TOTAL DISASTER, DON’T GO, WASTE OF MONEY, TOO MUCH STRESS Problems starts from the entrance / barrier of the Resort  — no car park spaces (even though you are being charge 12 leva per day). The security guards are very rude and not friendly at all to explain you what is the procedure to in the resort, and more important how to reach the reception. It took us 2 hours to reach the reception of the Villa Elenite from the barrier, the free cart didn’t want to take us because we were without language (we left the language in the cars as we didn’t know how far we will walk and were we will go), this didn’t help at all when we had young kids with us, one 9 months old and elderly people 65 years old staying on the sun during midday. It was very bad experience entering the resort, as I found out later on check out the same was exiting the resort – we are not able to get in the resort, is not easy to get out form the resort, all because of rude security guards and very rude bellboys. Finally when we managed to checked in the rooms were a TOTAL DISASTER  — non working aircondition, cables hanging out from the walls, hygiene – bellow negative, smell of mould very bad. Dirty toilets and bathrooms, the ceiling of the bathrooms were constantly dripping of dirty water (in few words you won’t stay there even if it is free). Some of the rooms booked were for 3 adults and the rooms we get were with one large bed  and a small bunk bed (for kids).

Nice place indeed however you will be disapointed starting with the rooms, the food, the staff and cleanig. Especially the cleaning! No more words. Big disapoitment.

I loved the rest, cute and cozy. At the reception guys are always friendly. Tasty and fat-fed, impossible to resist :)

A very nice place. Big territory, separate houses like you are the owner of one of them for a week or two. Huge free aquapark, the beach is very near and a lot of free stuff. Definitely a place worth seing.

Cons 1. Service is pretty bad 2. Villas have some issues. 3. You have to reserve to eat at the good restaurant. 4. No Wi-Fi only at the office. Pros 1. Nice view of the sea. 2. All inclusive. 3. Very private. 4. Very fresh air in the mourning. 5. Beach is nice and calm. 6. Water park is great.

I put four stars, not five, just for the number. It's very small and it's all that old, it's not a working phone either, the TV probably '80s thought that in our time there are no such. Otherwise everything is fine: cleaning, (after a day a maximum of 2, change towels and well clean) staff are very polite. The food is good and try to diversify. There are no special queues. The area is huge, very green and beautiful. For children there is animation, in the evening disco. Great water park. There are hot dogs, ice cream, burgers. At the moment we are here and enjoying the last days.

Not the first time in Bulgaria. So the local all-inclusive sat. Were ready. The beach is good, the food is acceptable. For young children it is better to take porridge with them. There are several swimming pools, a children's room and a playground.
The water park is quite sane.
Of the disadvantages — the lack of parking in the territory. So the car had to be left in the paid parking lot (50 euros for 10 days). The room had to be cleaned by ourselves, as the staff is clearly not enough and they did not reach us. Although the application was left several times.

The rooms are old, the room is a ruin, the food is average. Plus only in the form of a large green area.

Park Royal is a horrible place to stay!

In the canteen of the queue for 20-30 people for food. Everyone is walking and looking for a free table and chairs. And so every time. The Food is tasteless absolutely. I liked Everything except the restaurant, not in terms of food, but the battle for the place to eat! The Rest is super especially the water park!

Unfortunately, we could not stay in the Villas because there were no Railings on the Stairs. That's why the very nice Manager helped us move to the Royal Bay.

Arrival early, and with the children will hang out in the hall and wait for settlement.

I love this little village. It has everything for a great holiday.

Everything is invented for children. There is a swimming pool, a playground and even a kindergarten. The hotel is not new, the renovations do gradually. At the entrance to the water-stones! I only found one entrance between the scooters and the beach bar. There are steps between the views. With wheelchair-not convenient.

I'm very confused about this place. Advantages: very styled place with nice views, very close to the beach and see, good communication between restaurants and pools, some snacks points in random places like hot-dogs pancakes juices hot potatoes, quite clean shared area, quite good choice of pools, very nice location of the first line houses, quite good accommodation of the first line houses, very nice restaurants a la carte. Disadvantages: unfortunately only people with low requirements can be fully happy about this place, service mentality is closer to russian or arabian than european standards, second line houses are in fact all other than first one where mostly the view is exposed to the back-end of another house, house-keeping every 2 days and need to give extra tip for changing bed sheets or towels to fresh one, very low meals quality and very limited dishes choice, very low snacks quality, Wi-Fi did work for 2 days of the two week stay, stairs everywhere with limited cart ramps, sometimes very hard to get sunbed at 9 a. M. Summary: It is very charming place however with big gaps in standard for european requirements. I hope things will get better in the future. At this moment in the same price I would recommend some other place. Highly not recommended for the families with babies on the carriage.

Room could be better, food is not varied, hotel has come to old age. Beach was close enough, service was acceptable.

