Nice hotel, nice beach, medium quality food, overall good good services. Good for family with kids. Decent rooms. The complex is nice, you have an aqua park inside the complex, it is about 500 meters from the hotel.

Elenite. The hotel is at the very end. Inconvenient descent by stones to the sea. But the sea is clean and shallow, children can go 50m deep and will be knee-deep. There aren't many people. It's quiet. There is enough food choice in the kitchen. It's delicious. The rooms are cleaned up well. The price includes a room free of charge to choose from. You can go one time.

This was the most amazing vacation in my life! I liked every thng about it, very nice location, good food and nice people. I can even explain how much I liked the beach and the weather. And Nessabar was great! ld town, worth seeing for sure. The BEST) )

Pros: a nice beach and a view from the window of the sea. It's great!
Of the cons:
1. The dishes are poorly washes, on plates of stains from food and lips.
2. Rooms are removed rarely (1 every 4 days), until they are not reminded and not quality (after cleaning on the floor remains dust)
3. The quality of the food leaves much to be desired (meat caught with smell, in the salad I found a dead fly), which is not permissible. I have two children and my wife is now sick with gastrointestinal. They applied for medical help because of this and because of this they refused to tour to Romania. Which is very sad.
Administrators do not respond to visitors' comments. Example: the company arrived and on the beach under the windows until 12 o'clock in the morning listened to loud music. Applied himself personally — did not help.
5. Wifi is very bad and then catches only in the lobby.
6. Please also pay attention to the bartender (an elderly man in a black hat with fields) constantly serves hot tea or coffee in plastic cups. What is extremely uncomfortable — burns hands. And porcelain mugs saves, probably, not to wash.

Just came back from a week here. What can I say. The reason for the 1 star is that the room was a decent size. Cleaners came in Every day but never once swept inside or the balcony. The meals were almost cold, even on coming out of the kitchen. Not much selection of food for children. All inclusive, the pool bar didn't open til the day before we left and never saw anything of snacks which is in with all inclusive. The lifts were also out of order till the day before we came home. Would never go back again, don't waste your hard earned money.

This hotel provides great location the stuff always smiles and is friendly great kitchen. The hotel manager is very kind and polite person. Really nice location to stay.

Nice hotel, the cleaning of the rooms is rather unsatisfactory.

First coastline. Large selection of food, but for the second week boring. They said that twice a week they feed from the chef, but for two weeks-our stay the dish from the chef tried once-salmon baked. Drinks of local production, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Soft drinks resembled concentrated yuppie. Alcohol is like solid chemistry. As we do not drink, especially not upset because of alcohol of poor quality.
At check-in give bonuses-visiting local restaurants. We were in Bulgarian and Italian. There was nothing to do with these kitchens. Tasteless.
The hotel has a swimming pool with two open-air bowls. I've never seen a swimming pool. Most likely automatic cleaning of the pool. We rested on the sea, by distance as well. The only thing in the morning you need, before breakfast, to book yourself a sunbed (throw towels), otherwise next to our hotel will not have seats, and have to go to look around the beach. Best time to book at 9am.
The beach is clean. The entrance to the sea is not very convenient due to the presence of stones. More sand. The hotel itself is fine. Very good for kids.
The whole complex of hotels is built for children's entertainment. On the territory there are free bufetiki-trailers with drinks, hot dogs, pop-corn, there is a confectionery and ice-cream. All this free up to 16:00.
The area refined, very beautiful. On-site There is a water park, but the water is very chlorinated and cold.

I felt really happy in Bulgaria and in this hotel. Nice reception, tasty food, beautiful Black Sea and fantastic people. I recommend Royal Bay and I will be back there I promise!

Good for family rest. A little rocky beach that makes it difficult to enter the sea. The food is delicious, but the breakfast is very good. The sea view is excellent. Only the limited number of umbrellas and decks on the beach are sad, and we need to take them early in the morning, even though there is no formal reservation.

The room was very nice, but the rooms were very good. My wife and I stayed here September 2012 and we both had a great holiday. We had a lovely room with sea view and although there were one or two minor faults, the facilities and food were more than satisfactory for what we paid. Some of the all-inclusive drinks were rather poor (some of the spirits were virtually undrinkable and the beer, although it didn't taste too bad, was very weak) and there wasn't a lot to do at night, but overall it was a good holiday that would appeal to families and older couples.
