The most luxurious hotel in Pomorie, Bulgaria. My dear. The beach is very close.

Me and my dad were on a business trip to Bulgaria. We were visiting our land lot. We choose this hotel because it was nearby our land lot. It’s a very expensive hotel so you are a bit locked at the hotel. You can’t travel around much. If you have children this place would be perfect. Swimming pools and a playground with the middle eastern right next to you. It’s about 7km one way to the local population, things are really cheap many restaurants and supermarkets. You also have restaurants on the hotel. I don’t think this is for the people travelling around. I enjoyed my stay.

Amazing food, lovely and tasty with nice local wine too! The decor is tastefully done and not a bad price for such lovelt tasting food x.

Territory and rooms — OK.
The food is good, but could be better — there is something to compare with in the same Bulgaria.
Wi-Fi — with it gloom — in the lobby is free, in the room you have to buy, step on the street — does not catch.
Sending mail is a problem if you're outside.
As for the beach: it's paid and it's outrageous.
In addition, there is nothing else for children other than a small water park next to the hotel.
I would like some children's complex like a mixture of trampoline, slides, inflatable figures, darts, water boats.

Nice but pricey but the hotel is very clean. Rooms are cleaning very frequently and its quite nice. The extra charges should be revised by the hotel because really pricey.

A great hotel to stay in. With a nice beach and territory. Underground parking. Lots of restaurants with different cuisines. But the prices of accommodation are far from humane.

Realy bad service staff look missrable no english or irish papers but plenty for the russians and germans. We wont be coming back any time soon. How this is rated 4stars I dont know I would give it a two star rating.

Lovely place, very relaxing in the evening. Was there in June 2018. Have visited every year since 2009, every year the area around gets a little more developed but in a good way. Water park 100m from the entrance. Lovely restaurants. Peaceful and safe.

Clean and great location. You have choices from fully inclusive hotel style room to the apart hotel and pay as you go. Just be warned if your on the fully inclusive they are very strict with meal times and close the doors and clear everything away right on the dot. Complex is massive and the map defiantly helps. You have three pools to choose from and the option of the beach to. Be warned that closing the pool means your parasol is tied down at 17hrs on the dot to indicate the pool is closed no one actually chases you away. You have the choice of soaking in the sun or going on a jet ski or even para gliding. Hotel transfer was 40 lev and is a 25 minute journey. For the kids there is kids club which has a soft play area and options for the young artist to try their hand. In the evenings there is the option of a kids disco for the younger ones and entertainments for the adults is provided by the animation team and Mr tempo.

Amazing place, delicious food, friendly staff, very clean rooms. One of the best hotels in Bulgaria!

Very nice hotel and clean! These are very spacious apartment hotels. The buffet is varied and the products are of quality. Private beach and indoor pool with Spa. Very knowledgeable staff… Nothing to complain about everything is perfect.

July 2017 with the family here made vacation.

Not a bad hotel, but it is an apart-hotel. It's closed for the winter so if you go in early spring, things are just staring to move there, air feels a bit fuggy. The SPA is also working after you book an hour, you can't just walk right in, they need a couple of hours to warm up the sauna et. C.

It's beautiful. I was filming in this hotel video. This is the middle of March and snow fell. But the view from the window is very beautiful. Beautiful as well inside.

We have spent as a family with 2 children (8 and 10) in July and August 2017 two great weeks holiday there. This was our first holiday in Bulgaria, but the next is already booked. Flight to Burgas No 3 hours, the suitcases we had no 10 minutes later in the hands, transfer No 10 minutes. Wow! In the hotel: It is a summer holiday and it is full, but it is distributed with beach and the 3 pools. No flight noise, cleanliness (please do not always compare with German standard) and good, always changing food. Beach front bar for AI guests and one in which to pay. Our family room was a dream! Huge, with second bedroom, kitchenette and your disposal. My mother-in-law had a double room for single use with sea view, because we would have had room in the family too. There are small differences in the food in each of the several restaurants, so we've looked at it before dinner. In the sea, which is shallow and with light waves, it often floats (depending on the weather more or less) seaweed. Beautiful sand, for volleyball volleyball I recommend beach shoes or slippers. Otherwise, here is my personal opinion about people who constantly find fault about the staff of such hotels: Imagine having to do this poorly paid job yourself for a month… We were satisfied and come back! The best hotel in Pomorie and this thought leads to discouragement. Every day, waking up, I thought what kind of bastard would ruin our mood? It is impossible to sit here, you can not lie here, remove your child, tell him that pouring water by the pool is not possible, etc. Etc. All Prokureno, for children there are no separate pools. Do not edte to Bulgaria!

I was 2014 at this hotel and it was really outstanding!
We only always book 5 ☆ hotels, and so have a good comparison to other hotels of this class.
The sunset Resort is a really good 5 ☆ hotel, and can very well keep up with Spanish 5 ☆ hotels.
It is probably the best hotel in Bulgaria, and despite its relatively inexpensive.
If you are looking for a carefree holiday and want to relax, this is the place.
Those who prefer the rough sea, high waves, and many deserted beaches to explore should be better on islands like Fuerteventura.

The hotel complex is very large and there are many restaurants where you have a rich choice of food. It is for every taste what is there and the food itself was very good. The staff is helpful and friendly. However, for a 5 star hotel you could pay attention to more cleanliness. The cleanliness of the rooms depends more on a 3-4 star hotel. The sand on the beach is very well mixed with shells and is rarely cleaned. Children often found rubbish while playing in the sand.

