Good: Very friendly staff, cozy rooms and bathrooms, cheap price. Location: Need a drive by tuktuk for 3$ to city center (Pub street). Bad: sheets are not so clean, no restaurant in house, only one good restaurant nearby (Angkor Palm).

It was very nice. Everything there is really clean. I highly recommend. Sometimes when I sleep in the guest house I think im sleeping at a 5 star hotel! Similar to hilton if I have to say so myself.
