Hotel is nice, Wi-Fi is great, drinks are good, food is awful, so. Much wastage as it's so bad, sometimes barely warm.

Perfect hotel for kids. Great service, nice stuff, great bar and refreshments.

Excellent place for families. The pools are great (total of 3 pools). Water slides are great and the room is clean and pleasant. The food is average and could be better.

Really bad experience! We do not recommend this hotel at all! The hotel staff is not friendly and most of them only speaks Bulgarian, only at the reception they speak a little English. The food was also bad, most of the time it was served cold, not well cooked and it was mostly the same for the whole week. Regarding the room, we stayed there 1 week and they never cleaned our room. They just fold our sheets and changed the towels every day. We are a family of 5, and we have already travelled a lot. This is the 1st time that we are so disappointed.

Hotel Prestige Water Park gives the impression of a sanatorium of the Soviet era, everything is wretched and clean does not shine. In the dining room crush, dishes are sometimes lacking and it is not clean enough, the food is so-so. The spa salon also look deplorable and stinks of sewers. Of the good can be noted, the proximity to the sea and a nice pool. I don't recommend one word.

Nice 4 star hotel. All inclusive a lot of food and drinks all day. Very big rooms for families. Big and clean poll with water slides. Very nice and helpful staff.

The food is tasteless, fresh and monotonous, what for lunch that for dinner.
The only tasty dish is pancakes, which were available for breakfast, but to get them you had to stand in line of 10 or even more, depending on the number of people in the restaurant.
And there were a lot of people and the staff was in no hurry to clean the tables from dirty appliances.
Where have you seen the "restaurant" served mould-spoiled fruits and a swarm of midges above them severing? Terrible!

Cleaning… Forget it…
we lived for 10 days and if on the third day I did not apply for a reception to change towels and give shampoo, it would hardly have received the most elementary things.
But after the complaint began to regularly bring towels. But don't wash the room.
Shorter… that's still a rest. No service not food. But it's all inclusive!

First in Bulgaria. To be honest, chose this hotel because of the pleasant value-quality ratio, which is perfectly weighted here.
The hotel is tidy, the latest renovation, pleasant and efficient staff, beautiful rooms, delicious cuisine and quick service. There is no feeling that you are saved, but on the contrary — give more than expected.
Located close to the sea. And for those who are not a fan of waves and sand, there are a few no-seins on site.

I was in the hotel for one week. And I liked it very much. Especially the swimming pool, appropriate for children and for adults. The hotel was very clean and nice for relax. The service — friendly.

The hotel is cozy, located in a convenient location, in the center of the resort area. Cleaning every day, everything is clean, spacious, equipped. Wide balcony. But in the restaurant a lot of dirty dishes come across, and there is a bit. Poorly chosen from the tables, but snatch plates when still eating. The food is delicious and varied. A very cozy pool area. In the lobby of the bar is very dirty around the freezer with ice cream, I think it is difficult to recruit, it would be better and cleaner it would do the bar staff. And beer and wine could be placed in refrigeration self-service units, as well as juices.

The hotel is very nice but I want to point out that I have not been to the same hotel in my entire life and can dare say that the hotel is not 4 z. But 3.5. In the dining room and near the pool is very noisy and people crowd that not everyone likes, also the room that we were given was with a broken door and the nightkids almost fell off the wall, one day we even had a toilet clogged. But with all this vacation loved the pros of this hotel much more than the cons so I would recommend this hotel.

For families with children a wonderful hotel, liked everything, no complaints, very advise.

The rooms were ok… also the location… for this 4 stars… but the services not even 2 stars… in the buffet the choices of food not only limited ans half its frozan food but always missing something… I spent 15 min to be able to take a soup… when you have soup you dont have plates… when they broth some plastic bowl no more croutons and they stated very simple "its finish for today" as if was normal not to have it with 2 hours before the buffet closed… the towels are not enough … after 4 you cant find anymore… no lockers in the spa you need to bring in the sauna all your belongs… and are lot more details I could metion… which should make the difference between 2 — 3 and 4 stars hotels.

Nice hotel, but don't expect very gòd quality services and fod. Mid level hotel.

A good hotel with nice pool and slides. Quite good food.

A great place for kids — the mini aquapark, playground and entertainment provide good fun for the little ones. All inclusive food menu is quite diverse (little repetition throughout 5-6 days at lunch and dinner) and food quality is above average. Excellent price quality ratio although it's not an actual 4 star hotel. Cleanliness can be rated average to good, walls are pretty thin and it can be noisy from guests on the hallways, in house entertainment (which runs until 10 pm some days) or parties in the neighborhood. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful. All in all it is a good choice for family holidays with a decent price tag.

All liked, only the terrible hearing of the neighbors by the rooms.

The monotony in food.

The hotel is fully renovated. Very nice large room. The food is tasty with plenty of choices — there're 4 different thematic dinners in the restaurant in a week — Live barbecue, Bulgarian cuisine with folk dancing program, Mediterranean /seafood/ and Asian specialitates — sushi for example. The Aquapark is great attraction, not only for children :) and the big inside swimming pool with free sauna, jacuzzi and fitness are great. With children playground, big trampoline castle, sweet little pool for babies and nice animation team the hotel is a Paradise for children and their parents.

