Amazing place. Great and friendly staff and really comfortable rooms.
This is an oasis of calm after the craziness of Serendipity beach! The owner is friendly & helpful, will sit out in the lush garden & chat with you about her journey to living in Cambodia (she's Swiss) and the local flora & fauna. The food is fresh & reasonably priced, the rooms are spacious & clean (best matress so far, actual springs not just foam). The shower is warm & the pressure is on par for the rest of Cambodia. Just a short $3 tuk tuk ride into the main strip. Perfect@

Very nice villa with kind landlady, Ms Monica. The neighborhood is rather quiet and not so many restaurant around. The beach is destroyed by lots of construction sites with tall building covering all the beach.
