Great hotel, only 5 minutes from the slopes by free shuttle. In a beautiful tranquil setting, with great facilities.

Lovely experience here with my family. Would highly recommend. Some staff friendlier then others which you’ll work out immediately LOL Shuttle buses should maybe be bigger & more frequent.

I’m really disappointed by this place! The Spa is not clean, there is no Lifeguard, the pool is full with hair and on top of it when I tried to have a lunch I was rudely kicked out by some “manager” caller LYUBOMIR ANGELOV! I mean that is not the way to be a manager! We are guests and he was supposed to help us to have a lunch, not to be so rude! It’s the first place where I’m staying and I can’t have lunch during the spa! Disappointed!

Polite staff, clean! and cozy. There is free spa, sauna, pool, etc (10am — 8pm). Inner playground and green areas. No noise since its 1+ mile (30-minute walk) away from Borovets. Breakfast from 8am to 10am. Restaurant works untill 10.30pm.

The hotel and amenities are wonderful. However we arrived with the car and parked in the garage and reception was nowhere to be seen we had to walk back around the garage and also staff at dinner table and at check-in was not the most knowledgeable or friendly. However upon check-out the girl at reception was very nice. Perhaps some training for some staff members is not a bad idea.

The best thing about Euphoria Club Hotel & Resort is its location, which offers really quiet and serene mountain experience in Borovets. The apartments are spacious and clean, the Internet connection is also surprisingly good for a hotel. The beds have relatively soft mattresses and the pillows offered won't disappoint you. The only negative experience was the bathtub being clogged.

Excellent location for a quiet vacation. The room (apartment) was spacious, though it looked a little bit timeworn. Nice service and food in the restaurant.

Rooms are super spacious although a bit amortized. Place is very peaceful and quiet. The bed and pillow are very very comfortable. The SPA center is OK. The service was good — fast and polite. Restaurant is also OK, but nothing spectacular.

The place is nice. The first day it was hard to find the building where my room was because they didnt have good signs.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good food available with a buffet breakfast. The rooms are big and very clean with comfy beds and good showers. Only setback is the location, being a 5-10 minute drive from the centre. However they have regular buses throughout the day for free and it is only at £4.50 taxi if it's later than the buses (1830).

Greek hotel that does not worth its 4 stars. We stayed for three nights with our kids and we are generally disappointed. Although the rooms are spacious and very warm (outside it was really cold and foggy), there is no way to go to the restaurant, reception or spa without crossing the underground parking or going outside in the snow. Also there is no way to avoid taking the stairs — I don’t know how you would manage to carry your stroller alone… Here are some more areas of improvement: — The dinner buffet didn’t include any drinks (not even water), so you have to pay extra if thirsty. — Near the bar the glass table and floor stayed dirty the whole time. — The outdoor jacuzzi water temperature was 26 C degrees in the afternoon, it was cold… — In the rooms there was no bottled water, so we had to buy it from Borovets. — If you order a soup you cannot use the room service, you have to go and take it yourself (crossing the parking or going outside). — In the apartment’s kitchen there were only two cups (no plates, forks…) — We had extended our stay by one night (more than a month before our actual stay) and the card keys stopped working our last day — nobody told us we had to actually request new ones (for the same rooms) for our last night! — Last but not least, the hotel is 6 minutes drive from the center of Borovets and the gondola lift, so not ideal if you’re going for a winter vacation.

The only thing that makes me put 2 stars is the size of the rooms.
It's expensive for this standing…

Giving two stars because of the low value — high price, with substantial areas for improvement. Starting with the positives — the staff. Everyone, from the reception, to the bar and restaurant, the cleaning crew and most of all — the spa — is very friendly and accommodating (with the notable exception of one of the drivers — rude, not helpful at all, smoking in the van, etc. ). All reasonable requests are accommodated. The second is the nature — in the middle of the forests, with nice paths around to take a long walk, at the same time close to the slopes — 4 minutes with car. The negatives — misleading advertisements that you are renting an apartment with kitchen. Yes, there is a kitchen, but there is absolutely nothing in that kitchen — no knives, forks, plates, nothing. The staff were nice enough to give us some silverware and plates, but that was all (I had to go to a store in Samokov to buy a knife). Then there are the views — whoever the architect of this resort is, he/she is a complete and utter retard (to put it mildly). It is mind blowing how you can arrange the buildings so that from our window (on the last floor) you can basically only see the next building. The buildings themselves are also "brilliant" — in the living room, the windows start basically from shoulder height. Seriously, unless you climb on that window, you don't see anything from the amazingly beautiful nature/mountains.

