The best place. A hotel with a heart. And employees like a family…

Up to 5 stars does not hold up because of the beach, and the descent to it and the beach itself is terrible. Very small, the number of umbrellas and sunbeds even close does not correspond to the possible number of hotel guests. Free and uncontrolled access to the beach by strangers from nearby hotels and apartments. No one checks the presence of the appropriate bracelets. Garbage doesn't clean up.
On the menu personally for me too little fish and sea products, a small variety of dishes. The children's menu was organized the day before we left.
The area is not fenced, between the two buildings is a circular — a reversal road, constant noise due to busy traffic.
Of the pros:
Spacious, stylish, thoughtful, cozy rooms with a balcony.
Clean linen, carpeting and bathroom.
Friendly and attentive staff.
The pools are clean, with a comfortable water temperature and there is a comfortable "shallow" for small kids.
Two families with 3 children (1, 2 and 6 years old) rested. 2.06.18 to 16.06.18

Hotel clean and very comfortable, food was great, lots of selections to suit all tastes, great location for beach and amenities, I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel and room are all in all beautiful. However, there is seemingly a caretaker missing as some doors clamp and many a beauty flaw could be fixed. The beach is relatively small in principle but cool. The huge minus point is the always lukewarm food, which is not only unpalatable but was also prepared with little love.

Not worth 5 stars. TV only analog. Eating OK. Servise OK. Valueness well. Location great.

First of all, I would like to make it clear against all negative statements that the food is absolutely ok. Good kalamaris and at lunchtime there are chicken at a German level. In my opinion, there is nothing wrong there!
The staff talked great with us and was able to share even perfect German.
The location is better than any hotel I have visited in the last 20 years. Right on the beach right on the water!
And I say this with complete conviction on the first day — because I am so very excited by the positive impressions.

The best hotel I have ever visited… if I had to write a complete recension it would take me hours to celebrate this place… really… we had the best room while the holiday… I have 1000 photos of it… (they are visible at my Facebook profile for my friends so go and see) our bed was as big as an elephant… 2.50m x 3m… I even couldnt find my spouse at night. And the balcony was 15x 6 meters) ) ) ) The bathroom was fantastic … very spacious… very fantastic and tje vacations were just the best.

The staff was very friendly and very friendly.

Nice and big rooms with sea view and huge bed. Close to the beach with fantastic view. They also have nice pools. Unfotunately the quality of the food was very poor and the staff seemed very bored and som of them were even unfriendly, especially the ones working during breakfast and lunch. The staff acted professionally only when the Food&Beverage Manager was present. Door-frames hanging loose outside the rooms. Not the quality of a 5 star hotel. I would rate it 3 stars.

Rested. Family in September. For 10 days linen changed 2 times. The room was very clean and clean. No animations at all. For children in the Hotel 1 swing… Drinking water for children bought in the store in the room there is no water or juices or alcohol… (but it was unnecessary)

We were in the hotel in September 2017 with small children, service to put it mildly unobtrusive.
To take towels should be given to 20lev for each and in the evening it was not accepted for exchange, said for the entire period of stay.
The children's menu is usually pasta and french fries.
Wi-Fi in the area catches quite stable and speed is enough even to watch the video. On the beach no longer catches, saves mobile internet.
At night, there was a need to find a pharmacy to buy medicine for the child, Antipyreate. Asked to call a taxi, offered to wait until the morning-idiocy. The staff said the 24/7 questionnaire is 3km from the hotel, actually at 800 pm.

Everything is very good. The Service is good, the food is varied and everything is cool.

The good quality hotel, where the all inclusive meens all, like a food, drink, alcohol, two swiming pools and the beach with dedicated places for Sunbahing, parasols any longnes for free, but all the products are "all inclusive", which in facts means the vine is not drinkable, beer is approx. 7% an so on. The area are quiet and not huge for family with a kids, easy to controll all from one place. There is a samba bar near to and moderate prices for trips to Nesebar, or piraten boat. That is the reason we give 4 stars.

The Maid stole the money, but the saddest thing was that no action was followed from the leadership in the person of Georgy Ivanov. With This attitude of the administration to the guests-nothing good to expect from the staff is not worth it.

3. Rooms are clean, furnished with modern furniture (hotel 4 years). Magnificent wide beds with comfortable-soft mattresses (Boxspringbett)!
4. The kitchen is diverse, everyone will find food and drinks to taste. For lunch and dinner, apart from the buffet, you will be offered a barbecue with a variety of meats and vegetables. Fresh vegetables and fruits are delicious, every day melon and watermelon! Lots of different pastries.

The price-quality. Delicious. Satisfying. Heat. Sea 22 steps. Super.
