Nice hotel at a good price. The food is varied and delicious. Every day very fresh fruits and salads. The staff is young and positive. The cleanliness everywhere-  rooms … pool … Perfect hotel for a relaxing holiday!

We have been resting here since August 24. We're not privileged, but we're not drawn to four stars. When you check in the room sand. The shampoo is only in the dispenser. Feeling like it's just soap. The food is monotonous. The pool is clean. Drinks and juices are diluted strongly.

Dirty dishes, little territory, so-so food. The beds by the pool are busy in the morning — strange, because they come to the sea) ) The sea is close. There's no playground.

Hotel good, staff nice, pool nice all inclusive food pretty good, all inclusive beer NOT good (very weak 2 or 3%, bonus that there is a fridge in the room… Parking a bonus also…

Not a bad hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Quiet location, short paved path to the beach.

In June 2017 stayed in this hotel, as everyone before the trip looked at reviews of hotels, they put it mildly not all positive, but the vouchers were on hand and we drove, flew late in the evening, the receptionist greeted us kindly, gave us dinner, The room was clean, the breakfast was very good, the staff was very friendly and hotel, the rooms were cleaned daily, the food was simple but tasty and fresh, well in June again we fly to Bulgaria to this-the same hotel but with friends already,

Terrible food, can be poisoned.

It is rather 3 stars hotel not 4. Don't five me wrong. Rooms are (y) but resteurant is not so good.

Great hotel, nice location, in a very quiet area, good food, clean rooms and pool. Very friendly staff, they speak Russian, a little German and English, but we never had a problem. The food was excellent, always fresh, has fruits, vegetables and can be eat healthy. We are super happy with our holiday. Top, top, top.

Rated at 4 stars the place barely is a 3 star hotel. No attention to detail, no English-speaking at the reception desk (they say it is… but no… just one person, she is called by phone to the desk to translate. ), no helpful personal just sick and tired of guests… The restaurant is awful! Into an all inclusive system they do not have enough food, especially cookies. You must ASK for water to a bartender, no dispenser for that, and it is the same situation with all beverages alcoholic or not. All this business is based on un enough cheap food and maximum savings with personal, the oldest waiter has 65yo and he takes your plate even you finished or not. Disaster…

The place is pleasant and clean. The rooms are quiet. The tourists are very decent. Great food! The only lame animation.

Nice hotel with good location — close to the beach!

When you haven't high expectations, it is a good hotel for accommodation! Every day cleaned rooms, more than 10 types of food on breakfast and dinner. Varialable staff morals: somebody very nice, somebody just does his/her work. Sweetwater pool is clean but not heated. The sunbeds are ok, but the local bar's music is very monotonous. It is interesting, because the musics on the mealtimes are varied and enjoyable. Fortunatly our room's windows don't see to the pool. The pool has been closed 7PM every day for cleaning, the bar 8PM.

There's a miß understanding between ITS travel agency and hotel and always with each customer. It collect double room paid for families with children, man room gets two single man paid families in the market with sliding door, zbs Ehepar with 2 small children get two single beds with a Billhook and Cautsch to the to pull and calculated as bayby beds.
The food is always the same all drinks taste not verdünt or gefälcht except for still water. The beach is wide, not 50meter but 500meter by Holtzweg is very ramshackle and dare for kids and wheelchair is not possible.
