I don’t understand how come in a fancy hotel I could only get bread at 10PM, there are 3 restaurants and they weren’t serving food?! Only drinks? No room service, no sandwich’s only bread?

A very nice place with beautiful and relaxing landscapes. Clean hotel rooms. Varied and tasty food. The all inclusive offer is for national products only, and for the import drinks and bar coffee you must pay. Friendly staff and available for any requirement.

High standard place. Nice outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Well equipped fitness center. I would recommend the massages also. Really good food. In general all paid services are expensive but quality is high. The breakfast is really good and abundant. A spot on the beach is included in the price of the room but is several kilometers away from the hotel. Very satisfied overall.

First time in Bulgaria! Amazing place, very nice, quiet, excellent service. Everything was clean. We had only breakfast and it was enough, we visited their restaurants in this resort and it was really tasty food there. Beach was close to hotel, you can go by car or by hotel bus and you are there in 10 min. We visited their spa, I was to cosmetic procedure too, very good relax for me. You can also play golf, it is really huge green area, but I am not player. I think we weren't here last time!

A special thumbs-up for the Kids Club at Lighthouse, where Kiril, Kristina, Maksim and Rosita ensured that our daughter had the time of her life. So far, our one and only 5 year old, took swimming lessons, got golf initiations, attended a circus school, learned to play badminton, practised her Latin-American dance moves, went to art school… You name it, they have it. After our very pleasant week-long stay at the Lighthouse Golf & Spa Resort in June and as we don't live fa…r away from the hotel, we made arrangements with the club for our daughter to attend its special day care program during summer (daily from 8.30 AM till 5.30 PM, breakfast and lunch included). Flexibility, loads of fun, recreation and education guaranteed. And a very happy child. What more could we possibly ask for?

Could win a contest for Top EU hotel in design and architecture — huge rooms & balcony, nice interior. Very quiet and comfy. Breakfast is superb. SPA is Top equipped. Some little flaws in setups and organization are made up by the politeness of the staff. All in all, one of the best vacation hotels and improving for the 3 years in row we visited it.

The beach is far away, taken to "Shuttl"e on a schedule of 4 p/day. The official name of the beach is "Icantalka-2. " The shell beach, about 1.5 km, 30-35 m wide, was very good until the year before last. The trouble is that the beach was taken over by some dark company, the information about which on the beach stands is not available. Now a third of the beach occupies the area for the reception of tour groups from Balchik, which are brought for half a day for 50 euros per person, and the remaining coastline except for the 50-meter free-zone is strewn with dirty foam mats under exhausted umbrellas and trying rent them out for 15 euros for a beach place. Few people on this divorce is underway (you have to be a very careless person to lie on this intricate mat even on his own towel, and even for such money), and in the end the main area of the beach is empty, and people coming there from all over the district (coming beaches in Balchike and Kavarna, there and there for 3-5 km) huddle on the remaining 50-meter free-zone. Comedy is absurd, and no one will tell them "Chicken. " By the way, 25 km away are the legendary beaches of Albena and Cranevo, where the same beach place, but civilized equipped, is twice cheaper. In general, categorically do not recommend this hotel because of the main thing for what go to the sea — bad beach, no.

I booked the hotel for a me and a group of friends for my wedding — 7 rooms for 14 people. I had described diligently and in very much detail my preferences for the rooms in advance so as to have no problems during checkin. I had written all of the guests names corresponding to the room they were supposed to sleep in and type of room. The completely idiotic and incompetent staff mixed up all the rooms and guests. They tried to put my father (groom) and my brides father in a double room. They tried to put me and the bride in a double room with separate beds, even though I had booked the suite with sea view! Absolutely unhelpful and ruined a bit of our otherwise perfect day!

Amazing time with these people here in Bulgaria. Rooms are spacious, golf is wonderfull and 19th hole Bar especially has good food and the best service. We will defenately come back! ⛳️

Too much gigantism. Less is more. Staff very friendly. Golf course very well maintained.

The Facility is now ten years old. The Location is great, But so slowly it will be necessary to renovate Rooms, especially Bathrooms. The five Stars are not universally earned, But the price/performance ratio definitely fits.

We have had a great time there last weekend. Very clean rooms, friendly stuff, good vibes and GOOD FOOD which is the most important. A pleasure for us to be back soon.

