Room is very dirty, floor and bed covered with all kind of hairs. Roaches in the bathroom, horrible stench from the drain. Toilet is terribly dirty. No chance for sleep because the receptionist and other staff members are having a long party in the restaurant with no guests around. The pool opens at 7 am so plan 2 hours sleep per night. Didn't dare to taste the food. Whoever decided that this is a four star hotel have never spent a night here. Do not recommend!
