Clean bright rooms. Excellent bar and restaurant, great staff who go out of their way to please their guests. All at reasonable prices.
Highly recommend.

Nice big room but looks half done. Bathroom dark, bed hard as a rock, frdge door falling off, balcony has spectacular view of construction zone, and balcony doors hard to lock and dangerous. The 3 stars are for the staff who are helpful and friendly, and most probably underpaid for the work they do.

Room too expensive for democracy. Everything very outdated but clean.

The hotel with the best atmosphere in Kratie. Great pool for a refreshing swim.

Clean room and bathroom (we stayed in an Economy Room 1). During our stay the staff were always very friendly and attentive, we also received a nice welcoming drink on arrival. The food we chose (breakfast + dinner) was delicious, seriously try their Banana Bread for Breakfast! The hotel is a bit of a walk from the main centre of Kratie but if you're not up for walking or you have somewhere you must be, the hotel conveniently offers free tuk tuk rides in to the town centre. … We originally booked 2 nights and we extended our stay by a further 2 nights because we were so impressed by the quality of the hotel and the high level of hospitality we received. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kratie.

Comfortable and clean beds. The shower was too short, although that's a problem I run into often, and the restaurant/bar downstairs is pretty solid but not amazing.

The rooms are large and comfortable decorated in a spartan way and the beds are large and cozy. Cleanliness is in Cambodian standards. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool (apparently the only one currently in the town), also available from outside, and offers the continuous tuk-tuk service to and from the city centre which is almost 1, 5 km away. It also offers a good amount of services (including bus and excursion tickets). The restaurant serves Khmer Rouge cuisine and Western cooked really well. And finally, but not least, the kindness of the staff, their smiles, their willingness to forget some lack of the overall.

I find previous comments unjustified! The hotel staff are very welcoming. They've been caring for us. This is a functional hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. We had a good dinner there (twice in a row). The dishes arrive quickly, which is rare enough (here in Cambodia) to be highlighted. We stayed there for 2 nights, our rooms were cleaned, our towels replaced the day after we arrived. As for the breakfast: we found it hearty.

Just came to use the pool. Super friendly staff, you can borrow towels, nice menu. Pool is clean and the only one in town. If you need a relax day this is the place to spend it.

Very delicious food with good quality at low costs! Friendly staff and complimentary Tuktuk Service to the village. The room is spacious and clean. However all tours including the bustour back to Phnom Penh were quite pricey.

Free Tuk Tuk service! The staff is super friendly and helpfull. Reasonable prices. Vegetarian options available. Great pool area that you can use if you're ordering food.

Poorly maintained hotel. Staff completely to the west! The staff is not serving customers but constantly on their phone! The manager tries hard to help customers. I won't put my feet back on. Expensive for service.

We really enjoy this place, they have free rides with tuk tuk to the city center and the staff is very nice. After a long day walking the pool is a remarkable plus.

I thought the river dolphin hotel was good service and the staff were very accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere would recomend.

Cheap good food, plenty to eat at complimentary breakfast. Drinks cheap and 2 for 1 during happy hour. Rooms clean, bed comfortable, air conditioning was handy. Motorcycle hire very reasonable rate. Staff all friendly.

My worst experience of three week tour in Cambodia. The persons at counter are cheats. Whatever service they offer are sub standard and overpriced, enabling them to get a commission. When asked for air-con bus seats (costs 6$) to Phnom Penh, they offered us a VIP Van, specifically telling that a middle seat of three will be available at 30$. The van became a car and one more person joined us in the same seat within few kilometres. When protested, they offered a promotion to the back seat! 5 long hours through country roads in a crammed position. On top of that my fellow Cambodian travelers paid 3$ only.

We arrived an hour is a dirty and incredible. We are trying to change the hotel. We could not change hotel. The rooms are acceptable but the glass of the windows is a long time that have not been cleaned.

Nicest pool in town. Ok, only pool but its deep, clean and a nice pool area with plenty of chairs and towels. After riding a sleeper bus, a 6 hr bus and a mini bus we wanted to relieve butt pain, release muscle tension and clean out our cracks. Food great. Good choices decent prices. 8 inch thick mattress and the best pillows in Cambodia. Large clean room with a large balcony and big WC. A little off the beaten track but they offer FREE tuk tuk rides and rent motorcycles. Nice staff, helpful and friendly.

The best hôtel since the begining of our 1 year trip in europe and asia with bicycle! We spent 4 nights in this great place, enjoyed swimming pool, kind and helpfull staff the good restaurant, and the pretty room.

Good value for money. Large clean rooms. Good cocktails at happy hour. Decent pool. They provide bike hire to cycle up the mekong to see the river dolphins. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Excellent staff and delicious food at inexpensive prices made this a great place to stay. Rather too far from town, but a pleasant area to sit and chillax on the large deck, and the pool was an unexpected bonus!

Good customer service. Room are well clean. Breakfast very well cook and delicious. It's quiet place to relax.

Ok hotel, not very far from Mekong river.

This place was great. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and were super impressed by the hotel. The location for us was great. It's not central but that doesn't matter as there is a free tuk tuk service. The manager of the hotel is straight to the point helpful. She'll look after you and make sure you're sorted for everything. The pool was a really good bonus feature. Wifi was fantastic. Managed to stream films from Netflix in the evening. If you're staying here to see the river dolphins then ask at the reception to book you a tuk tuk instead of taking a tour. When we first arrived we thought we had to spend a load of money on a tour but after checking trip advisor we realised we could DIY. It'll cost $15 for a tuk tuk to take you to the dock where you then spend $9pp to get a boat. The boat get's to the middle of the river and then kills the engine so you can sit in peace and watch as the dolphins swim around you. On the way back to the hotel you can visit Sambok mountain. Food in the restaurant is good but there are better options in town.

The best hotel and the Best staff ever! We had a wonderful stay, but above all they helped us when we had needed, and we will never forget this. Thank You River Dolphin, Andrea.

Very good host with a shot of ginger juice and fresh to freshen up towels. After having walked along the mekong in kampong cham going wonderfully well!
Setting great rice fields waterlogged crossed by buffaloes followed by their breeders, overlooking pretty sight. The rooms are quite spacious with showered and air conditioning, outside pool, chlorine (very common). The catch. On the edge of a slum of Tin, children who look at you with insistence and want to put you hardly comfortable, good kitchen and a huge queue time. 1:30 for 7 people and two totally forgotten dishes. We were 3 table on a dozen micro portions. All this for. $ 55 per night (breakfast not included) 20 more than in siem reap. Very expensive so.
I'm not used to gossip, but rates are not at the height of their benefits.
