A lovely Palace (Queen Marie of Romania) and Botanical Gardens. There are some confusing entrance arrangements, as you have to pay twice, as the two Ministries can't agree how to split the income, though don't let that put you off. To be clear you have to pay to enter the Gardens and the Palace is an optional extra though the ticket booths are presented the other way round. Gardens are 8 Lev each (~£4) and Palace is 6 Lv each (~£3) so not expensive. We spent about 2.5 hours there though could easily have spent longer. Follow the numbered (40-odd) information boards round the Gardens and Palace which are helpfully in English too. You can exit onto the beach and few amenities there (drinks, etc. Are cheaper) apparently there's an ATM though we didn't find it… and on showing your tickets (! ) you can get back in again. There a Winery (along with tastings) in the grounds, it, like most other places in Bulgaria is not hard-sell, though do try the Raspberry wine. We travelled by taxi and arranged a reasonable charge beforehand. The driver gave us his number and came back to pick us up later. Enjoy your time here!
Wonderful place to visit. Lovely gardens and the Palace is full with history and worth to visit. We felt cheated when we got in at the ticket office. We paid 6 lev and 8 lev per person to visit the palace and garden but we could have paid only one and was the same. So if you read this pay only one ticket because you see the same thing. The rest is wonderful.

Nice place. Excellent location. They need to improve some details about accesories in the kitchinette and to inform their client about the gurantee the host intent to retain at arrival time, but finally it was really a nice time there.