I like the playground and the dedicated area for children, I like the diversification of the food and the fact that snacks are being offered at the pool. The animation team is very good, everyone is doing an amazing job. I believe it should be made more clear that it is not permitted to block the chairs by placing towels in the morning. Despite the sign, people still block pool chairs. In the morning, the queue for eggs and pancakes is a little too long; takes time to serve. The bathroom is not always very clean. Overall, the experience at the hotel was very good. Thank you for your hospitality and attention to details.

You can arrange in the evenings a show, such as concerts, with national dances, you can also organize games with adults and children.

The most over-aming hotel of my life. 270 away for two for two nights. With neighbors through the door. There are no sockets. I had to turn off the TV and refrigerator to charge gadgets. All-inclusive on the bar, applies only to the local schmurdyak. The rest is all for money and not small.

It's a great hotel, barmans. Despite their joint at the end of the rest put 5.

Hiii, I feel obliged to share my opinion about Prestige Hotel and Aquapark. I had business trip for 2 nights and a liked this place. I have not been to the hotel all the time, but that doesn't prevent me from forming an opinion. The service was very nice and friendly. The room was clear, cozy and comfortable. There is a swimming pool, bar and restaurant.

I was in the hotel for one week. And I liked it very much. Especially the swimming pool, appropriate for children and for adults. The hotel was very clean and nice for relax. The service — friendly.

Large deep pool. Yummy food. Friendly staff especially the bartenders.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, Don't make the big mistake to book a room with this hotel. Many issues with the room, the bathroom was flooding, the shower was broken and you just can't take a bad (2 kids and 2 adult in apartment for 150 euro per night). Then when you try to find a help about this with the stuff they finally say "YOU DARE TOO MUCH"! Can you believe this!? And more the key for the room was so cheap made that got broken the first time tried to unlock the door then the stuff said we WOULD SLEEP OUTSIDE (2 kids and 2 adult in apartment for 150 euro per night) because we were asking too much and the handyman would be available on the next day. I should have called the police… but did not. The staff is RUDE! There is absolutely none customer service. About the swimming pool, only 4 umbrellas for the entire hotel, and when you ask about than YOU AGAIN DARE TO MUCH!

We were there with 4 people. At the first moment, the hotel made a pretty good impression. The room however was an imposition. It was every day clean and we got new towels. All standardservice. Look at closer was however not well cleaned it. The beds were of pure horror. We. We could sleep properly nciht and had any back pain. When a colleague is bed collapsed for the first time. We have beds 3 times to new asked on the first day and have only on the third day a new get. Although, we had a stove but no cutlery or crockery. Only 2 glasses and four cups with coasters. The funny and generous bartenders were the only good (with a little tip it progresses).

Had a rest in the hotel from July 27 to August 16, 2010 with my daughter (7 years). In my opinion the hotel room was at the pool, so it was quiet, but open the Windows at night, too, was not necessary, air conditioning worked. We had half Board (Breakfast and dinner), prepared in a hotel quite well, intestinal problems occasionally been there, but I would not make it to link directly with the food in this hotel, maybe it's just аклиматизация, drugs in any case take necessary since in pharmacies without a prescription little money can buy. I liked the Bulgarian cuisine and the fact that prepared cook in the hotel — too, and my daughter was always able to choose what to eat her. About the shortcomings I would note that for 3 weeks of our stay never the room is not very relaxing, although the bathroom was cleaned regularly and the towels changed too, but soap-gel-shampoo there only once, when entered. Naturally, we require not become, we had all, but for a 4* I think it is not very well. In Europe even 3 star hotels this is available every day, but it is the little things. In General, good restaurant at large, have always been available seats and wasn't a queue. Rates at the resort at least 2 times higher than that of Varna and the products and amusement. In Varna there is a route bus (ticket costs 3 leva), you can go with a child in the Dolphinarium or walk in seaside Park. My daughter in Bulgaria liked.

Location (children 16 and 6 years), with 16 August until 30 August 2010 through EKO-travel — TUI.

At the airport Varna more than 1 hour (! ) unloaded our Luggage. The airport itself was built in the Soviet Union and very old.

The General feeling from Bulgaria — depressing. Poverty and garbage everywhere — along the road from Varna to Golden Sands resort, on the beach in Golden Sands, Varna, everywhere! The feeling that in Bulgaria the garbage is not cleaned ever.

The General attitude of the Bulgarians towards the Russian — very good and friendly!

Hotel Golden Yavor» (Golden Yavor) 4* is a building 300 metres from the sea, 8-10 minutes maximum. To go to sea to down the stairs (47 steps, us money). We took the only breakfasts.

We relate the hotel where we were with decent hotels 4* in Turkey, and Egypt. The staff were new, but at poor management:

— in room, in which we lived on the first night there was mould on the ceiling, a musty smell in the room (they changed the room after addressing problems hotel Manager).

— in most of the rooms we saw them 4 if you are replacing the first) does poorly Central air-conditioning, with strong solar light in them impossible to breathe afternoon in the summer.

Nice hotel and resort. If you value your health, time and money to go around doing this hotel and resort side.
