Very nice room is very clean. Impeccable Service. Beautiful terrace with view on the Mekong river.

The gym set facility is quite complete for a small hotel. I had a great workout with amazing view at the rooftop. There’s a nice restaurant next to the gym on the rooftop and I had my dinner there after I finished workout. The relaxing music coupled with nice ambience, the food just simply taste fantastic.

Nice location near the riverside and beautiful infinity swimming pool.

Nice, but why the music is blasting like crazy on the rooftop bar? its not a club man. Cant even talk! by the way, dont bother with the food. Its extremely overpriced and the meal size is tiny. The pool and jacuzzi is great. But the prices for food and drinks is extremely expensive for Cambodia and not up to any standard at all.

Absolutely stunning overall! The location is exceptional, the service is wonderful and the pools are breathtaking. The breakfast was wonderful and provided lots of options for everyone. It was a bit smelly walking out the front door because of the street market. The air conditioning in our room was also a bit average. Really clean and the rooms are serviced daily.

Wow! Amazing hotel. Location is perfect, right at the riverfront with the Royal Palace and National museum at walking distance. Wat Phnom 5-10 mins away and the night market is nearby too, so you can do the city tour by yourself. Lots of bars and restaurants around too. There’s a market nearby which smells at night but only if you’re outside. Rooftop view and ambience. Staff are amazing and very polite and helpful. They help in organizing tours for you from hotel convenience which was handy. Room was clean and spacious. Food is ok, but I only had breakfast here so I can’t speak for the rest of the menu but I’m sure it’s good. I enjoyed my stay here and will come back when I’m next in Phnom Penh. Price is reasonable and you get your money’s worth. Thank you so much Harmony hotel.

What a flash new hotel it really feels like a 5 star hotel but your only paying 3 star prices. As you walk in you are greeted by excellent service right at the door. Some of the sculptures in the hotel lobby are amazing pure works of art. The service at the counter is top notch. Unbelievable free breakfast with as much choice as a full buffet and real coffee done how you want (latte, cappuccino). So good for us coffee addicts. Real clean and well set out rooms great showers all the normal extras like satellite tv, coffee tea jug and safe plus your own balcony. As I look over my balcony I was greeted by one of the real local food markets. You can spend hours watching the locals buy there fresh food. You could see the fish still swimming in there buckets ready for sale. So real. Have a walk through you will see veg and fruit produce that you have never seen before. The roof top sky pool and spa is just awesome, you can swim right up to the edge of the hotel roof and look over if your game (very safe there is no way of falling over). Then you can go another level up to the sky bar and restaurant with magnificent views. The menu is a mix of local and western food so everyone is satisfied. Full room service and if you hire a scooter free security parking for the night. I loved this hotel it’s location was so central and accessible. Highly recommended this fine establishment.

Fantastic hotel, great facilities and very decent modern rooms with beautiful bathrooms! If available go for the balcony rooms, most have nice views of the Mekong River. Stunning pool on the top floor with a bar/restaurant and a gym! Rooms are well priced for the quality, best mattress I've come across while in PP as most are like concrete! Breakfast isnt the greatest, well neither is any of the food tbh, walk down the riverside and you'll find better food at a fraction of the price. Great stay though, my favourite hotel for the value in PP!

Stayed here many times but the front desk staff don't seem to really care about hospitality any longer. Not friendly for Khmer standards. Check in early not permitted and and special request for type or location of room not granted. Room mini bar has a list of inventory but only half the items were stocked. Ac unit loud but functional. Great pool but cocktails very weak. Location is good.

Top quality rooms, especially the ones with a full sized bathroom. Fabulous food. Nicely air conditioned. Fantastic view from the rooftop pool, which is viewable from a deckchair position. Interesting transition from the clean upscale hotel to the stinky blood soaked market across the road.

Very good hotel, beautiful rooms, very centrally located, in the immediate vicinity there is a local market as well as the Kaipromenade on the Mekong, many café and restaurant all around, too swimming pool on the roof terrace with super views over the city including bar.

The rooftop pool is just nice and the breakfast is also very good.

Hotel located in the centre of Phnom Penh, just behind a market and in the immediate vicinity of the quays. The hotel is modern and very clean. The breakfast is very varied, it offers local dishes and also much more western. The pool and the rooftop bar on the top floor are worth a visit with a great view of the city. This is not a typical hotel but it is very comfortable and very well located.

