Nice spa hotel with indoor swiming pool, infrared & herbal saunas, salty room, good food, seaside & high stree location, lovely sky bar with jacuzi, etc.

Good quality food, good service, menu is a bit low on choice, the prices are reasonable.

A good hotel, with unobtrusive service. We only took breakfasts, it was tasty but not varied. Eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, vegetables, bread, cereals, yogurts, several types of desserts, fruits. So every day. Once there were dumplings for breakfast. We had lunch and dinner, too, mostly with them, for the money, as the food is different from the one given to those who are given to the dinner sprees, and we had children with food claims :) The restaurant is great, the food is fresh and delicious.
Rooms are cleaned every day, towels change only lying on the floor. There is a small balcony in our room it overlooked restaurants and the area with all sorts of entertainment so after 8-9pm and until 12am there is a very strong noise, songs, dances, but with the window closed we were bombarded. There is air conditioning that works well. The bathroom is large, with a shower stall — in which the shutters are closed loosely, after bathing the whole floor in the bathroom is wet.
The spa area is nice, a small pleasant pool, salt/infrared room, massage treatments and others. We took massage and whirlpool, very happy, but depends on who does it. Maria does just a magic massage, I have a back after it as new, others I did not really like.
In general we did not regret that we went there, the hotel is small and pleasant.

Stunning hotel with views to die for. Normal continental breakfast with unlimited coffees. Helpful reception staff. Always make sure you have a room with a decent balcony, as there's plenty of them. 360° views from the hotels Sky Bar, a must visit whilst you stay here. Fantastic SPA with many treatments, Salt Room, Beauty Salon and Indoor Swimming Pool. A perfect location for the local town, a couple of minutes stroll from the hotel. I recommend Red Bar in the main shopping area, the food is outstanding and excellent value for money. A smear dish works out around £5 per person and a 500ml local beer around £1.20. If you want to be away from the noise and busy-ness of Sunny Beach, head to this hotel.

In August I was vacationing with my wife. We went to Bulgaria to celebrate my birthday. Stayed in a room for two overlooking the sea.

1. Beaches where you can sunbathe and swim 800 meters away!
2. The staff are not friendly.
3. There is no water cooler anywhere in the hotel. And at my request in the afternoon in the hotel restaurant to pour me water, I was refused.
4. In the shower it is impossible to wash without pouring water all over the bathroom, instead of 4 towels per person, we had 2 and those dirty. The hair dryer is useless.
5. Of the cosmetics were only dispensers with soap and gel. There were hats, no slippers.
6. Cleaned every day, but in bed every time there was hair.
7. The room for two with one bed was with two mattresses.

I left a similar review on the tripadvisor, there is no possibility on the booking, as it was not booked through their website.

On tripadvisor my review was followed by a response from the owner Anton T. Where in boorish form he explained that everything is OK with the hotel, most likely something is wrong with me. And in the end I accused me of bias, as the tripadvisore that was my first review.

So, dear Anton T. If you read. Is it going to be objective?

Great hotel supper location and a very nice restaurant. The best hotel in Pomorie.

Very nice and cozy hotel. It has an amazing Sky Bar with an amazing view of the whole town and sea. The Spa is free to use for guests but the indoor pool could be larger. The restaurant is cozy and service is very good and fast.

The hotel is like a hotel, but the restaurant has lost its national taste, chic and flavor. I won't recommend it any more.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Basic equipment in the rooms, fair breakfast, good dishes for dinner, friendly staff, poor Wi-Fi (rooms), nice view to the sea (balcony) All in all a solid hotel and probably one of the better ones around Pomorie.

It's a great hotel. Rest for the third year in a row. I advise everyone.

To the hotel: cleanliness OK, rooms come in the years, friendliness a foreign word, especially in the restaurant area. You can also describe it with pleasure. I don't expect anyone who kisses my feet, but you don't have to be a drooping corner of the mouth. Wellness Area (sauna, steam bath) only from 08:00 to 20:00 am, although these times in my opinion can only be recommendation. (Later on and also earlier. Breakfast: Well, it's not a blast. And the room with "sea view" just great. See photo.

Good value for money, water front.

Come for the night life, stay for the sea and saunas.

Страхотен хотел — целия персонал е усмихнат и лъчезарен, стаите са чисти и поддържани (с изключение на пердето в банята), нямаше счупени мивки или душове. Басейна и спа частта бяха натоварени, но все пак беше приятно. Гледката към пристанището и кея беше невероятна. В ресторанта храната е изключително вкусна, особено пицата. Сервитьорите са малко намръщени, но управителката е много дружелюбна и загрижена с което компенсира това им излъчване. Извън сезона лесно намерихме къде да паркираме, но предполагам, че в разгара на сезона се паркира по преките в района. Винаги съм минавал транзит през Поморие, но тук държа да се върна — рядко съм се впечатлявал така от хотел по нашето черноморие.

Quiet location, near the sea, infrastructure is available, easy to get to any part of Bulgaria.

Loved the hotel, staff, service, spa and restaurant.

My first spa experience. Visited in the winter off peak no tourists around and it very relaxed. Hotel rooms can use a bit of refresh. Lunch menu food is good but the rest of the menu is on the pricey side. Treatments offered are nice and staff is helpful, the rooms where this is done are a little over used. Not much to do around in the winter.

Perfect location, very helpful and kind personal. Delicious kitchen. Price, service is a good relations.

Overall not bad. Clean. Not expensive. The room was very small.

The breakfast was very good, and the hotel was very good. All night Music, screams. The hotel for event is not for recreation.

Terrible customer service. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The biggest problem was that we've used some clean glasses from the lobby without asking prior for permision. However, there was no one to ask and no one working at the lobby bar. We left a day earlier, having paid for our rooms. We were advised there is no refund. I wouldn't even send my dog to this sh*thole.

The beds are very comfortable! So much for the positive things about the hotel! The bathroom is very inconvenient, toal. The dish was broken and the floor was flooded. The food was appalling!
