The place is so lovely and very peaceful, room so clean everyday they clean, lovely pool, good food and they very friendly, I recommented this place.

If you want to go home at 2, please put a closing time of 1:30. How frustrating arriving at a place to have it closed when it should be open after walking in the sun for 20 min.

Italian Dolce Vita in Cambodia. Relaxed welcoming atmosphere. The hosts will gladly help with any whim or problem.
Such trifles as a dripping faucet or a toilet bowl, are perceived as insignificant.
For me the only significant minus was that in 22.00 the gate to the hotel is closed (for the purpose of care of safety). Although for any guest they will be opened as desired, enter or leave. A place in the district in the style of Goa 2000g and night parties… 100 times you will think, whether it is necessary to strain and awaken owners.
10 minutes to the sea. The beach is clean. Toilets every 200 meters. But without sunbeds and so on… Right-left 500 m-equipped beaches with sunbeds, bars, cafes.

No beach towels, expensive breakfast of eggs, coffee and bread 5 dollars.

Like the name says, it's a place full of heart and Italian soul. With a special Venice flair. A peaceful and idyllic spot with lovely rooms spread out around a refreshing swimming pool. The restaurant and bar serves authentic homemade Italian dishes and drinks. My personal favourites are the risotto, the parmigiana and all the seafood. Its always a pleasure to experience the warmth and friendliness of the owners and the staff, and to top it all off, I really appreciate the attention to details.

On menu is written: " Ask chef about speciality of the day". It was lasagna bolognese. It turned out into one big disappointment. It was made days before and then deepfrozen. Warmed up by microwave when ordered. Result was something tasteless and soggy on a plate. Which has nothing to do with Italian food. They also had Tiramisu for dessert. … The frozen ball in the middle speaks for itselves. They cannot even thaw desserts. Never again. This restaurant is a mockery. Better spend money elsewhere.

Our stay at @HeartofVenice is coming to an end after more than a week enjoying wonderful Italian cousine, the swimming pool and a lovely bungalow. We found here the relaxing time we needed, an incredible Wi-Fi connection — which was great to do some work — and some lovely people. Thank you Giovanna and Mauro!
PS: It would be difficult to choose just one favourite dish! All of them were amazinggg!

One of my Favourite Italian restaurant in Otres Village! The marlin carpaccio is to die for and they have the best carbonara amongst all other Italian places in Otres. Don't forget to order tiramisu! Perfect place for date night and intimate evenings with friends!

Very delicious food, nice relaxing place. The quality of the food is really good, definitely a bit of taste of original Italian food. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very beautiful and clean, nice owners and tasty food. Location is nice except it's a little bit far from the main road (200 meters) and the road to the residence is not perfect for a motorbike. Anyway after 2 days we got used to it and simply enjoyed our stay.

It's FANTASTIC place for Cambodia! A territory with bungalow, garden, swimming pool and hammocks are amazing! Really beautiful and clean! It's really heart of Venice in Cambodia. In the restaurant you can try delicious Italian food and tasty coffee, Italian coffee, not Khmer! ) If you want relax, enjoy and eat some special in Sihanoukville you have to go to this place!

I stayed at the Heart of Venice (close by Otres Beach) for five days and it was so relaxing and peaceful. And what a sweet couple who own it. The bungalows are bright and very clean. Pool and hammocks on the property. A TV and mini fridge in each bungalow. Also fan or A/C depending on what you want to book, and excellent food at the restaurant. I ate there every day. Try the tiramisu. The best I've ever tasted!

This is a small family run business where guests are treated as friends. The food is delicious, the hotel is in a quiet peaceful area away from the boom boom of clubs and bars. Rooms are spacious and clean.