Poor poor hotel that has expectatins for being on a very high level… I was really dissapointed regarding the fact that it's a 5 star hotel. Horrible.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Amazing view from rooms towards the black sea with an infinity pool that looks like it ends in the sea. The morning buffet on diverse and incredible. A perfect spot to feed your family at the start of the day. I did wait around for someone to come to the tennis courts and no one came. But the rooms were large and it was a relaxing place to stay.

If you like golf, or the beach, or just to relax in a 5-star hotel, this is the place to be! I loved every minute spend here and I'll definitely come back soon.

Its not a 5* service or indeed 5* hotel. Golf course is good club house is good. Staff not allowed to deliver drinks to all inclusive guests. You have to get your own… 5* not… few staff apart from reception staff speak enough english to communicate properly. Carpets on floors are dirty and need replacing. Not what I expect from a 5* hotel.

The service was awful… Here is the things happened to us for just two days.
1. The first morning we found mold on the bread. We decided not to complain at first… but now…
2. The air-conditioning is not working properly. It can only be set to cooling… So in rainy windy days, it is cold in the room.
3. While having a breakfast, we, two people, sat on a 4 chair table. Then a hostess asked (almost forced) us extremely rudely if she could place three more people on our table… on a table with four places to be seated 5 strangers. Understandably, we left the restaurant immediately!
4. House-keeping is entering the room regardless of the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. If the sign is there maybe there is a reason for that not to be disturbed…
5. The beach has very little limited places. It needs reservation from the previous day.
6. In the bathroom there is mold in some not hidden places. Also the tap has rust on it.
7. The outside pool is surprisingly cold in summer days and it is almost impossible to use for more than 5 minutes.
8. In stead of one king-size mattress, we have two single mattresses on a king-size bed… While sleeping one of the mattresses slips and a hole about 15-25 cm between the two mattresses appears.
9. The hot water in the shower comes extremely slow for at least 5 minutes.
10. The elevator closes extremely fast and sometimes catches us stepping in or stepping out of it.

Great views and excellent service. The rooms are also very nice. Food however is mediocre, at best. I am not a golfer so I cannot judge the golf course, but it does look fantastic.

This year I took golfing vacation in Bulgaria and was looking fwd to this course. Overall average nothing exciting. For the money they charge it is overpriced. For same value courses in Turkey are better. What I want point out. Not possible tu buy birdiecard, no maps of the holes at teeboxes! Nobody takes care of greens, marshall missing. Locker rooms are nice, 19th hole was good, food was great. Note sure coming back at the moment.

The hotel itself is perfect, spacious rooms and delicious food. However, service was pretty bad this year. Starting with the front desk where only one of the 4 receptionists was aware what to do, the others were just causing confusion. Not very good idea to have staff trained during high season. Service in the restaurant was bad as well. Rude waiters, collecting your plates before you've finished with your meal. But our last morning was just outrageous. We were woken up by a false fire alarm at 7.30 am which came from the kitchen because no one at the front desk reacted to stop it. And there we were all tourists in our pjs in the lobby wandering what was happening while no one bothered to explain, let alone apologize. It is a shame the hotel was perfectly built but poorly managed, I am not sure if I want to go back again.

Great place for relax, everything is clean and neat. Nice food in the main restaurant. Service was great, staff was very polite. Recommend for a family/couple weekend.

Luxurious HOTEL for golfer and swimmer! The indoor pool is the largest I have ever seen in a HOTEL! The 18 hole golf course is nice but I prefer the Thracian cliffs, a 10 min drive! It is missing a baby club, which would mix babysitting and activities!

It is located in the middle of nowhere. No free Internet in the rooms. And the beach is around 6 km from the hotel.

Avoid, quality, restaurant dirty tablecloth! the same ground a week!
In addition, they are not nice.

On top of these, great Bulgarian hospitality with sincere smile and open heart. All mentioned made me become apartment owner and summer weekend resident of LH Resort.

On a recent trip to the hotel I was disappointed from the quality of service. The restaurant was flooded with flies which were crawling on the food. Although this was quite obvious to the entire staff, no propper actions were undertaken. Furthermore, the registration desk should have rarely seen big groups as it was quite slow on the check out — I have had much more pleasent experience in facilities far away from the five-star rating this place claims to be. On the upside the location is excelent yet the sights of unfinished construction works, as unostentatious as they are, leave a bitter impression.

Good location, well equipment facilities, the things are new.
