The hotel is comfortable and very attractively designed and decorated in a traditional Khmer style. The staff welcomed us warmly and were helpful and knowledgeable. They arranged all the sight seeing we wanted with great efficiency. I will be back.

This boutique hotel was an absolute gem. Well hidden from the surrounding life of Battambang yet close enough to easily access the town when you want. Nothing was too much trouble from the staff and the accommodation and food were excellent. It was exactly what we were after, a tranquil retreat for the end of the day after touring the sites and city of Battambang. Absolutely fabulous.

Such a nice short experience to stay with Maisons Wat Kor — Battambang province, it's one of my wonderful trips to stay in reality of traditional Khmer House style in BTB. It's just about 10min from central town of BTB. Staffs were very friendly, helpful and experiences to assist my needs during my time with them. It's a short stay for me but wonderful place — very beautiful garden, great environment, very fresh for morning wake-up with beautiful birds calling around and nature sound. I love nature and wildlife so it's a good place to stay during my holiday.

Where that all able find the peaceful place and best Khmer cuisine for our lunch time at Mainsons Wat Kor. Tropical and green garden, we was there for lunch time which very great experience tour in Battambang. Staff very wonderful, rooms, restaurant, swimming pool build for more comfortable relaxation. Will return again and strongly recommence.

Perfect location in a gorgeous and relaxing setting, only a few minutes to city center, great and helpful staff, never been disappointed with the food… can't get much better than that.

OK: the place is famous because Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie made Maisons Wat Kor their home away from home during a few weeks, with a special school for their kids installed under the massage hut, over the lily pounds… But they left, and WE were the stars! Treated like personalities by the kindest staff in the region of Battambang, served the best Khmer food ever (using bio-products from the Maisons lushly garden of Eden, and from the farms nearby), entertained by the birds and frogs melody, and pampered by the most friendly hosts ever: Nou and his delightful wife Sopheak. Those coming just because of Brad et Angelina, will leave with the unforgettable souvenir of few days spent in the very comfortable hospitality of a real Khmer family.

I enjoyed this charming small hotel, a relief from the big city activities. The room with very nice, the outdoor restaurant was comfortable and relaxing, the food was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive and then left me alone, the pool was refreshing after a hot day out and about, the gardens were beautiful. The highlight for me was a night-time massage on the deck that hangs over the lily pond. The massage was great but the ambience was amazing: frogs chirping, hanging lights, music and drums and chanting from a nearby wedding party and/or temple. Now where else are you going to get that? I recommend staying at this hotel if you are planning to go to Battambang. I actually went to Battambang just to stay in this hotel for two nights, and then enjoyed the things to do and learn in and around Battambang as well. Well worth the 3 or 4 hour drive from Siem Reap for a couple of nights stay.

Place strongly to recommend as the staff is always attentive, efficient, smiling and extremely attentive.
Relaxation is assured in an idyllic setting by its lush vegetation.

Peaceful hotel in beautiful traditional Khmer houses. Very neat exterior decoration beautiful with a pond with water lilies and very nice pool good breakfast and excellent cuisine (Wonderful salads of lunch! ). Dinner not tested but appetizing menu finally, very welcoming and warm welcome (both the owner and the staff).

House Wat Kor is a small 10 bedroom structure nestled in a tropical garden, in a very quiet environment south of Battambang. The 3 buildings, although recent, were built in a traditional style, using a lot of wood and with large terraces. The rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant very neat, and the staff not only charming but also well trained and speaking a good English. The owner, who speaks French perfectly, is himself very attentive and present. He fully understood the expectations of a western clientele and very well positioned his offer and prices. He takes care of his hotel with kindness for the guests and kindness for his staff. I can only recommend!

At MWK we found a peaceful and wonderful haven in our travels. The staff is amazing. Mr Loum was both helpful and such a kind spirit. The garden was a piece of art with a small pond, plentiful of flowers and a very romantic light design. We can highly recommend getting a massage in the pagoda. Rent a bike from the hotel, and you can enjoy a short 15-20 minute bike trip to the city center. Don’t miss the temple, killing cave and bat trip organized by the hotel.

Staff to the small care. LAM is very helpful, they helped us well for a tuktuk driver and our return on Siem Reap, it's really very apréciable. The young waiters are also very attentive.
The Kitchen (menu) is divine. It's fragrant and well presented.
The hotel and the rooms are relaxing. The well maintained garden and the water body with the lilies really nice to contemplate.
I think the choice is limited to Battambang in charming hotel. We do not regret our choice, this stopover rested well from our boat ride from Siem Reap to Battambang.

An exquisite boutique hotel in Battambang with traditional lodges and beautiful tropical garden setting. The breakfast was great and the room amenities were perfect.

Our family of six recently stayed for two nights and wish we could have stayed much longer. The accommodations are wonderful and the setting is truly enchanting. The staff is friendly, attentive and very helpful in arranging everything from bicycles to tuk-tuks.

Best hotel in Cambodia on our 2 weeks trip so far. Comfortable and beautiful wood made rooms, delicious khmer restaurant, quiet neighborhood, splendid garden and pool. Very helpful staff, they efficiently organized a nice private tour for us.

It is one of the most charming "hotel" in the country… Hotel is not necessarily the right term. It is a real guest house where every traveler is welcomed as at home by its owner in beautiful traditional wooden houses. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the decoration refined… Here we do not leave waste behind, from bamboo straw to small pots of terracotta for shampoos and liquid soap through filtered water served in glass bottle. Lush vegetation, water lily pond, saltwater pool, delicious meals to also devour eyes, and all with smiles at every glance. We would stay much longer in WAT KOR, but the rest of the trip calls us… you have to go again…

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Very clean and embedded in a kind of garden jungle. The fried noodles for breakfast were the best we tasted in Cambodia, very recommendable!

Stunning place. Peaceful and so relaxed. The owner Mr Kim Nou was around and helpful and attentive as were the other staff. The food was awesome too. Highly recommended.

Lovely boutique hotel in garden setting. Rooms are large with nice beds, good shower plenty of hot water but no hair conditioner. Nice pool with lounge chairs. Nice set menu breakfast included, no buffet, but food was good. Friendly staff. Good option in Battanbang no groups but used by independent foreign travelers booked by travel agencies.
