Excellent hotel, very good service, comfortable. The staff is very professional and friendly. Our room is always very clean; I felt very well taken care of. I recommend it 100%, it is very well located.

Ok, didn't like the fact I couldn't bring any friends up to my room, and the decor could be better.

Beautiful Hotel with a warm attention. Excellent Breakfast. Easy access to the sea just 50mts from the avenue and the possibility to take towels and parasols. Terrace with swimming pool with beautiful view to the sea and the Christ behind. Highly Recommended!

Great location 1 block from the beach, the room service is very good and the room are clean, good size, and with a balcony.

I had a reservation made by booking in high season, when we arrived the hotel had no record of our reservation and there was no availability whatsoever. We were not solved the inconvenience that was oblivious to us and we were left without lodging luckily we found another. If it were not enough the hotel had already charged part of the stay, a shame and total lack of efficiency and efficiency of both the staff and the person in charge.

Great hotel close to Copacabana: I was unable to open the front door even once staff always present and vigilant. It has a swimming pool and sauna.

Very good overall attention of all the people who work in the hotel. They guide, support and always look for a way to respond to any concerns that one has. The place is clean, for breakfast they have good variety. It is very well located, just one block from the beach, give you parasol and towels to go or for the pool that is on the top floor. The pool is accessed by stairs up a floor and not occupied because we found it girl.

Possibly the best hotel I've been in the world! Mostly because of it's staff. Everyone was very friendly and super polite. From the guy who opens the door to you, to the front desk person. The breakfast buffet was well served and the coffee was great. The room was very clean with a massive bed and great shower. It also had cable TV. The location was not on the beach but only half block behind. It also offered nice views from the pool area on the terrace. Overall it was a perfect stay and I highly recommend it to anyone. I wish all the hotels had such amazing staff as this one has.

This hotel was horrible. The front desk was not very helpful. They nickle and dime you on everything in the hotel. The breakfast was horrible. You can also not have guests in this hotel either. They charged me $150 to have a guest spend the night. Stay Away from this place.