The room was nice. The breakfast was good. Great views. Nice roof top pool and jacuzzi. Limited sunbeds. But then again it is a roof top. The rates are reasonable. Nice shower in the room. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your service and making me feel welcome.

Hotel in good location. Nice and clean rooms.
Sore note the receptionist don't understand anything. At the arrival I asked for the change of $100 to pay the taxi and they did not want to say to go look for a bank!? After 1/2 now changed the money I check in and ask me $50 to bail for a not understandable their policy!? So they had the money to change. Essentially incompetent and arrogant.

Superb but the slightest small request is charged at a high price.

Beautiful, well-kept, new hotel. 1minute from Promenade. All very close. Still quiet there in a side street. Breakfast between 6 and 10 a. M. Good selection, good quality. Room large, bright, clean. Climate a little too loud. Wlan for free and brisk. To recommend!

Great new hotel just off the Phnom Penh riverside. Nice small comfortable rooms. Awesome rooftop pool with excellent views of the city and Mekong River. Free breakfast and small fitness centre.

Not a 4 Star hotel! I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is right above a stinky fish market that the room is very noise even with the windows closed. Also they didn’t change bed sheet — I saw a black stain on the sheet the first night arrived but didn’t brother to ask for a change, however it was still there on the second night.

Beautiful hotel with roof and hot tub good breakfast and nice rooms (daily cleaning of the rooms) the staff is very friendly and accommodating! 1 * Deduction for the market right in front of the hotel entrance it stinks extremely of fish and meat (the fish is directly removed there directly) inside you smell nothing but of everything.

A clean hotel, nice room, despite facing the market Street sound wasn't an issue. Breakfast was a pick and mix of fruit, savoury and sweet dishes. With tea, coffee and juice available. A nice rooftop bar and pool make for good relaxation.

Had a great experience in this hotel. A couple of days with no hot water, but to me that is no big deal. I loved the life around the Hotel, including the Wet Market that I have seen people moaning about the smell. To me this was real, life where food comes from, not plastic wrapped in a supermarket. The room was cool and very comfortable, the free Wi-Fi was awesome also to keep in touch back home. Lovely staff and great food, it was a welcome haven from the busy days exploring. I adored the sunrise and sunset over the river, just amazing! I wish my stay was longer that just 3 days, I loved every moment!

Unexpectedly nice, maybe a bit noisy for some as it is right beside the wet market but I see it as a good & cheap source of local food. =)

Great service, good breakfast, accommodating staff. Especially like the ATM located just outside the door. Also has a pool on the roof. Close to the main river road, and all the action.

Anyone that has anything negative to say about this fantastic establishment has a stick up they're ass, my only regret is that I'm only here for 2 nights, markets, pubs, pool all top notch.

Pros: Nice location. Kind staff. Good swimming pool and gym. Relatively fast elevator. Clean and modern room Cons: Smells from market. Make you pay whole room cost AND deposit 50 USD when checking in.

Our room was nice and clean. Everything went will. Pool and Gym were clean and have a nice night view and breeze. I ordered a Margarita feom the pool bar it was good.

Good service and very good prices! Around 40-50usd. Very convenient for night life! Bars restaurants clubs night markets riverside are just a few seconds away! ;)

Relatively cheap everything clean and friendly.

I have stayed here on 2 occassions for a total of 14 weeks this year (2015) and had balcony room 805 which I was pleased with, the breakfast was good and varied each morning, the staff overall do a good job despite limited english and had booked for a further 1/2 months in 2016, however I will not return to this hotel for the following reasons, 1, the stink and filth from the market next door which of course the hotel management has no control, but what has driven me away is the loud same, same, same incessant music played over and over and over in the pool area which has a terrific view but despite numerous requests to turn it down I received the famous cambodian 1000 yard stare and simply ignored, so mr. Management for a little peace and quiet instead of paying $52 per night at your hotel and deprived you of $3080 revenue I will spend my money at the sun moon hotel at $75 per night for 2 months and remember the customer is always right and contribute to your welfare, again I have, apart from the above, enjoyed my time and your freindley staff.
