Just a paradise come see for yourself.

We were pleased. You can recommend it.

Good location. The food is perfect. Really, diverse and delicious. For lunch and dinner, there are wonderful soups. And a lot of other things. The only but big minus is the shower. What a fool he did. Water is worth bathing. That puddle to the door.

Wouldn’t recommend visiting SPA. Doesn’t worth its price at all.

Nice place. Rooms are nice, cleaned every day. Food is excellent, has a wide choice of meals. 3 pools, on one is all day entertainment program, including games for kids. Problem is Wi-Fi, it is available for free only in lobby, you have to pay for net in room. I bought a SIM internet card in nearby store, 6GB of net for 10 lev (5 euro). Beer is draft, I suspect it is non-alcoholic. Beach is about 3-400 meters from hotel, and it does not belong to hotel. Staff is kind and helpful, they speak English, Russian, German and a few other languages. All in all, nice place for vacation.

Clean rooms, airco, close to the beach and night life. Food in the hotel is good, also many restaurants nearby. Nice staff, very friendly. All in all a great place to stay!

Rooms are ok. Low class hut they are clean, and stuff cleans them everyday. But bathrooms are terrible. No shower cover, tap is barely kept in place, and water running is really laud. Staff really struggles with English. Some people there shouldn't be put behind the bar, there was just one worker that did really good drinks. Food at restaurant is good for first day. Then You feel that all food there is heavy and fat. Chicken is rarity there. Pools are good.

This place is great if you're there as a family or in a couple. Unfortunately they don't really cater for Western European people. The food is primarily for Central or Eastern European people. It is also the same food every day. The receptionist and various other members of staff struggle with English. On the positive side, the rooms are cleaned/tidied every day.

Not a bad hotel. There are three spacious pools, a good selection of food. The rooms are simple but tidy. Good location and enough shops nearby.
Of the cons of the queue (but this is probably normal), paid Wi-Fi (7 lion per day).

The guy from reception gave us wrong informations as we just came. They gave me a key from other room (which was ocupated), from 2 mistakes, he finally resolved. As I just enter in my room, no slippers (and I was in so many hoteles, nowhere like as! ), Just 2 pieces of soap (wow! Thanks for those, anyway). The towels weren't washed I thing, because were stained!
Oh, I forgot! No hot water!
In itself, the hotel is pretty saucy, but the serviced definetly not!
For sure, I ' ll not come anymore!

The hotel quality is just below average. Of the cons: long queues in the morning and even more in the evening, not enough seats and dishes, Wi-Fi is very bad and catches only at the reception. Of the pluses: good and varied food, good cleaning, there is an elevator, a normal uncrowded pool, a bar next to the pool, lots of sunbeds and there are umbrellas, in terms of security everywhere in the corridors there are CCTV cameras.

Second time here. A clean 3 star hotel with excellent gardens. Food and drinks average as expected in all inclusive. Excellent location as both the local bus passes right outside, the small tourist train to sunny beach passes behind the hotel. Right back from the hotel in 400m is the beach. Bars, clubs, super market surrounding the hotel. The people working in the hotel are very kind and hospital. Regarding the shower, I don't mind it not being separated.
