Terrible hygiene and service, a complete scam that does not deserve two stars!

Amazing place with the worst service staff.
Lack of parking place and issues with the room, which were not fixed during the whole stay.

During our stay, we found numerous violations of hygiene requirements and inconsistencies with the description presented upon paying for the service. We made many attempts to address these issues but we were completely ignored by the hotel management.
1. During our entire stay there was a complete lack of anti-epidemic measures imposed at a state level.
2. There was still food from previous guests in the room we were staying in.
3. The sheets were stained.
4. There was visible mold in the bathroom.
5. There was a leak of feces in the underground garage.
In summary, the place is disgusting, and management and staff don't care in the slightest.

По време на престоя си, открихме множество нарушения на хигиенни изисквания и несъответствия с представеното описание при заплащание на услугата. Направихме множество опити да адресираме тези проблеми, но бяхме напълно игнорирани от управлението на хотела.
1. През целия ни престой имаше пълна липса на противоепидемични мерки, наложени на държавно ниво.
2. В стаята, в която бяхме настанени, все още имаше храна от предишните гости.
3. Чаршафите бяха целите в петна.
4. В банята имаше видим мухъл.
5. Имаше теч от фекалии в подземния гараж.
Мястото е изключително неподдържано — отвратени сме. Персоналът и мениджмънта нямат капка професионализъм.
