Staff is not friendly. Not happy to see customers! But spaghetti carbonata is very good. Breakfast buffet is so so!

Very accommodating staff! We arrived almost midnight and the guy assisted us cheerfully! Hotel price is reasonable as they got spacious rooms and buffet breakfast! If you are looking for a place to stay in Sihanoukville, I recommend this hotel! It is 5minutes walk to the beach.

Rooms are ok at the current Price Level. Unfortunately, there is no Closet. You don't want to be at the Pool at all because it's just teeming with Flies. Especially around Noon, it stinks, too. But the Hotel can't do anything for it. The whole City has degenerate into a veritable Dirty hole. The Beach is so cozy that you don't want to get into the Water there. I recommend Place beach.

Nice hotel, good location, very good price, clean, awesome manager. What else could you ask for.

I think it was the last time, too.
With every stay it got worse.
With every change of ownership, it went downhill. You can tell this hotel that no one has any interest in maintaining this hotel. Unmotivated staff.
For three nights it was OK, but not longer either.
Besides, Sihanoukville is no longer the place we once knew.
Now everything here is in Chinese hands.
Here a Megahotel incl Casino ranks next to the other, and all this for Chinese.
Goodbye Sihanoukville, pity for this place.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Slits.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Alas, at the nearest beach Posnosili all cafes and started construction.

Had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. On our arrival there we're no body at the reception. We had to wait 15 mins for someone to attend us. All rooms are in very poor condition. No hand shower in any of the rooms. Towels are soiled. Many staff does not speak English. Only positive review is for the breakfast spread. Well if you plan to book this hotel think twice. Plenty of misquote and there are no misquote coils. Washbasin was blocked and it was not repaired even after requesting multiple times.

Decent room, there is a fridge, safe, air conditioning, noiseless ceiling fan, table, coffee table and two chairs. Pool, bar. It is quite cozy, if not for the sounds of construction nearby. But it seems now in Sihanoukville almost everywhere.

Chinese Dormitory. The Hotel was bought by the Chinese and in the garden Place, built the casino building. Breakfast of Chinese food. The Hotel is shabby, the water in the shower poorly leaves, mould and fungi. On the beach demolished all the restaurants, this does not recommend this hotel and in general Sihanoukville to rest.

The property was in good (not great) condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean. The room was clean. The property is within walking distance to the shore and the active beach scene.

We thought it would be better… Zakbukili it came looked… Well as something sad all… But the location is very convenient nearby and the beach and cafes and buses. But we are in a car and we wanted peace and solitude… Rock Piano Course is better and the price is the same…

Decent rooms and beds but they were fixing the roof and usually started early in the morning. The best thing about this place is the Khmer guy that runs the front desk. He's funny and helpful and will give you the best tips about sihanoukville.

Decent hotel, for Odekvat now money, almost a month here.

Great location. For the proce they can upgrade the place a bit. But for cambodia is a nice place.

Location is great and the large pool definitely a plus. Except that, everything is average, beds are standards but not super comfy. Breakfast is ok but the food is quite bad. Look for other options.

The beds are very comfortable. The front staff are great. It is a great location and the food is very good. I would have given it 5 stars if the air con didn't drip on the bed, had to move the bed away from the wall and formed a huge puddle on the floor. I would stay there again.

Clean, friendly, and great location that's not a far walk from the water. Breakfast includes an egg chef. Get the chili omelet.
