Beautiful hotel, views, rooms, and garden. It is so rare to find a place like this on our coast and this hotel is a rare gem!

Lovely quaint boutique hotel with wonderfull views of the sea, peace and quiet, wonderfull staff and great selection of food. With the beach just under your feet, there is not much anything that you need…

Perfect! The best vacation, the best place, the best staff!

It's a little paradise. But in the evening there are mosquitoes and the beach as from site, with palm trees and sunbeds there are not. But the view is gorgeous, the rooms taken care of in detail, the food good and all the staff attentive and kind.

Awesome, quiet and cosy boutique style resort. Amazing sea views, wonderful staff and delicious food. Anything you'd ever want if the "Bulgarian seaside party" is not really your thing.

My wife and I chose this hotel to accommodate us and most of our guests during our wedding weekend. The place is beautiful though it’s not that easy to find. It was very calm and peaceful with great views. We booked all the hotel rooms for our guests and although we had to do last minute changes the manager Ivaylo was really kind, helpful and professional and made everything possible. The rooms are nice and clean. The food was good but have in mind that it’s a small restaurant and ordering for more people at the same time may cause delays. But to be fair we have been informed about it upfront. The staff was really friendly and did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Even when our last guests arrived late at the evening they stayed longer to prepare food for them. All in all we had a great weekend in St. Anastasia hotel and we would definitely visit it again.

Let's start with the the road leading up to the hotel, which was lacking road signs, street lights and the road itself is in such a horrible state, it was like riding a roller coaster. Upon checking in to our room we noticed dead bugs in the closet and an old used band aid lying in the floor, which gave both my wife and myself the creeps. So let's go on to the service in the restaurant, the menu itself does not look too complicated and when the food arrives for dinner it's not that bad, they have a very nice fried chicken and pork roast with mashed potatoes which I actually enjoyed. But the service, the service is terrible, or actually it is beyond terrible. For breakfast my wife had to wait an hour and and half for a hard boil egg, couple of cold cuts of ham, cheese, cucumber and olives, an HOUR AND A HALF! But in general the food we ordered in the restaurant was always late and if a group of people order food together which we almost always did, the food never came together, always one by one and always extremely late, we estimated that the food arrived 50 min after ordering. The tardiness with the service could be forgiven if the people working here would be nice and polite, but it felt like the people working at the restaurant was doing us a favor for letting us order food at all, in other words they just felt rude. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of the location (which is wonderful) and for the fact my best friends wedding was near by.

Beautiful small hotel, with amazing view and private beach. The staff is really nice and helpful, ready to give you advice about places you can visit, or things to do. The food is ok — nothing special, but it's not necessary to eat somewhere else. Clean and cozy rooms, each of them with unique design. A drawback is the location — if you don't have a car, you can't go anywhere. Beside that, if you are looking for some quiet and peaceful hotel, this is your place.

If you're sleeping in the Bungalow just make sure to have some blindfold with you as you got full light all over the night coming into the room. If you always wanted to get ready by sunrise this is the hotel you need to stay!
Maybe they should think about buying some real curtains where you can't look through! Which should definetly be possible by this impossible price — performance!
The smell in the room is not a pleasure neither, but hey just let the window open… you will get free karaoke all night long from hotel besides!
