I have stayed with friends for 4 days and honestly I am so happy we found this place. Prices are excellent and so was our experience in the hotel. The receptionist Inna was very nice, friendly and professional. We felt special from the beginning to the end. The beautiful lobby of the hotel made us feel at home. The room was lovely, super clean with a comfortable bed and lovely view over the wonderful garden!
The breakfast is great, rich with lots of fruits! We were so happy with our stay that actually we didn’t want to leave. Overall I had best stay ever in Sofia! Ill definitely be back to Maison and I will recommend this piece of heaven in Sofia to all my friends.

Great garden and spa center.

We were invited to a wedding here and although the venue was beautiful, the whole experience was nearly ruined by the lack of air conditioning in the hall. The wedding was in the middle of August so it was VERY hot and not having AC is just not living up to the standards of ANY hotel of the same rank (4 stars). You can imagine how much impact this had on the guests — girls with heavy makeup sweating uncontrollably, people mostly staying in the garden where they can at least breathe, men with sweat stains on their shirts which will undoubtedly be noticeable on photos, etc. The sound system crashed just before the ceremony so the guests had to hum the wedding march to the bride's father while he was walking her down the aisle. I caught the bride pouring herself a drink twice because the staff were not attentive enough. A wedding is stressful AND expensive enough for everyone even without major slip-ups like those. I also want to point out that no compensation whatsoever was offered to the newlyweds. What are you guys doing?

Really a 5 star hotel? Wouldn't give it 3. No air conditioning in the restaurant nor in the rooms. This made the restaurant feel like a green house. The manager wasn't very helpful and couldn't make any adequate decisions which made our wedding planning a real nightmare. I would NEVER recommend to anyone to have their wedding there, unless they want to feel like dancing in a sauna. The staff were nice people but we had to constantly serve drinks ourselves. All in all I am really disappointed.

No air conditioning in the restaurant where we celebrated a summer wedding. The managers didn't care. This was a whole bloody sweaty wedding, no compensation either.

Lovely restraunt, very friendly staff, large bedroom suites, happy to help with any enquiry. Beautiful hotel.

A good hotel great value for money it’s about an hours walk into the City however bus stop and tram line nearby ideal if you have a car, food is good and the spa area is great.

Everything was in order and touching the excellence. Quality rooms and facilities such as sound steam room swimming pool the polite staff and location. Bravo excellent value for money.

Excellent value for money hotel. Very good & quiet location, friendly staff, spacious rooms with many amenities & a quite sufficient breakfast to start your Day. FYI, It is the former "RADISSON hotel". Now the Management has passed to the Greek owner of the Grecotel Group. I recomend it without a doubt! :-) )

It's a great hotel. There is a spa and gym and delicious food. Located not a fraction of the center.

Stayed here for a week while working and didn't have the best experience. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working and despite asking nicely several times, having a technician confirm it wasn't working, promises to sort it out, it never happened. Breakfast and room service OK, staff could do with a little more customer service training.

Quite old but friendly. Staff is nice breakfast ok. But definitely not 4star hotel.

I have stayed here twice previously and was very impressed with the price, room quality staff. This visit sometime later though and I feel the hotel has suffered somewhat under the park Inn ownship. You can tell that cost cutting steps have been taken. This is most evident in the breakfast where the selection has decreased quite dramatically, also the staff are less than responsive. I had a problem with the safe in the room, informed the reception and was told someone would come up, sadly no one ever did and it was not pressing enough that I chased it up again, neither should I have too. Still the rooms are clean and the staff friendly.

Good location. Close to the center. Tasty. Kitchen. There is a good. Fitness Spa. Business Center.

Great hotel, nice and friendly stad. Rooms are ok and clean.

Boasts very nice and well run, courteous and helpful staff. Among the amenities include: Buffet breakfast included, gym and swimming pool.

Clean and ok room. Nothing lux but everything good. Breakfast is kind of terrible.

Quiet place next to a park with trees. Ideal to do some jogging during a business trip. Dinner is served until 22:00 … Which is also an advantage.

Good 4* hotel. Beautiful interiors and rooms. There are Parking lots. Next to Raiffeisen Bank. Nearest metro station James Boucher. To go closer yards. Next to a huge Park. Almost wild with trail and track. Met a squirrel. The Breakfast is very decent. Wider choice than many hotels. I liked it.

