel and sufficiently degraded, no one was the performance and professionalism of the employees who allow us to spend pleasant moments especially at the restaurant Le Wouri during the lunches mainly to the chef Clarisse and her buffet always Well-varied,.

For a Pullman Hotel The suite is rustic damage yet well placed. Too expensive for the quality of service that is very below average.

Quiet Hotel, I am there for a meeting. The bar is nice and comfortable.

The meal was excellent and well disposed. Just kindly avoid the unintentional passages of the staff with the landscaping equipment of the seminar rooms.

Formerly called Le MÉRIDIEN. My God, it's getting bad for one of the most luxurious hotels in town. The staff is not the most welcoming and the rooms are not especially clean if you take a closer look. The furniture has become obsolete and the luminaires have trouble lighting. Apart from that, several restaurants are available. Self-Service banking at disposal and a few shops of souvenirs present on the ground floor.

It is difficult to get a bit of comfort in this area.

Clean rooms but poor customer service. I decided not to stay here and went to SAWA where I paid less money for a better n pleasant service.

Old establishment, will also close for rehabilitation. Musty smell in the rooms. High price for a not chic place at all.

For an international chain hotel this is very disappointing. Old rooms, not renovated for decades, damp smelling corridors, lift access requiring luck to work. Best part is the lobby and outside area, but bar ran out of all draft beer, really not the standard expected from a Pullman hotel.

Restaurant very good. Staff very friendly. The only downside was that the rooms are very old and need revamping.

This hotel reminds you of hotel out of '80s. And has facilities of that era. Saving grace is a nice wood fired pizza restaurant by the pool. Rooms are small, but clean. This place has no gym (my main grouse).

Good but much must be done in terms of cleaning. Toilets are old.

Breakfast buffet Sunday a nullity abyssal, we ordered snacks (table 10), which we were served cold, dry and inedible, scandalous for a hotel of this category, it is this making fun of the customer.

The restore is super chic ; the brunch organizing at the edge of the pool on Sundays, will not leave anyone indifferent of the city of Douala. Great atmosphere. Bai really liked me and my family we will stay there again. But the building is to renovate it to the image pullman.

It's in a quiet location. Not far from city center. Not advisable to walk around at night.

Food was good but credit card machine wouldn't work and both ATMs were out of service.

J'aime bien, surtout les menus proposés par le Restaurant le Wouri. J'y ai passé un moment très agréable en compagnie de mes enfants. Mais l'hôtel perd un peu de sa superbe. Un peu d'entretien ne rentrait l'ensemble que meilleur!

Good outdoor bar that serves delicious grilled food.

At our arrivals rooms not available before 10 pm. Check out more access to the Wi-Fi even if you stay some time in the lobby. Basic rooms. Staff moderately welcoming and little concerns.

Nice setting. Comfortable bedding. However, the Deco can be improved.

Good for their brunch and breakfast offers. The rooms are so so. The bar is very bad with no selection.
