Absolutely beautiful place to stay in Battambang Cambodia. Family run hotel. The Lim family treat their guests so well. Perfect place to stay. Visited Battambang many times and would not stay anywhere else.

Nice room and nice view. Pool could use a little more maintenance and house owner should not bother with the clients too much.

I didn’t stay there, I just went there to enjoy the swimming pool, for $3/pax. The swimming pool and the environment was nice but the waitress was so bad and the food wasn’t not so good: — no smile — I had to take the menu and order by myself — I ask for a coffee, she said no but another customer ask for the same and she said yes.

Very clean and the bikes are allowed to park inside.

The place eat really nice. But, like a lot of resort or hotel in Asia, the place seems ageing, it must be that maintenance is better done DSL they want to be able to maintain their prices. The food is good but not extraordinary. The swimming pool is the example of maintenance to maintain at a good level.

Delux Villa Battambang is clearly the best accommodation in Battambang. Very clean. Beautiful pool. Extremely attentive staff. This family run hotel ensures all guest's needs are met. Rooms are magnificent. We have stayed here 6 times and will return next year. We feel like members of the Lim family. … Donna and Steve Australia.

Nice room with a beautifully carved bed. Bathroom was clean but the floor of the room always felt sandy. Took a while to figure out the hot water system (hint: turn the green tap anti clockwise to get hot water and the red tap for cold — go figure). The pool area was nice and relaxing — great way to while away the time in the hot afternoons. Breakfast was very average and the staff didn’t seem happy to be there — not a single smile. We preferred cafe HOC just up the road even though the breakfast was included.

3.5 really. A very pretty boutique hotel, built around a 15m swimming pool. Nice room with very spacious bathrooms. Delux is a walkable distance to town, yet it's secluded and quiet. Breakfast was very average, bar service was poor, and service in general was lacklustre and variable. A room infested with mosquitos did not really help.

Very, very basic. No hot water in shower. Seeping smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room from somewhere, no real air into the room. The place and facilities were very old even for something on the cheaper side. Definitely better options around.

Super room, for breakfast not far, you order aua of a card and that is plentiful and good. Pool clean. Hosts courteous.

Room very clean and especially very large, with an unbeatable value for money. Access to the luxury hotel pool is a real plus. You can go there with your eyes closed.

Very well! The rooms are very clean and bright. The access to the swimming pool of a hotel has 5min on foot is a very positive point. We recommend.

Nice place in general, but I found one cockroach a day in my room. Nastiest was when I woke up next to one. Their food is pretty bad, except the fruits at breakfast. You cant ruin a fruit. Except the one that was spoiled. Meh. Owner/manager was a total douche who asked for more money for the room that Agoda offered. All in all, meh. Dont expect much.

Gorgeous little hotel, a tropical oasis right in the city centre. So peaceful and quiet. Beautiful gardens surrounding the huge crystal clear pool. A lovely private verandah and basic but very nice room with a huge carved wooden bed. Under the constant eye of the very attentive owner our every need was met by very competent and caring staff. The place was beautifully clean and well kept. The breakfasts were huge and very tasty complimented by a big plate of fresh fruit for starters. A great place to stay. If you're going to Battambang this is the place to stay.

The place is a mess. There is no elevator but it has 4 floors. The views are horrible as the nearby buildings are all demolished. The bathroom had ants and there was no toilet paper. The sheets on one of the beds were dirty and the pillows were very hard. The room is old and sloppy. The Wi-Fi is good. It has air conditioning and fan.

Stayed here for one night and can recommend it. Clean, basic rooms, helpful staff.

Rooms are surprisingly large and airy. However there is no elevator and no intercom. Staff are friendly but very few can understand English.

OK place to crash. Clean room and bathroom. You can bargain the price. Additional price if you want to use AC. Close to local market and a lot of restaurants.

This was very nice accommodation the rooms were very good but no tea or coffee and you have to go to another villa to have breakfast which was also quite expensive for what was available.

Staffs are friendly. Air quality isn't good; locals burn plastics​.

For a bidget travelers ok option, but if you skip breakfast, which is too expensive. Loocation ok, in the centre, rooms ok, big, daily cleaning. Hot water and A/C available.

Cheap and clean with basic service. The laundry facilities do not include access to an iron (and I had a job interview)

The fourth floor has a great view over the city. You can also use the pool at the neighbouring hotel, which is a great way to pass the hours during the day. The staff were very friendly. The Wi-Fi struggled to stream video, but for basic browsing it was fine. A good hotel.

Good value for money but upscale (for Cambodia) hotel with a nice swimming pool and friendly staff. Recommended if you are looking to relax after the long boat ride from Siem Reap.

It was ok. It was centrally located, we could walk everywhere The rooms was clean but the beds were very hard No breakfast or coffee/tea pots in hotel have to go to Delux villa. Breakfast was great good price.

More of a upgraded hostel with ac w/fan and toilets in the room. There wasn't any soap in the washroom either. The shower is right beside the toilet, but at least there is heated water if you need it. There's a fridge and extras they've set up in the room however, you will be charged for it. There isn't an elevator in this place so older people beware especially if they put you in the fifth floor. Over all it's OK and is fairly central to everything.
