Awesome place. The design, the rooms is big & clean. Talking about the service is absolutely excellent.

Nice, but when you add in the adjacent sister hotel — who’s facilities you can use — very nice. Two small pools — yes small but adequate for what you need from a pool at the end of a long hot day and the bottom one is nicely set out. Food in Queen Grand is especially good — both reasonably priced and whilst they have a bogoff draught beer/ cocktail happy hour, at $1.50 anyway for the local beer do you really need the happy (3) hours?

In a great spot, short walk to Palace, markets and Shopping Centre. Clean, comfortable, and a great restaurant and Laundry over the road called Ka Vi's.
Staff are helpful and courteous, breakfast is great by the pool.

Very clean. Good location, close to Royal Palace. Nice buffet breakfast with western and asian options including hot cooked to order meals. Friendly staff and good service.

Good central location. Can walk to all attractions. Rooms vary from very small to spacious. Only complaint is no soundproofing and the constant noise of doors slamming, water running, people walking in corridors, noise from adjacent and overhead rooms commencing as early as 5.30am. Good for one or two nights sightseeing.

The hotel is good located for visiting the royal palace, silver pagoda and the national museum. The staff is friendly. They helped me to book a bus for my next destination. The hotel offers a very nice breakfast buffet.

Loved the location and the sit down seating on the floor for breakfast on offed mats was also table options but for us we felt at home like in a Khmer home. The wooden furnishings are lavish and reflect Khmer people’s love of carvings and style. Also their is a shop called Friends nearby that support Khmer people has good products: bags, aprons and books.

Solis stay. Staff was friendlier after I extended my stay. For some reason the guy when I checked in didnt want to give me a bottom bunk even though they were all empty. I was a upset about that but hey what can do you. Clean beds. Nice shower. Awesome pool!

We stayed at King Grand Boutique Hotel for 2 nights during the first week of June 2018 and our deluxe room was very spacious and neatly kept. AC took a while to get cold else it was great. We had many choices for buffet breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Central market and other important land marks are not very far. Tuk Tuk is always available in the front of the hotel. You can find many restaurants (viz Nepalese, Indian, Cambodian and more) in the vicinity of the hotel. We took two Tours and they were arranged by the hotel staff. Trip to the silk island was very good. Cruise to the island and the free local cold beer served on board will remain unforgettable. We had a professional guide and she was very humble, polite and respectful. They served delicious traditional Cambodian lunch by the riverside. We met an Australian couple (MRS AND MR WAYNE from Melbourne) during our trip to the Island and they were so good to us. Hotel arranged the return transfers also and it was around USD 15.00 per sector. We are Indian nationals and 1 month visa at a charge of USD 30.00 is available on arrival. Visa Rule and visa charge might change without notice so it is a must to verify with the consulate before travelling. You need to carry a passport size photo for applying visa at the airport. Staying at your hotel, it was indeed a wonderful experience. Omana and Pius.

What a pleasure it was staying at this amazing hotel. It is well situated and a short stroll to the Kings Palace and river front. Our room was lovely and the balcony was at tree level. The birdsongs were a delight. The staff made us feel welcome and were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were fabulous and the breakfast area is quite delightful situated next to the beautiful tropical style pool. The second pool is on the roof and affords wonderful views across the city and the palace complex. We had a great view of the firework display during the Kings birthday celebrations from here. From the minute we arrved and were charmed by the Koi ponds at the entrance to a warm happy goodbye when we left this remains a hotel we shall return to. They have got everything right! A huge thank you to the management and all the staff. You were all GREAT.

Everything is fine but the original price is a little bit too expensive. You can find similar service at lower price in this city.

Very nice and cozy place with two pools, a restaurant and friendly staff. The room is a bit tight, but with a pleasant interior, comfortable bed and wonderful bed! Wi-Fi Works well; Breakfast is delicious; The food in the restaurant is also delicious. The location of the hotel is good-close to all attractions. At the entrance is always worth a tuk-tuk.

What to remember.

Beautiful hotel with high value for money. We had a spacious and clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location near King’s palace, a lot of authentic Khmer street food is just across the road in the nearby park. Vast and delicious breakfast, which is served in a cosy atmosphere next to the pool as well as a rooftop bar with friendly atmosphere and nice views.

The rooms are not all the same size from very small to large. In addition, smoking rooms smell of cold tobacco. From Mandela to be after the 4th non-smoking. 2 pools, the one on the roof is small but nice.

Rooms small a. C. Not efficient breakfast average. Getting luggage in and out difficult as steps and also step up into lift. It's clean and functional.

