Everything is very clean, all SPA facilities are well equipped and comfortable as well very well maintained. The employees are friendly and helpful, always smiling, welcoming and professional. One of the the best SPA hotels we’ve ever stayed in Bulgaria. Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable rooms and delicious food. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel like at home. The day of my husband’s birthday the staff surprised him by bringing a bottle of champagne to our room.
We would definitely come back!

The hotel and the entire complex are very clean and perfectly furnished. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. The staff at the restaurant was professional, nice and fast. The food was delicious. The SPA area is large and modern. Unrestrictedly recommended.

The hotel was actually very classy and very stylish, liked it a lot. Reaching the hotel was a bit difficult as the city roads were a bit confusing and not that great, which is not related to the hotel. The furniture was very nice looking and welcoming. The staff and service were excellent! The restaurant was tasty and simple, which was quite good. The rooms are clean and worm feeling. I was genuinely happy wih the whole package. The SPA was outstanding and we actually did not have time to enjoy it all. There is also a Cold Room, that was perfect fun. Definitely a recommended place!

Fabulous hotel just outside of Velingrad. Rooms are furnished to an excellent standard, and outdoor pool and spa facilities are very good. You can sit and drink beer around the outdoor pool, or hop around the inside spa facilities, however you fancy spending your time. We went for the package that includes evening dinner and breakfast, and food was very good.

The spa is perfect! The hotel location is great, the view is outstanding! Some minor renarks are that the reservation form at the hotel's site is not working properly and the staff at hotel's coffee bar lack expirience. A must visit place!

It is a great hotel! Perfect for couples. The SPA is beautiful and with lots diferent amenities. The room was very warm and clean. Resturant is perfect with live music during dinner time and you should deffinitly try the pork meat in chili sauce! The only two things that bothered me a little were that there was no Wi-Fi in the SPA centar and there was no water kettle for making tea in the room — aldough you could get one in the lobby for a reasonable price. All in all beautiful hotel with kind staff and delicious food.

Nice and cozy hotel. Perfect spa center with many different bathrooms. Bathtub and 4 pools are available. Two of them — hot.

Very nice, new hotel in Velingrad. The rooms are tidy, big enough for 4-star hotel and clean. There is an underground parking lot, SPA, in and outdoor pool, kids playground and meeting rooms. The only thing I would not recommend is the restaurant.

Super large rooms that are very clean :) The spa zone is amazing, my favourite is the turbo jet Jacuzzi. There is a inside parking lot which is great for the cold months. Only by the food the hotel could have more to offer.
