Beautiful hotel in a quiet side street within walking distance from many nice restaurants and sight seeing. Many attention for detail in decoration and nice asian style with lots of statues, plants, woodcarving etc. The entrance is also very impressive, almost royal like. Room very spaceous and bathroom had a bath, raining shower and regular shower which was nice. Beautiful views over pnomh penh and grandpalace. Clean rooms, good aircon, really good breakfast with asian and european food, eggs freshly made on order. And a stunning rooftoop pool area :) good value for money.

Great staff. Help with tickeys and visas can be done onsite. Buffet breakfadt and the dining room on roof top.

Excellent boutique hotel that is located in a small alley off the main road. Accessibility wise, a minivan would have difficulty entering and by tuktuk, most tuktuk drivers do not want to enter the alley. Otherwise, the reception is great and the lobby is decorated rather exquisitely with much much attention to detail. A water dispenser is available in the lobby, found on the right upon entering the hotel on the ground floor.

Nice place for casino and also for entertainment like magic show, dance etc and it's for free. Go anytime in the evening. Also there are budget friendly food court which has plenty of options like Indian food. Malaysian food etc.

Solo travel to Cambodia and stayed at Okay Boutique Hotel for 3 days is an excellent choice. It is very near cafes, Pub, bars, Street food and many great Attraction! Just get a ride for 1 USD you can travel to many places. My room is huge for me, impressed with the design of the property. I thought I requested for a Double Bed but it provided me 2 twins bed. Room is clean, service was good. Breakfast included with the stay and is good but it's the same dishes for my 3 days stay. Overall is a good location. I paid around $40 USD to stay.

Very well located, close to the royal palace, this is a nice place to stay. The room and lobby were very pleasant.
The swimming pool at the 15th floor offers a beautiful view on the city.

We loved this hotel. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, the room clean and comfortable. We were given an upgraded room which was a pleasant surprise. Tuktuks were available at the door. We did not have time to try out the restaurant but the breakfast buffet suited us just fine. The view from the restaurant and the lovely swimming pool area were breathtaking this morning. Good value for money. Definitely on the list for a return visit.

Fantastic hotel right behind the national museum. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the breakfast is a pure highlight. Well presented and rich in choices, including made to order eggs, fresh fruits and local dishes. The hotel setting in the rooms, lobby and the breakfast restaurant is a beautiful Khmer theme ambience. We as a family of 3 have a great time here and can highly recommend this hotel.

Actually quite pleasant, but when you order food the staff can often not handle it (from anything with extra wishes eg no onions on the citizen)

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful hotel with warm, personable staff who have "hospitality" down to an art, in a perfect location in Phnom Penh — — a few minutes to walk anywhere, down a quiet alley. Excellent food and breakfast buffet. Gorgeous rooms which are quite luxurious as well as decorated so lavishly with great city views. Pool is tops to beat the heat. I absolutely adore this hotel and highly, highly recommend it to anyone. As a solo traveler and woman, I splurged and stayed here at the end of my trip to Cambodia (and several weeks through SE Asia, visiting multiple countries), and I truly just felt so welcomed and well cared for by the wonderful folks who work here, from the concierge to the front desk staff to the room service; all were so nice. I hope to come back sometime in the future with my family.

Price Performance Top. The air conditioning is very quiet and powerful very clean the location is top right next to the royal Palace with a mega roof terrace with pool. The breakfast is western and varied. The lobby is also worth a visit without overnight stay for a few euros there is an airport transfer.

Buffet Breakfast is good for my liking. Staff are all great and friendly. Cleanliness is excellent. The only thing that I would suggest is make another room for the restaurant so that the chairs and tables at the poolside will have a "safe space" to the pool. Add some warm water on the pool during the night as the water tends to be too cold.

Excellent location Superior Rooms spacious. On the other hand our bathroom was not practical. Washbasin = Hand Wash. It's hard to brush your teeth! The only possibility of posing business was above the bathtub. Quiet Hotel. The restaurant can troubleshoot but is not to be recommended especially.

First hotel of our stay. Wonderful reception and rooftop. The rooms are very large as well as the bathroom, attention the parquet is so wax that it is slippery. The hotel De15 floors but few rooms is located in a small alley, so do not worry. In the vicinity of the National Museum, the royal Palace and the Riverside.

Lovely traditional hotel, ideally situated for walking to restaurants and bars. The reception area is stunning, heavily carved furniture, statues and pots of lotus flowers. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable, the beds are firm. The restaurant offers a very nice selection of foods and drinks for breakfast. The pool is nice and clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended hotel!

Great View, cozy Bed, the Room was very clean. The Breakfast was fine, especially the Atmosphere at Breakfast I liked! The Staff are helpful and there are "in-house" TukTuk drivers if you value road Safety:D.

I liked it. A fresh hotel with a good location. The restaurant and rooftop pool are particularly popular with the hotel's guests. The main drawback of the pool is the small size. Accordingly, sunbeds by the pool are not enough. In the hottest hours (from 12 to 16) all sunbeds are busy.

