found the staff to be very polite and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub were very enjoyable.

Pros: 5 swimming pools, some with a hot water and hydromassage jets. Great for kids! Good chalet, well equipped. Complex area is nice and well kept. Location has variety of attractions around. Cons: noisy at night, road is very close. Kids room has only a few toys, most of them are broken.

Best restaurant manager Mariana Usheva. I am very impressed by her polite and down to earth behaviour with her team first and with the guests itself. I am giving her management 5 stars and to the restaurant staff who are always kind and hospitable. I am owner of the apartment in Aspen Valley.

Very nice place, for family vacation, or weekend getaway. Hot water in the pool and in free jacuzzi and sauna. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Nice breakfast, plenty of food.

Good hotel. Located 10 km from the ski lift Bansko, 2-3 km from the town of Razlog. To get there you need to be either by car or taxi, or use the free shuttle. Breakfasts and dinners without excess and variety, but the food is tasty enough, hungry to stay hard. The indoor pool in the hotel is small (20m long), there are two saunas (Finnish and Turkish), there is a jacuzzi. In summer, there is a street pool. There is a small gym (free of charge). There are tennis courts (for a fee).

The rooms are clean and spacious, but they need some update. We had an electric oven that was not functional, for instance. As for the half board — the breakfast is ok, but the dinner has no variety and no water included. The indoor pool is nice and the jacuzzi is big. The location is not great for skiing in Bansko (22 min drive to the ski lift facilities), so I would have expected more on the quality of the service.

Nice hotel needs renovation swimming pool ok sauna, gym ok steam bath was not working dinner buffet with the halfboard was terrible but breakfast was ok.

Nice place for a family vacation. Warm inside pool and jacuzzi, the only minus is probably the food. Good location for a day trips.

We were 3 couples with 3 babies and we stayed at a 3 bedrom villa. We loved it because it was clean, warm, fully furnished with everything you might need and very spacious. The place is very kids-friendly with plenty of things to do. It is excellent value for money.

Great location in the valley between two major mountain ranges. Nicely designed houses that are bit run down nowadays. The service was not that great.
