Homy… spacious room… and very comfortable. Love this place and the staff are so helpful.

Perfect location between downtown and the tourist area. The price was surprisingly cheap for the five star quality, the happy hour, cheap meals, and free tuk tuk’s! Definitely making this a get away location.

The room I stayed in is clean and has a huge shower/bath room. There is a pool just outside the guest rooms and it is clean. Free Tuk Tuk rides are provided to the city area and to the airport. The staff are friendly and polite. Will stay here again. (Remember to bring along mozy repellent to Siem Reap)

One of our long-term favorites in Siem Reap. We've been coming here on and off for over 6 years. As you see in the photos, this hotel has a serene garden environment with a nice clean pool. While at first glance it may seem far from downtown, not to worry, they run their own tuk tuk shuttle service! There is also a small spa run in conjunction with a nearby spa so that they can offer more than might be possible for a boutique hotel. They also have a nice restaurant with good food. For most, breakfast is included and it is more than one person can eat (or should eat) with eggs, meat, fruit and a bakery assortment including toast, pancake, pastry, french toast, etc! The rooms are generally very clean and comfortable, situated around the garden pool. If you choose The Moon Boutique, I don't think that you will be disappointed (and if you have an issue, contact the management and they will be happy to help.

Stayed here many times and never had any problems. Great breakfast, nice swimming pool, and really helpful and friendly staff. Location is a bit far away from the action in Siem Reap, but the free tuk tuk makes up for it.

It's a quite, cozy and tastefully done. Not far from downtown and yet a quite place. Pleasant and always helpful staff. Simply superb. A good place to come with kids or just the two of you.

For the price this is an awesome hotel. A bit away from everything but they offer a free ride into down town and a free ride to the airport. Your stay also comes with free breakfast. Glad to have stayed here.

Beautiful hotel in Siam reap with outdoor pool and very helpful attention.

Small oasis on the outskirts of Siem Reap I was in mid-February 2017 for 5 nights at the Moon Boutique. Booked had a double room with breakfast for just over 40 euros the night.
Location: Located in the middle of Siem Reap – on a quiet side street. It is a good 1, 5 kilometers to the center.
The top is the shuttle service offered by the hotel to the centre. Whenever you want to go to the centre, you get in touch at the reception. The Tuk-Tuk then starts. I got a mobile phone to call the hotel to be picked up by the Tuk-Tuk again. Actually worked great.
To the room: The room was very spacious and functional. The hotel is single-storey, the rooms have an orientation into the courtyard and are therefore relatively dark. It didn't bother me any further because the room included a small terrace with seating and views of the pool. The courtyard with pool is lovingly designed and beautifully planted.
The air conditioning has worked flawlessly. The safe in the room was free. Too small for a notebook, but that can deposit at the front desk. The W-Lan in the room was also free and worked without any problems.
The room was down to small things (e. G. The running rails of the windows) very clean. The bed was super comfortable, there was nothing wrong with the sheets and towels.
For meals: When you eat, you sit outdoors. Breakfast was á la carte, delicious and freshly prepared.

Staff is very nice and friendly! They offer free tuktuk rides to city area.

Took us 2 days to crawl out, very chilled, lovely pool, cold beer, and of course lovely staff, smiley smiley faces everywhere.

Lovely hotel! The staff goes above and beyond and are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean. The bathrooms are huge and have a nice bathtub and good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Nice pool and relaxing atmosphere. The included breakfast was a good variety and large portions. They provide tuk tuks for free to and from town and the airport. The free Wi-Fi was fast. They also have spa services on site. Great value for your money. I would stay here again for sure.

Waw! Beautiful hotel, clean spacy rooms, nice pool and very friendly professional staff. You can take a free Tuktuk ride to the city. You get a phone from the hotel to call them, when you want to go back.

The staff here is amazing and always helpful. Should be a 4 star hotel rather than a 3. Love it! We will definitely stay here again. We arrived early and the front desk allowed us to check-in early at 8am. Checkout time is noon and they allowed us to check out at 1400. The management should commend all your staff members for their professionalism! BRAVO!

Amazing hotel. Beautiful pool and bar/restaurant area and well appointed rooms with large bathrooms. All of the staff were very helpful. We also enjoyed the spa, which was easy to arrange and very reasonable. The hotel is a short distance from town, but the hotel staff will quickly drive you into town via tuk tuk and provide a local phone so you can be picked up when you need to come back. The hotel also helps arrange tours of the temples and packaged our breakfast for us as we left at almost 5:00am. Highly recommended!

Great place for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are reasonably clean. A bit further away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you want to go anywhere just talk to the front desk and they'll take you anywhere you want to go via tuk tuk. They'll so give you a cellphone so you can call the hotel when you want them to pick you up. If you're looking for somewhere nice and quiet to stay, this is the place.

We're a family of four with two young teenagers children from Sydney Australia. We stayed here for four days. It is a beautiful intimate tropical hideaway. Their rooms are spaces and clean. The sparkling pool surrounded by green lush tropical garden but the staff is very much a huge asset to this place. They very attentive, helpful and always services with a beautiful smile. The location is around 5minutes tuk tuk to the town center which the hotel provides a free pick up and drop off. They're also lent you a mobile so you can call for pick up. Complementary pick up and drop off at the airport as well. Our flight was at 4:55pm and they've let us stayed till time to leave for the airport. We've always stayed at 4 or 5 star establishments on our annual family holiday in the past. This by far is our best experience. We highly recommended this hotel to everyone heading to Siem Reap. Away from all the noises of the town center.

My daughter and I enjoyed a delightful stay at this lovely tiny hotel in Siem Reap during our visit in August. What a gem of a hotel — beautiful entryway and dining area, lovely pool, simple but clean rooms. Reasonable price. The service was attentive and friendly. As we were leaving Siem Reap with our luggage on the last day, there was suddenly a extremely heavy downpour. The manager, Veasna (Sna) was so helpful in locating a taxi for us… eventually locating his brother who borrowed a car to take us to the airport. Service above and beyond expectation! I highly recommend this sweet boutique hotel with excellent attentive service.

We are staying G here at the moment and can confirm that this is a great place to stay in Siem Reap. The staff are very good and friendly the restaurant is also a Google place to eat and tuk tuk lifts into the town or anywhere you want to go are all free and the drivers are so obliging and polite. A little out of town but you see some of the street life on the tuk tuk journeys. Only 5 — 8 minute trips into town.

Stayed here 2 years ago. I loved it.

We are having a great four days stay! Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Very easy to get to town with their tuk-tuk service. We never waited more than ten minutes to be picked up. The pool is excellent for a cool down after a long hot day visiting temples. Tge breakfast is also fairly good. I would definitely recommend! Excellent deal for price-quality.