We have had a wonderful week at the Euphoria club hotel, the staff have been amazing, all are very helpful cheerful and polite (bar one of the reception staff, I guess everyone can have an off day) I would recommend a stay here as the facilities are modern clean and well maintained, the food is very reasonable and always a wide choice available breakfast and evening. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub our room was spacious and light with lovely views of the forest. It’s a little out of the way but a taxi to town is 5 euro though we have not needed to get many as the ski bus runs hourly through the day and half hourly at the busiest times.

Stayed over Christmas 2017 and everything was perfect. Room was fantastic and spacious, staff were friendly and the food was great. Regular shuttle bus to ski gondola was a godsend. Will definitely be returning.

Great place, very quiet, nice staff. The breakfast was good and I liked the underground parking. The room was very spacious, nice and clean.

Me and my partner decided to stay here a while back as a half term getaway at a reduced price. It was quite honestly one of the best experiences of any hotels we had been to for the first two days, it was quiet and peaceful. Despite the waiters and reception staff who were as useless as the paper clip from Microsoft Word 2000 who also couldn't smile for the life of them. That's when, come the third day a whole group of what I believe to be a large staff group get away arrived and they were instantly priority. We had been cast aside for said group and feel less like guests and more like that awkward boyfriend / girlfriend on a first date at the parents house who you know you're never gunna be with past that dinner. It's just appualing really. The waiters and reception staff are now even more useless and grumpy towards us than before and we can't even eat the food we paid for in our booking! We booked a half board 7 night stay and come the third night at 7.30pm (start of dinner service) every seat is filled by said group and every scrap of meat or slice of cheese is gone. They offer a by request meal after that, but that's only after they've seen to all their REAL guest of course. We have gone without dinner for the past few nights and really are quite frustrated. Especially seing as any of the staff can't understand anything we say unless we talk baby talk for them. Overall, it's a nice looking hotel, nice views, nice woodland and alright food if you can get to it that is.

Very pleasant hotel, excellent service. It got 4 stars only because it lacks air-conditioning or any other cooling accessory for the hot days in the summer.

We bookes massage, was waiting for tge therapist nobody turned up?! Its not a good communication not good service at all. Very disappointed…

We like that the rooms where large. Also the staff was always very available. Great variety of cocktails. However the menu should have some pizzas.

The sheets should be changed daily. Make nice chips. Good. Quite quiet. The relaxing areas are good. Food is not hot though. The rooms weren't cleaned much during our stay at all which for the price it should be cleaned well.

Nice place to stay and look at however the staff and the service in general let the whole thing down. Would never stay again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not worth the money that you pay and as for the way the staff make you feel is just appalling. If they've done wrong they should be going above and beyond to fix it and make you feel happier but no they'll do the bare minimum if anything to try and do things right but that doesn't do it for me sorry. Never again.

Great place! The service and rooms at a good 4-ku for the Stars. Parking underground, room nice design! The Breakfast was just delicious pastries and desserts were just melon)

Good hotel and beautiful place for relax. The swimming pool open 10-21:00 but I do not visit. 3€ 1 liter water in restaurant.

Very poor conditions as opposed to initial expectation. Far away from slopes with rare shuttle service. The playground for kids is a joke. We went at 5 pm and there was nobody to stay with the kids. No gym. Pool very dirty. Dust in the rooms. The second bed in the one bedroom apartment is unusable. We asked for extea bed and we did not got it. Food same every other evening and little choice. Everything is poor quality. We will not be here again. Borovets is a good resort but I would not recomend Euphoria.

The best quality for a 4 star hotel ever.

Quality, convenience, and customer service — no surprises, in accordance with the advertising site! I want to move here permanently. ;).
