My children and I wanted to have our buffet breakfast at the restaurant today. We were stopped at the entrance. Guards were asking questions etc. I know it’s a standard procedures as I frequent this place for tennis and dining. Our temperatures were not checked yet as the guards needed to confirm whether the restaurant is open. After the walkie-talkie conversation, the guard informed us, yes, the restaurant is open. Do you know the next question they asked my driver? Are they Chinese? We are Chinese from Malaysia. We are Malaysian. I told them. Do you know what happen next? They don’t speak a word and walked back to the gate and kept talking on walkie — talkie and has no intention to open the gate for us. I think due to the Covid situation, you will not accept Chinese? Be it Malaysian Chinese, Singaporean Chinese or Indonesian Chinese? How about those from Hong Kong?

The quality of the food has decreased constantly since months… 10 dollars for miserable chicken skeewer as bisg as my little finger thats just a joke and theft
ive calculated and there should be less then a dollar in that plate.

My only complaint is that my favorite cigar lounge, La Casa del Havana has left the location w/o a forwarding address. The hotel is still top shelf, though!

Good staff support and service.

Unfriendly, rude staff not helpful at all. I have to carry all of my stuff to our room by ourselves. Your room is expensive but your service is low.

1) Rooms are a bit worn out. 2) Dont take main road facing room — too noisy. Good service. Courteous staff. Convenient location.

The price is good, the room is very large, there is a swimming pool, gym, and breakfast. Hotel geography is also very good, the front is the palace, the rear is the Mekong River, the morning to see the sunrise is very beautiful!

Just came here for the swimming pool, waiter is nice. Unexpectedly Excellent environment also the service.

Nice hotel with a great location. Near to riverside and just a few minute's ride to the city centre. Although a bit aged, this hotel still provides class comfort and service.

Excellent service apartments. Quite and neat. A pleasant stay is assured. I strongly recommend.

I walked in to use the pool. Entrance 8 Dolores, you get a towel. The pool is quite large as 25 meters long and 10 wide. There are lounge chairs, a small swimming pool for children and a bar-restaurant. There's a chance to order locker keys.

Very expensive " apartments " you pay through the nose for 3 star accomadation, plus the added taxes.

Yi Sang Restaurant. A nice place for a relaxing afternoon. Nice food and fresh Angkor Draft Beer.

I like to location of Himawari because I can walk around andgo to restaurants and small convenience stores. The Aeon Mall, Russian Market and Central Market are just about 10-15 mins away by tuktuk. They also have a river walkway at the back which is ideal for morning walks.

Okay place, room was spacious, not cleaned, room keys not working.

One of the great hotels in city, locate along the river. Very great atmosphere. Good service. You can just go there for having your meals…

We went there to grab a few beers at their microbrewery. Beer was tasty and the amenities and feel of the hotel were great.

Nice clean place. Modern spacious rooms with kitchenette option. Some with beautiful Mekong view.

Outstanding place to organize big meeting, seminar and enjoying the great view of the garden and river behind the hotel. Located in the most famous tourist location a long the Riverside in front of Royal palace.

This review is for the Himawari Microbrewery, which deserves it's own location. Great brews that can be enjoyed inside or outside. Worth a visit!

Staff is friendly and helpful… But the property is seem to be old stylish. However, located by the river is really a nice opportunity to get the fresh morning air and beautiful sunrise.

Good hotel with appartment. Have space for office renting, and rooms available for organizing events!