Great roof top bar and pool with beautiful views, and the most delicious traditional food selection from their restaurant menu. (I recommend the red curry and coconut prawns! )

The hotel is good and very well located close to most important tourist destinations. The room we had was great and right on top of the hotel overlooking the roof top. We were there for the water festival and our room had a great view of the river and all the festive buzz going around. The staff was OK at best and we had to constantly ask for water to be delivered to us. Getting drinking water was a fight. The selection for breakfast was not great. The three days we were there, we were served the exact same menu. The coffee was always served Luke warm and the hotel had no way to serve hot milk with breakfast. They always had an excuse for that. Despite this the stay at the hotel was pleasant.

Loved it, great boutique hotel near centre of Phnom Penh. Good clean rooms well equipped with nice pools, great breakfast. What more do you need.

This place was amazing, great location! Friendly staff! Fabulous food! And the sky bar pool and cocktails at sunset superb. Will be going back next year.

Both the King and it's sister hotel, the Queen Grand Boutique, are fantastic. For the money — especially booking through middle sites and during off season or slightly off season — the value is incredible. The service is 5 star with an extremely good free breakfast with both a buffet and ordered dishes including a wide range of western and Asian dishes, which is also all-you-can-eat. The restaurant in the Queen Grand is very good with reasonable prices. Pool top pools and bars in both hotels. The Queen Grand rooms are a bit bigger, but both hotels include all the amenities of a full hotel at guesthouse prices. I have been coming to Phnom Penh since 2003 and lives here for four years — the King and Queen Grand Boutique Hotels are THE best value in the city…

Service is fantastic. Food is excellent. All amenities of a full sized hotel. Beautiful pools and decor. Great room service. Rooftop pool & bar. Cannot beat it for the money — especially booking on line. The cost is actually comparable to higher priced guesthouses. With it's sister hotel next door — the Queen Grand — it might be the best spot for the value in PNH. Again, I have to mention how friendly & efficient the staff are…

Love the place been here many times and always come here staff amazing lovely food clean rooms and lovely rooftop pool and bar definitely recommend well positioned as well for palace.

Decent clean room. Good bathroom, not tiny like in say, Ho Chih Minh. Breakfast spread is ok, though vegetarian choices are limited. Courteous staff. The hotel is located near the Vietnam-Cambodia park which is a nice place for walks in the morning and evenings. Plenty of small bars and message parlours around. There's a Nepali Indian restaurant just across the road which serves delicious food.

Great hotel! Great location, can see the Royal Palace from the rooms. Breakfast very tasty, had dinner and cocktails also and both were fab! Rooftop bar and pool is a great added bonus! Staff all very welcoming and helpful. On our last night from the rooftop bar you could see the amazing firework display that was put on for the kings birthday. There is also a lovely restaurant and bar across the road from hotel which is great.

This is an awesome place, quaint and with all the creature comforts you can desire while on holiday in Cambodia definitely recommend.

I have spent 2 nights here and so far it's been fantastic. I'm going to extend my stay. Great breakfast, awesome rooftop views, bar and pool. Had dinner in the restaurant tonight and it was lovely. Service amazing.

The free breakfast buffet is truly phenomenal. Location is near several local attractions and some awesome vegetarian restaurants. Independent tour guides are ready for you outside the entrance anytime. Hotel staff are extremely courteous, we never even had to open a door during our stay :) I docked a star because I feel the pictures on their listing were not truly representative, the place is much smaller than it looks in the listing.

Located near Royal Palace and Riverside. It is the ideal location for boutique hotel.

An excellent buffet.

Good location and rooms are quiet. The staff cannot do enough for you. My room was large with everything you want, except a cold fridge. (Beer is cheap enough from the bar though, so what better place to be when the sky dumped on me and I returned to the hotel hours earlier than anticipated. )

Hard to fault for the price. Excellent, competent and helpful staff. Things, such as aircon, work well. Nice, simple rooms. A very good breakfast, buffet and order, by the pool. The pool/spa up the top is lovely and relaxing. Some noise occasionally from amplified music nearby but overall a very pleasant, convenient place.

It's a great hotel. Very strategic location, a mere 5 minutes walk (or less) from the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. For those who prefer to take a long stroll, you can even walk to the Riverside. The staff are very courteous and polite.

The hotel is quite new and the hygiene is good. Breakfast is nice. Worth to stay~.

Good place but a bit overrated on tripadvisor, should pay 30$ max. I prefer Silver River, for it's great location. Small rooms but well equipped. Safe.
