Same breakfast every morning rude staff thankgod was only here for 7 days the only good thing was clean towels every day if you want a sun bed get up a 6am joke!

This hotel is turning into a nightmare for our on going one week of stay. The managers (who are also technicians of the hotel as per the staff) is a hopeless person to talk to if at all problem arises. They didn’t clean our rooms for 2 consecutive days in spite of we informing their staff at the reception. On the 3rd day, they say they don’t trust us that the room was not clean. They made us pay (30 Leva) for the damage of the already cracked lamp which even broke with a slight touch by my kid. (he could have hurt himself) And they asked us to pay 20 Leva for the back cover of the remote control accusing us for its missing. When we refused to pay 20 Leva, they even threatened us of calling police. They left the day bedsheet on the side sofa and just threw the white sheets on the bed without even tucking them in. They didn’t clean the carpet which had mess of soap pieces all around made by my toddler. The toilet wasn’t brushed, the washbasin wasn’t touched, and the soaps were not replaced. The bunch of our used towels were left on the sofa without even folding them. And they claim us this all can’t be true, it’s not possible they say. So they (the managers) not only accuse us but also not believe in whatever we talk to them. The new staff at the reception are gentle in their talks, but nothing is under their control.

Room ok. Clean. Towels changed & rooms cleaned on a regular basis. Bar shuts at 11pm. Beachtowels on the limited number of sunbeds at nightime with no opportunity of getting a bed the next morning. Same people on same beds. Petal Apartment residents use the sunbed too. Tough for everyone else. Management don't seem to care. Wi-Fi 15lev for 3 days. Poor reception in rooms. Better around bar & pool.

Very nasty hotel. Spent 4 days there with a friend including breakfast and tried as little as possible to be there.
The room constantly had a very vile smell, breakfast was not convenient, wanted to exchange money there we were offered course 1.5 per dollar when all over the sleigh the scourge it is making 1.6, want to go and pool with towels from the rooms but found out that you can't do it only when you were almost in it. It was rather not pleasant from the fact that they decided to threaten us with a fine in all the holidaymakers. I don't advise anyone.

The room was awful. The air was thin all the time. Cleaning service was poor. They didnt change our towels daily, maybe once when we spend two weeks at the hotel. Also the shower at our room was kind of broken. I ate once a whole meal at the hotels restaurant and after that I got sick and throw up. I cant suggest this hotel to anyone. My experience was that bad.

Looks like new hotel, but mainly will be OK only to sleep there. Rooms are noisy. No separate parking place. All the time there was some water at canteen floоr. +10 minutes from the beach. Has own pool.

Quiet poor service, towels weren't changed in time and toilet paper.

Friendly staff, nice clean hotel. Doesn't look like much from the outside and there's not much of a view but it also wasn't expensive so you get what you pay for.

Just as I would expect a 3 star hotel in Bulgaria — good service, very friendly staff. We had breakfeast and dinner included, where I didn't like the bread, but the offer was nice. The hot dishes (dinner) where unfortunately not really hot most of the time. The room was clean and in good state, but the electricity is only working when you are inside so you could not charge your phone when you are outside. I really enjoyed the rain shower! Minus: Some of the balconies show to the street (as ours did) so when the door was open you could hear the very old climate from the hotel next door and when it was shut we could not cool down the room enough for my taste — but maybe it was just us not getting through the climate ;) All in all a nice experience and I could imagine going there again!

Loved it. Small, friendly hotel with good interior, good room service. And actually the Bulgarians are so cute… will Go again.

Staff restaurant unpleasant ice hockey is hard to even doprositisâ hot water for tea.