Great place to stay! Service is fantastic and the hotel is beautiful. Rooftop pool and restaurant are an added plus. The rooms are just a bit dark but other than that, very comfortable. And the location is perfect! Would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful Middle-class hotel with Pool and Bar on the 14th Floor. Rooms are large, the Aircon Was relatively new and quiet. Breakfast is ok. Location centrally close to the Royal Palace.

I arrived late at night and I had to say in a room in ground floor. I complained about that because that was not what I booked about 2 months earlier — but staff told me hotel was full? Next morning I could moove to the room I originally booked. As I spoke to other people they told me same thing has happened to them. This is why I rate it to 4.
Next morning I mooved and I enjoyed my stay from that moment on. I got a beautiful room on the 9'th floor with a small balcony and view to the Royal Palace — I absolutely loved it.
The breakfast was very good and so was the food in the restaurant and I enjoyed spending time on the rooftop with bar and pool. To my experience the staff was very helpful and friendly — I will stay there again if I visit Phnom Pehn.

Beautiful place. Great traditional timber carved features, bedroom and bathroom were well appointed and very comfortable, breakfast was one of the best and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The roof top views across to the Royal Palace and river, especially with fireworks, are first class and the pool is a welcome haven at the end of a hot day on the street. So sad to leave and I will be very happy to return.

Irresponsible team of management. We two ladies Stayed 4 nites and on the first nite, past mid nite one drunk man bang loudly on our door for 15 mins continuesly calling some name demanding us to open our door. The two of us was so scared and called the reception to send some one up to ask the man to leave as the is no one by the name he shouted for. Instead of helping us, they opened the door to allow the drunk man to gain entry. We was shocked and scared and we sscreamed out so loud as we both ladies was in our night dress! Luckily, we latched the door and the two of us used my best strength possible to closed the door back and immediately called the receptioN. They apologies and said all the manegement off duty as it was already almost 1am past mid nite and they will refer to the management and investigate and get back to us. We went down the next morning after breakfast at 10 before our tour but they was still no team of management at work. So we only came back after our tour at 5pm and spoke to the lady in green, named Ellen and she Just brushed us off by telling the manager is away in a long meeting and said is Just a small matter coz nothing happen to us and opening wrong door is common in the hotel. As long as nothing happen, is fine! No issue to her.

Great place to stay! Very good price and awesome amenities. Beautiful building, reception and rooms. The personal was very kind and goos english. The pool and the breakfast awesome. In the reception is a tour desk which was super helpful! We are coming back soon.

Down a small side street, this hotel is an amazing building full of carvings… it feels like a building in the Royal Palace. Rooms a relatively basic but perfectly functional and clean. Breakfast and facilities are very good.

Good location, short walk to the bars and restaurants on street 172. The bed was comfortable with a good range of english speaking channels. The rooftop pool provided welcoming relief from the hot weather and the club sandwich was pretty good. Strangely our bathroom had two showers. One over the bath and another in the middle of the room (wet room style). The balcony off the room was very very small!

More than descent hotel at a perfect location. The rooms have an old school feel to them, very cozy and full of wood. Very helpful staff too. The rooftop swimming pool is not that big but has a nice view. Morning breakfast is average. Very good value for the price.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the rooms could use improvements. For example, we both hurt our leg by bumping into the bed frame corners, which were surprisingly high. Bathroom was spacious but had no space for personal items around the basin. Breakfast buffet wasn't great, as most dishes were often not refilled frequently. Reception did their job, but they weren't as helpful as we had hoped.

We are a family of four with 2 young teenagers stayed here for 3 night in September. The hotel is a beautiful with traditional Khmer decorations. Our family room with four beds is clean and spaces. Our bathroom is functional and clean. The air con is a plus to keep you cool after a hot day exploring the city. Location is super~ within walking distance with Royal Palaces, independent momentum. There are many choices of eating places catered for westerners to the traditional Khmer cuisines. A lots of Pub & Bar around, If you love shopping then you have to go to Central Market — tuk yuk there for $US 2. We felt absolutely safe there and finally the staff are the BEST. They are very helpful, attentive and friendly. They helped us to book bus to Siem Reap. Citylink Bus company costs us $16US per person. The most expensive one but totally worth it. First class and it would cost you the same price booking with the company. This is our first time in Phnom Penh Cambodia and we're already talking about our next trip back. Thank you to give our family such a pleasant experience.

The Okay Boutique is more than OK. One of the best looking hotels we stayed at in Cambodia. The hotel is an oasis nestled amongst the hustle and bustle of down town Phnom Penh. The roof top pool and bar is outstanding with amazing views of the city, and the food at the restaurant is of a good standard. However on my second day at breakfast I was hassled by the staff 4 times then stopped from leaving the restaurant and marched down to my room by several staff just because I had forgot my room number, even though I had given them my name and asked them to check there records. It wasn't a pleasant experience and I felt very uncomfortable with being called a liar and being escorted through the hotel. Sorry Okay but staff training needed.