I do not know why low ratings The truth is not advertising, we have a lot of vacation and in VIP hotels. But this place is not forgotten. For children Water Park, Evening carousel is all free, in Egypt for example we paid for it money. The car is free of charge in the territory. The food is good; and watermelons and peaches and oranges, apples are all there. The sea is right at the room 100 meters. In the evening there is something to do on the premises and outside. Shopping excellent dressed up norms most importantly children to school prepared even stationery bought people really cool! All pleasant rest.

Place stuck in the past. Almost all employees speak only Russian which seems appropriate as almost all guests are Russian but for me it was quite annoying to hand wave what I want since English was out of the question too. Totally undeserved four stars when the air conditioner is not working. The cleaning staff cleaned the coins left on the table but did not change our towels. Food is acceptable at best and only goal is to be as cheap as possible. The place seems like it was not renovated since it was built. Only upside is the distance to the beach is no more than 50 meters and the villas are surrounded by trees.

A wonderful corner of Bulgaria! Friendly sea, clean sandy beach. Always free sun loungers and umbrellas. A lot of tourists from all over Europe, but on the beach does not feel like a sprat in the barrel. Huge area of hotel chain, pools, all inclusive. Food is tolerable (sausages, children's drinks, alcohol is not the best, but all inclusive). The kids said this is the best place we've ever been. We would come again, but we must open new places!

Would actually be a nice plant if it were I kept up. But so — catastrophic! Quite a few lamps burn at night on the paths, and thousands of steps. Acute risk of falling. This hotel is really not recommended! The small bungalows are filthy in the bathroom is mold and it is much broken! The food doesn't matter if you arrive on time cold, the selection is bad. There are too few seats.

Caution sham! We stayed for 7 days in villas royale, the holiday was a Horror! We had booked all inclusive with Transfer. The room was musty, dirty, and the furnishings are ancient. The lacquers stained u torn! The mattresses durchgelgen and tasty! Everywhere in the room were still weaving spiders! The bathroom was filthy! From the vorurlauber a pill, the towels were available, (2 PCs lying next to the toilet. For the entire week) were so full with stains, you could even not use! On request for new, we get to the last day! Instead, they were taken away and no new hin hung! Throughout the week our room was not cleaned once! Only the blanket is properly laid out and the trash from the Badwurde emptied. For toilet paper you must provide for yourself! or to the reception Desk and running :D because 3 stars! And all in! To the staff, as it comes, if at all, only if you can speak English, the staff does a very lazy and disinterested impression! Hotel was OK and the idea of the design was good but this is the end of our possitive impressions. The shower room was making a flood every time we are taking shower. Swimming pools are heated only by the sun and were so cold we couldnt get in. Which on the other hand was good thins as the pools themselves have not filter and the water was extremely dirty and looked green. The first time we tried to have lunch in the garden we have been served fish which had all its guts and was extremely disgusting. All the green areas were so poorly maintained that it looks like there is a grass here and there only by chance. The area around the pool was also slippery and you could see little pieces of glass. The cigar bar which have been announced on various places has only around 4 cigars which were so dry that even if someone have decided to buy it it would have been impasible to smoke it. After sharing our impressions with some taxi drivers they were all aware that the customer service and the maintanence of the hotel is very poor. Overall this was waste of our money and a great disappointment. We wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Lousy service, over the week have never changed the bedding, cleaning the rooms on 2-ku. The hotel itself is expensive, but the service… poor.

A lot of negative impressions. Rocky sea, dirty dining (and not only), not tasty food (delicious only vegetables, fruits, cheese, bread), lazy staff (or lack thereof) and to top it off the missing from the rooms of the golden cross with chain … We were pleased with the nature and pleasant climate, beautiful Tan. There is an Aqua Park, only water is ice, swimming pools and everywhere well lots of lots of people.

All inclusive: the sea, the Sun and the comfortable accommodation and delicious Bulgarian cuisine. The staff is very friendly.

Good location, very good in fact, only the organization work.

The villas are in very poor condition. They are dirty the beds are all stained. We changed our villa as first one had blood stains on bed and wet patches. This is a good holiday if u want to loose weight. Lived on salad for a week. If you are British don't go. Choose other accommodation. It's all Russian orientated. There are far better places to stay than here. 10/07/15

Towels and garbage have not changed and are not cleaned up 4 days. Air conditioning and phone doesn't work, the light bulb in the lavatory and entrance were burnt. Have not changed anything and not repaired. Went to reception 4 times and complaining is useless. Went into administration, complained that poor service, too useless. In the dining room to give one and the same, toršnit. To get pancakes or mutton kebab need to stand in line and wait for 10-40 minutes. Bad cook stove. Pram wheels, don't go to the beach or in the dining room, stupeniki and stairs. Pass on wheels almost impossible. In the room the floor with tiles like ice. In Bulgaria we had a rest with the husband in late August 2011, the Country elected in accordance to close fly. Since our vacation was only 7 days, 't want to lose 2 days in airports, took a morning flight on the flight there and the evening on the way back.