We were there with our one-year-old kid. The room was clean and tidy. The food was fresh and adequate, but not for gourmets. The service was decent and child friendly. The few green areas were covered with very sharp grass, so that you could wear slight injuries if you wanted to lie on it. Unfortunately there were too few shady places, so you often had to retire to the buildings. It was quite difficult to find a suitable place with such a small child there by the pool. Ultimately, however, the price-performance ratio is absolutely acceptable.

Good service, good restaurants, near airport. The sea is quite dirty. Almost no decent infrastructure outside the hotel.

Very nice hotel room perfect. Restaurant closes before the hours indicated and personal not always welcoming. Unfortunately cold pools, can be because of the small constant wind.

If only the faeces were not still guided from all the hotels into the Sea. A second volleyball court is still set up.

Location was very nice, hotel clean and tidy… nicely decorated, the only thing I found impossible was the food and drinks! The food was always greasy, salty or unbearably sweet! The drinks all came from a line and would then be handed over to plastic cups/served. For a 5 star hotel unbelievable!

Stayed for a week with all inclusive. At first it's a bit difficult to figure out when and where you can get food drinks ect. But after a few days you'll get the hang of it. Decent food, nice staff. Pool area is nice, but needs some new mosaic here and there. Limited cocktail options unless you want to pay extra.

Property is nice from outside and all the pools and amenities are well maintained. We were in Delta 2 building and it is at best 3.5. Food was average but with the plenty of choices there would be something good for almost anyone's taste. We tried the Mediterraneo restaurant and the food we tried wasn't great but not bad. Service was great throughout the property. Seems the food service staff get trainings and is well monitored. At times they over do their duties … like grabbing food trays from the buffet area right in front of an approaching hungry guests :-) /cut off time for service was due/ but nothing offensive. A small complaint was the inability of our receptionist or the main Sigma reception to book us dinner for the next day for the Grillhouse restaurant. /it requires a day in advance reservation and we tried at 4:05pm and it was 5 minutes too late :-). I guess Bulgarian guests don't get any preferences for being 5 min late to the party. The place could be much better if the outdoor activities are a bit better organized but all the kids there seemed to enjoy. It is really a kids paradise and should focus on this even more. My wife used the SPA and the lady that checked her skin out had a great knowledge and recommendation for the proper treatment for her.

Fantastic service and food.

On the beach. Great selection of food. Very safe for kids. Friendly staff, rooms are spotless and spacious. Lots of places to explore on bikes. Nice boardwalk along the coast to the old town.

Top location, directly on the Black sea. Staff friendly. Super-equipped room. 72 sqm, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Food Top. Many Possibilities For Excursions. Highly recommended.

Good resort. Nice sea view and beach. Service not that up to standard.

Super staff, food etc
Staff was nice food was just too good. The room Top was the only Problem we had ants but a few we have told, and they were made walk away and come back as a compensation we got a rental car for 3 days and to recommend a free safe to use all Top only. And the sunbeds on the beach and at the Pool are mega comfortable. Skis.

Hotel where u will not be stuck in the same rutine everyday. There are many different restaurants, pools beach area, hotel entertainment and much more. Lovley place.

Nice hotel complex with flaws.
The hotel, the whole resort and also the beach are nice, well kept and clean. The staff and food, however, have a lot of air up. The staff always seemed unmotivated and partly annoyed. The food was mostly lukewarm or even cold. From the level rather eat like in a canteen. There is a lot to do with bowling, Aqua Park and large pools. Nicer staff and better food, then I would give another two stars.

Very good hotel with great personal. Always care with customers. I've been there 5 years consecutive! It's pleasure!

Hotel catastrophic, the staff is not friendly at all, the food lacks diversity, always the same things.

Looks big. I've seen Turkey better hotels. Here in Pomorie it's biggest.

Grounds were very nice, food was also delicious. Unfortunately, it didn't work out so well with the cleaning. Unfortunately, the poolside lounges are filled with towels by other guests, so the chance of a place is almost impossible.
Staff was friendly. The beach was unfortunately also very polluted.

An absolutely nice Hotel, suitable for children, but not a 5* Hotel, we have the vacation very enjoyed, staff could be more to laugh, unfortunately, no pads on the lounge chairs on the beach.

A beautiful, family-friendly facility. Ideal through the many swimming pools and private beach. No fight for concerns or requirements.
Especially worth highlighting is the gastronomic offer. There no crowds there to eat, through the many possibilities in different restaurants. Practically you could round the clock food in one all inclusive offer.
Many sports and leisure activities. Rooms, hallways, and the exterior is very clean, constantly was cleaned without that it was distracting.
The only thing that would be to criticize, which only a ping pong table to the available stands, which was constantly occupied; There you should consider perhaps!

I enjoyd my stay at the hotel, even though the room had 30 ant (during our 1week stay) living in between the wall and they have mostly been eating bread and crisps. The buffe where full of tasty food like:pizza and bagles and the pools where huge and I really want to stay there again. I give it 4/5. Adrian, 12 years old (NORWAY).

Sunset Resort * Pomorie. Very nice holiday, probably felt all around. Book definitely rooms overlooking the sea! Everything very clean. Food is great. There are always people who what to put on the food. And if the children eat only French fries and pizza. Even blame. Staff very friendly and always tries. Animation was very lean — there's better! Located just outside approx. 20 km from Burgas, but no aircraft noise and the construction site behind the hotel are also done. You get nothing of it really. From Pomorie are all given options with bus and taxi. Tourists abound wanted only to sunny beach — thank goodness we didn't do that —. Would you like to book this hotel again.