Very and absolutely inexpensive (not cheap! ) — but not a 4stars hotel. Very large rooms (ca32m ² Plus adjacent areas, such as bathroom, hallway, …). Bathroom with 2 showers and a toilet, with a spacious guest toilet. I was quartered on the fourth floor — unfortunately there seems to be a ventilation problem — it smells all the time after drain/toilet despite barometric high pressure. Fast Internet with > 10MB/S. The other hotel in Sofia that I know costs double per night — has also 4stars — but is incomparably more stylish and upscale. There is also a kettle and tea in the room. Hard (at least H4) and comfortable spring mattresses. And it is 50% cheaper than the other 4 * hotel. In summary, if you are not a perfectionist.

We come usually once a year in this hotel in a quiet location, rooms are clean and spacious, close to the zoo and the mythical Italian restaurant from Leo. The only problem is that in the last two times the pool was always in maintenance. The other thing is the breakfast, a little poor for the standard of the hotel.

Приятна обстановка. Да поръчам късо, силно еспресо в лобито беше неуспешно. Има бар с еспресо машина, на който няма никой. От рецепция викат човек от ресторанта, който носи, кафе, което прилича и има вкус на филтър кафе от кана — не еспресо. Всичко това отнема поне 10мин. Плащането с карта не можа да се осъществи, донесоха два пост-ерминала с които не стана. Накрая почерпиха "еспресото", което така или иначе нямаше да пия. Хората са усмиханти и вежливи и доброжелателни, проблемите са явно от менджмънта.

A beautiful place with gardens and tranquility. Good location.

Beatiful Hotel, lovely Rooms, Bar is not manned, its as if they dont want to make any money, Breakfast, cooked breakfast is freezing cold most mornings, just totally puts you off have Lunch or an Evening meal.

Beatiful Hotel, lovely rooms, what a dissapointment, the bar is not manned, just went back to my room after waiting 15 minutes for a drink the cooked breakfast most days is cold, because they dont turn on the heating to the Turins, no cups, no effort, just puts one off having any other food for lunch or dinner.

It's great. The restaurant is not very.

OK Continental breakfast, no breakfast food variation, nice rooms, the double room was nice and spacious with 2 balconies. Typical corporate accomodation.

There's an amazing swimming pool as well as legit trainers.

Very comfortable rooms. Ample public areas. Excellent breakfast. Lovely swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. A short reasonable taxi ride to city centre and interesting sites. Walking distance to a huge and modern shopping center.

An Excellent hotel, very welcoming, friendly and very helpful staff. Very nice and tasty breakfast! And all of this is wrapped in a beautiful building, outside Sofia Centrum, in Lozenetz area. Very Very recommended!

Nice hotel rooms and restaurant for breakfast with a garden, but not close to the center and to public transport. Use a taxi to get there.

A good hotel Sleep quality was good, staff was helpful, location was good for our business needs (it is not close to city center or major touristic needs) Restaurant was good as well and ok breakfast.

It was a very nice and quiet atmosphere.

The hotel booked to much money from our account. The coworker promised to sort out the problem. But they didn't. It's bad. Our room was clean and nice. The breakfast was good. Sometimes the saunarium was clean and the aqua courses was top!

This hotel is one of those flawless places, so perfect, that even if you are consciously looking for something wrong you won't find it. Absolutely everything: from the amazing location right next to the in-city forest in Sofia (ensuring fresh air in a European capital), the ultra comfortable spacious rooms with beautiful furniture, the knowledgeable and always willing to assist staff all the way to the superb breakfast — everything is simply perfect. Without meaning to sound like an advertising agency, Park Inn is with no doubt one of the places where the world wise famous European quality standards are implemented in everything. Quite frankly as a person who's living in Sofia I do feel proud to say we have such amazing hotel! Oh, and let's not forget to mention the wonderful SPA with a swimming pool they have, absolutely gorgeous restaurant and perfect coffee (best latte in town)!

Excellent hotel. Stayed on a business trip and all needs were met. Really friendly staff, clean good sized room with free Wi-Fi. Breakfast great, evening meals could have been better. Good value eating out so this wasn't really an issue. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here.

Good hotel. Food was good. People are friendly.

Very clean room and bathroom. Free Wi-Fi. Rather thin walls, so you hear people talking when you want to sleep (the only negative thing I found). Food selection in hotel restaurant rather limited. Good breakfast buffet.
