Really nice place. Interesting pricing for a hair cut :-) :-) … No animators. All staff speaks English. No air fresher in toilets.

Nice hotel. Room was big enough and very clean. There was AC and fridge witch was very nice. Rooms were cleaned every day and the staff was helpfull. Breakfast was quite good and the hotel was really close to the beach.

Good price/room rate. Be aware that car can be picked up to Police if not parked in hotel parking slot. Could get crowdy in highseason, we got free parking.

I used to work there as an animator and I am personaly impresed by the hotel. What I mean is that if you want to enjoy your summer vacation just come to Bulgaria and book into Golden Line! Trust me you won't regret it!

Very nice hotel. Staff was helpful, although not everybody knew English. It is more oriented towards all inclusive customers. If you do not get all-inclusive you will be treated like a second class citizen.

Very nice modern hotel nice touch with dressing gowns and slippers. Very large swimming pool however it is quiet cold but refreshing when hot. Staff are friendly would recommend staying here when going to golden sands.

As a couple we were given a room with two separate beds which was very inconvenient. Someone blocked our cars way and the receptionist told us that they cannot deal with the issue and told us to try work it out on our own.

Great hotel, specious rooms, really nice staff. Divers breakfast though not quite tasty, I would give up on it and eat in the city.

Mostly nice place. With nice and friendly staff. But somewhat illogical. There are bathrobes and slippers but no breakfast in the room service. You cannot order champagne in lobby bar. They have it but not for sale. You have to bring glasses back yourself if you want drink your cocktail in the room. Etc etc. This and many other inconsistences make weird feeling about this place. Edit: there are huge issues with car parking. Stuff says that there are no parking places available, everything is occupied for weeks. Nevertheless, different cars appts on parking spots. Needless to say that most expensive cars got their parking at once. Very unfair and disappointing. Edit2: room service is meh at most. Floor stuff always complains that they're underpaid. I believe because of this they doesn't clean rooms properly.

We were only there for a one night stay. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Balcony. Staff friendly and helpful. The quirks of their guest management system are irksome until you learn them. Morning coffee terrible but breakfast food good. We'll be back when they get 4-* coffee!

A good 4-shooter star hotel, a restaurant with four meals: breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner. The cuisine is very good, and the days are Greek, Bulgarian, Arabic, American, and other kitchens.
There's a kids ' entertainment program, a children's room that has different holidays, and so on, also a playground with swings and all kinds of entertainment. For children of older and adult, there are games, such as water polo, table shadows, shuffleboard, darts, water games, gymnastics in water and land, good music …
There is one large pool, at the depth of 1, 85, near entrance 1, 30, and so on, the farther you walk, the greater the depth. The small swimming pool is also available with a small roller coaster, with a little bit of half.
The hotel is very good, but the price is okay.

I dont recommend this hotel to spend the holiday in Golden Sands. I am here for 2 days already and I am not happy at all. For this money you have to pay I think you can find better hotel or resort. First of all the Wi-Fi is terible. When we complained they say that our room doesnt catch enought signal so thet move us in other room which is no make any difference Wi-Fi is same everywhere. The food in all inclusive for 4 stars hotel is not this what we expected. Except salad and grill some cheese and some kind of salam, fruits you cant eat nothing. The food that is cooked is look terible and visible with lot of oil and most of time meat is very dry. The drinks is served in plastic glasses, local wine is taste cheap and except beer u cant have any good drinks. There is no entertainament at the hotel is just few animation for children in the evening but is nothing comparing with other resorts I have seen here in Golden Sands. In one word for this money they asking for all inclusive better try other hotel.

Bad food lots of stairs bad management.

We stayed at the hotel Golden Line in September 2012, together. In General, the impression about the hotel is very good!

With regard to the reception there is one employee is relatively well can communicate with tourists in Russian, man. The rest were either not talk or very bad. But, if you speak English, no problem, it they communicate well, especially a girl with long black hair.

Rooms melody was excellent, very good repair, new furniture, very nice bathroom with big bath. We were in a private Studio, were present in the room: two separate beds (can be joined), kitchen (there is Cutlery, mugs and coffee maker), in the kitchen there is a small stove, however, any items of kitchen utensils (type pans) we could not be found. Because we don't bother with cook in the room, we did not ask about them, perhaps, if you look at reception, something to cook in the room will be able to provide, otherwise why would there stove; bedroom-large wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers. In the bathroom: large comfortable bath + shower, sink and accordingly toilet. Shower gels and shampoo enclose during the cleaning of the rooms. As for the rooms, it is worth noting that the number of the Studio, in which we lived was situated on the ground floor. In the room is very nice, however, if you enter overlooking the Parking lot and himself balcony is on the street (that is, go past the machine, are people).
