If I could do no stars I would. Glass in pool cut my foot open, no travel cot for my 19month old for two nights and poor food. Let flys and wasp all over the food and drink. Does not deserve 3 stars and other English customers agree. One even said they tried booking a flight home and another hotel but none was available. And horrible service. Staff are so rude. Room hasn't been cleaned properly all week clean towels once and there was one day it wasn't "cleaned" at all. One of the animators even called a little boy a W****R! AVOID! Apart from the hotel I had a nice holiday.

The service is zero. The rooms are dirty. You have to give money to the maid every day so she cleaned up normally in the room. The dishes are dirty in the restaurant. There's a queue at the bar. It's a long way to the sea. The escalators don't work all the time. We arrived with two children 12 and 7 years old. There was no bed for the seven-year-old daughter. The receptionist was told because she came for free then she wasn't put to bed. And the hotel staff made fun of us when we demanded another bed for our daughter. But we took all the fourth. In general, just horror and not a hotel.

It's very bad. The room smells of dampness, does not clean, the bed and towel does not change, everywhere is very dirty, the staff no. The restaurant is dirty, the pool is smelly. One plus the food is delicious, the sea is not deep. Everyone decides for themselves, but I don't recommend anyone.

Bad rooms, realy bad food mostly fryed in palm oil, cheap and bad alkohol. Overcrawded!

Great place with most places to visit. But I would say that the only minus is Wi-Fi connection as well as lack of any Gyms near this place.

Very bad service, terrible food. Small rooms and bad attidute from the reception staff. WI-FI is awful — no internet most of the time. Escalators don't work very often, you can not rely on them at all. I don't recommend this place. Only animation and pool are good.

Same poor food for a week; we were three families on this location and we all left the hotel with indigestion, children throwing up. (Two days before, some other children that we met there were also throwing up) The pool was dirty, no places for young children to have fun. The room smelled like mold. We were checked in at Magnolia Garden, but we spoke with people from lux and they were very dissapointed also. The two ladies at reception were very bitter. Will not go there again, under any circumstances. In photos You can see the entrance at Magnolia Garden rooms and one entrance at Magnolia Standard rooms…

The hotel itself stands on the hill in a coniferous forest. The air is clean. The beach is about 10 minutes. Very well thought up escalators. Which carry to the beach. But the food in the hotel is awful. Diversity whatsoever. Every day the same. Products are not always fresh. Had to sniff the products. Eating watermelons, cherries. Around the pool we had to wait for 20 minutes, that would take waffles for the kids. Was given only 2 pieces. And if they say they have homily in response. And the pool of their class.

A normal mid-level hotel. The rooms are clean, the bed and towels are white, the beds are comfortable. The all inclusive food for the hotel is quite decent. You can always choose what to eat. Fruit-vegetables a lot, meat-fish enough. Tea, coffee from tea bags and soluble accordingly. The area is green. The pool is large and clean. Ice cream, mini pizzas, hot sandwiches in the pool side's snoke bar every day.

Hi the hotel is old but generally clean room is what it is but again clean and beds are comfy food is plentyfull but not hot as the British are used to ask for a micro wave and they put one out staff in the main are friendly but there is a young lady in reception who needs lessons with public management she is very rude and abrupt pool is clean and has been refurbished we are here for the next week and a half all in all its very good oh one last thing the beach area has moved its now in front of the bazaar orange umbrellas matress 2lev about a pound for the day.

Now I am in this hotel. Well, what can I say, I'll tell the truth. The Food is so so, the room at all Levak, all dirty, up to towels, bed damp gives, damp. The coffee Mug is dirty, the plates are dirty.
Nicommu will advise this Zabaloka. Discarded money.

The only plus are pine trees surrounding hotel. All inclusive so called "Restaurant" is a terrible dirty smelly hole: Staff rude, plates are dirty, dont speak English, they just standing in there with bored faces. Everyone had poisoning during my stay — even cleaners were crying. Had to spend a lot of money for medicines. Staff from whole resort eats there, creating a messy atmosphere. Many workers coming in their dirty clothing. Terrible. Reception staff trying to be helpful but in some cases there is not much they can do. Cleaners in rooms are good. Under 2 old grumpy idiots managers, one runs reception, one restaurant, both need to be replaced! From 2017 they are accommodating foreign workers in villas behind the hotel, they drinking and swearing all nights long, PEOPLE IN HOTEL CANT SLEEP. Managers and night reception are not interested. Avoid this hotel.

Great hotel, 3 pools, clean enough, rooms clean and neat, struggled a bit with the food but will not stop me coming back next year.

Just got back after 2 weeks here, hotel is in a good location walking distance to the beach and bazaar and other restaurants which is good to know as the food at the hotel is very poor. They serve the same foods every meal. The chicken is raw. Flies all over the food. The hotel is ran by kids which is clear to see they don't care about the guests. Hardly any English here mainly polish, Romanian, German who are the rudest people I have ever met. We read the reviews before we went and thought how bad could it be… turns out it was terrible. Please take my advice do not go here especially if you have children as the evening "entertainment" is inappropriate for children to watch.

When first arrived as a family of 3 me my wife and our 7 year old son the first impressions were good. Room was as in pictures pool looked good and atmosphere seemed good. After one day tho it seemed there was 40 young boys (football team) staying in hotel running riot with what seemed absolutely no supervision. We complained after second night and were told we would ask to get them moved to which they inevitably refused so we decided as to let it not spoil our holiday we would move and all was ok. Now on to the food.

It's family friendly and very relaxed also close to centre not a lively place but great for families with children it's our second visit and hopefully not our last not many English but who cares. Family fun.

I didnt find something to actually like. I can talk for ages what is wrong here, but im not the target group for this hotel so no bother. I'd suggest the hotel to groups of kids on summer school trip. Shall you be searching for anything else, please. Please. Please… keep away.

This hotel got me back in 85… In relation to totally no investments in the resort since 1995.

In the hotel everything is new — repair, furniture, sanitary ware — nice and clean. The room has two beds, a Desk, an armchair, a chair, a large wardrobe, a bathroom unit, refrigerator, TV. All rooms have a balcony. The balcony door — отодвигающаяся net. This device is not too much, because Magnolia is situated almost in the forest of insects is not much, but they are. By the way, the mosquitoes in the number of people present insects is not included in any case, they carefully avoided. This location gives a huge advantage — trees bring additional shade and hide the hotel from the hot sun even at noon. Cockroaches, ants and other things in the room were noticed. Cleaning and change of towels is made each day, linen change once a week. People — Russians, Germans, French, a bit of Bulgarians. People are quiet, very many children.
