Hotel "Kleptuza" is what I would define as a place with great potential but tons of missed opportunities. Firstly, the great things about the hotel: — it is located very close to the park that bears the same name so you will have the pleasure of staying at an area with clean air and low levels of noise — the outside pool is at a nice sunny location so you will get tanned easily — the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. They are well equipped with enough towels and bathrobes Secondly, the not-so-great things about the hotel — the hotel gives off the feeling of a place that was build, opened and then simply used. After that not much thought was given on how to repair or preserve things so that they have a longer exploitation period. — an annoying feature of the SPA I experienced while staying there was that the staff keeps turning on and off some of the facilities — like the steam bath and the sauna. Instead of finding them ready to use as you enter you might be among the less fortunate visitors who have to wait for them to warm up to actually start using them. — while the breakfast offered a sufficient variety of items to choose from there is a lot more that can be done so that it is improved. I found it odd that a 4-star hotel would offer coffee from a Nescafe machine that is usually mainly in the small coffee/newspaper shops all around the country as well as tea from some of the lowest quality brands.

Great place for a quiet weekend. The Spa it's very nice with a mineral water pool and they're massage therapists are miracle workers.

Good hotel. I like it. Except for the juice served for the breakfast.

Cold rooms, bad food, poorly thought out spa.

If there were 0 stars, or less would put them! I don't know how to work hotels like This.
I arrive at night and they give me an apartment. It costs almost €100. I go inside and… what do I see? The bed, the Savannah where I'm supposed to sleep, black with dead flies! The Terai disaster, lots of dead flies. I warned the front desk and they gave me another apartment. There were living Insects. I had to kill Them.
I'm down at the restaurant for Dinner. Total disaster! The fatal deal! All the time there were two kids in and out in the Kitchen. There was live Music. A person, who sang fatally!
I levamte in the morning, I had no desire to enter the SPA, nor to see it! I went downstairs to the front desk to pay and leave this place. When I said I want to pay with card, I was told that the TPV does not work! I had to go through the city, to find a machine to get money! Fatal!

We are more than disappointed we thought we are going to relax but all pools were so small and dirty. There were some white pieces in the water and dead spiders. The sauna was very small and not hot at all, the warm chairs were cold. The worst was that I cut my foot in the pool because the first step wasn't secured. The woman there knew about it and laughed at me.

Very nice place for a vacation. Visit the hotel for the second time. And I will go again.
