Better than expected for 4 * in Bulgaria. Clean, service great, food okay. Pool sufficiently large, enough loungers available. Bath towels can be borrowed.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location. Unfortunately, too few umbrellas. The beach is also no longer really present. Even access to the rest of the beach is problematic. Unfortunately, there is also no reaction from the hotel when early three-quarters six the pensioners sneak to the pool in a sleepsuit and spread out their towels. We already had discussions on the first day with the same ones that said: We have been here for seven years and this is our umbrella.
Food and rooms were OK.

Pleasant hotel at fair price. Rooms, food, service and hygiene are absolutely fine unless you're actually looking for something with German standards.
Unfortunately, the beach is only a few meters long and, due to the low proportion of sand among other things, is not suitable to lie on it. But you can still swim in the Black Sea. :) And otherwise there are also the pools in the hotel grounds.
The location is a bit clumsy, it is very quiet, which can be advantageous, but there are almost only hotels within the perimeter of the next few hundred meters. You can find a few small "supermarkets, " exchange offices or snack bars, but you can't really do a lot here.
For this I recommend instead, among other things, the nearby town "Nessebar, " where there is more to discover and make.

Very nice beach — and hotel complex. Staff mostly friendly. Food and beverage offer was good. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Room service as reliable as possible. Animation was partly little available therefore 1 minus point.

Very pleasant hotel, in the fall of 2016 made the repairs. The East side is unfinished complex, it is better to avoid the rooms overlooking it, otherwise it won't be pleasant. A large landscaped area, there is something to occupy children. The location is good, and not too far from the center and not too close. Sea in two steps.

We loved the staff, to be more specific MARY from the bar And ANGEL from dining room, lovely working people! :D We thing you can improve in the lighting in the playground, is too dark at night and also more food variety! overall we loved our stay and we would be back!

I liked the large well-groomed territory. The design of the hotel, large comfortable room, beautiful, modern furniture. Very clean room and all the grounds. And probably the most important liked the friendly, smiling staff. Especially remembered plump girl in the main restaurant immediately at the entrance (on drinks) her ocherovatelnaja smile and goodwill. What did not like is the beach. No beach, no sun beds and no towels. And there is nowhere to wash your feet from the sand! My kid even joked at bubbles feet to wash. Overall I am pleased with the hotel and would recommend it to friends.

We liked the location and the nice staff and the room with the beautiful view. We liked the least that we have to set the alarm clock at 5:00 to reserve loungers. And the food as well as drinks were not to our liking. Better would be Coke, Fanta etc. But in total there are four points out of five and we can imagine coming back next year.

Overall the hotel is good. Very close to the sea, a lot of entertainment (thanks to animators), clean grounds, sea view (if lucky). Food leaves much to be desired, almost all shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. Would have come again.

All rooms to the pool bar are is dictated by the bartender who has just service the night's sleep. The two bartenders DIDO and KASHAN play European titles in more subdued way and stop the bar operating as intended to 23: 00, but JANKO has service African music at maximum volume when scholars, sometimes until 2 o'clock early. The drunk's guests cheer him then anything and then he sometimes dances to the music. It is recommended to take so Wi-Fi for guests who want to go to bed even earlier. We are regulars and book the hotel since May 2004 annually and can afford a judgment. It has never been as bad as this year.

Affordable hotel with friendly staff, rooms overlooking the pool with good sea views, rooms were cleaned daily. All rooms to the pool side are used daily by 18-23: 00 by the pool bar with electronically generated sounds, the basses enter through any closed door. Who wants to make a quiet family vacation is right here. We have booked this hotel by the 20 08 11-03-09 11 and were completely satisfied. I don't understand the negative reviews, because the hotel complex, the cleanliness, the food and the hotel staff was all class.
