Nice hotel, clean and comfortable room, worth the money.

Safe place to stay — close by the Genocide Museum. I stayed one night as part of the tour. Breakfast buffet was okay. The room had coffee and tea. Toilet paper was limited in the room. The bed is more on the hard side. My only major issue are the loud tourist talking so loud in hallway room.

Good location, well priced for spacious clean rooms.

Room was nice comfy bed, bit far from main attraction but only 3 dollars for tuk tuk. Bit disappointed with breakfast very limited and when I asked for scrambled eggs I received 2 omelettes. There is a open sewer close by however was not smelly especially from the 8th floor.

The hotel gets 5 star for its 5 star service and staff. They speak simple English and can communicate effectively. They are extremely helpful and they treat guests like royalty. Amenities commonly found in a 5-star hotel, like a swimming pool for eg, are lacking. But it is very affordable for the excellent service it provides and the comfortable rooms it offers. Toilets are almost as big as those high-end hotels, equipped with a bathtub. An unexpected find is also the 78 channels that the TV offers. There's a variety from cartoon for the kids and BBC, CNBC, CNN and many more serious news channel for me to keep up on current affairs. There were Discovery and NatGeo too.

Good and reasonable prices. Good breakfast and some of the tourists that stay there need to mind their manners. Talking loud in public is rude.

Nice but small room, very noisy because of the street down stairs — we had 8th floor room and it was still noisy! Bad breakfast, not worth ant money. Nice staff.

Ok if your on a budget, are a family and need a CLEAN DECENT FAMILY PLACE. This is it. By the way they also have Serviced apartments on higher floors. They dont have a swimming pool or all that wasteful stuff at times. The rooms are huge. Easily mom dad and 2 kids if you slide the beds together. They also serve free breakfast inclusive in the fabulous $25 per room per day package! Only problem is the breakfast doesn't have a western touch. You can get eggs, toast, coffee, fruits and tea but other stuff is typically Chinese rice, green veggies, meat and meat and meats! But there is a BURGER KING only about 300m away either if u walk it or take the TUK TUK auto that you will enjoy, for a mere 2 bucks one way. Overall a nice place.

A nice place to relax. It's really clean place. Hotel staffs are friendly and respectful. A buffet breakfast offers a variety of food to choose from. Only they need to improve or add more routers to enhance the strenght of their Wi-Fi.

Faulty lift buttons and very mediocre breakfast, food are not labelled and servers do not do tidying and service to the spread.

"Good location, more value for money" +++ Good hotel in a great location, only 10min of walk from the independence monument, and so the imperial palace with the bankside. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a great view on the balcony over the capital. Complimentary tea/coffee/water/toothbrush/shampoo/soap/hairbrush. Great smiling and welcoming staff, great tuktuk options in line with the average prices. — — Wish there was more variety of breakfast, such as cornflakes/yogurt or even salty options.

Hotel staff and rooms were very nice. The only little problem with my room were the little ants crawling on the floor and wall. Luckily there weren't that many.

Very nice place to relax. Room is clean and spacious with very friendly staffs. I really liked the city view. Great variety of breakfast selections included. Price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place.
