The breakfast is pretty good compared to other here. Don't pay for upgrade they all look the same. DON'T drink the water in refrigerator that will cost you a lot. And the same with the hotell, quite expensive.

Simple hotel in close proximity to Copacabana. Only approx. 300 m to the beach. The staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast is OK.

Full breakfast, not all employees were friendly but if you speak Portuguese better. It is well located it has the bus stops in front (one of them leaves you from the airport Galeao) they have a supermarket nearby and restaurants and a cashier from the Bank of Brazil. The rooms are spacious and the pool area is nice with a view of the Morros.

I'm Uruguayan, I was in August 2017. Excellent service from all the staff. Thank you all very much. They speak their native Lungua, Spanish and English. I never had any problems with the language, they always had the best disposition to attend.

Good facilities. Attention of their deficient employees. Little kindness. They only speak Portuguese, they don't make the slightest effort to understand you. Regular room service. Little emphasis on cleanliness. Sandpaper-type towels. Sheets well. Good breakfast. Small pool. The terrace can only be used with limited use. At night can not be used and that Q has a nice view. The reception turns off the lights and you can not use it at night. Details to change it to improve.

Excellent rooms and a great service. Hope to be back there soon.

Good location, 3 blocks from Copacabana or 3 blocks from Ipanema. The attention is good in general. The rooms are fine, although not modern, they perform their function perfectly with spacious and clean bathrooms (no bidet but if a hose to do it manually). Breakfast is the most remarkable of the place, very varied and for all tastes. It has a gym, sauna and pool.

Excellent place to stay in the heat of copacabana. Near both ipanema and copacabana beach with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Highly helpful staff who are easy to communicate with. With their help we managed to do everything we came to do and more. 10/10

Great location close to both Copacobana beach and Ipenema Beach. Great places to eat near by. For South America I would give it 5 stars on an international rating I would say 4. No free water in bedrooms. Excellent staff.

Good location, very good attention and service.

Terrible service from people at the reception. Every time you ask them for some information they will behave showing not respect for you at all. People at front desk won't care about customers at all. Like they are not being paid to be polite and treat people very well. DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL unless you want to be treated very bad.

THE WORST Experience OF MY LIFE
I got married in June, 2014. The last stop of my honey moon was in Rio de Janeiro, for the FIFA World Cup at Maracana Stadium.
I payed, for the tickets, $2000. Unfortunately, I was already on honeymoon when I received the tickets at home, in Italy. So, my mother shipped the tickets at my hotel in Rio. A four stars Hotel.
When I checked in and asked for my tickets, they told me they had been delivered, the previous day, at someone with my same name, but:
-The staff didn't ask for ID
— No receipt was released
-and, most important, this person was not a hotel guest
I had no answer when I asked about my tickets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager just ignored my wife and me.
In my opinion, the tickets were stolen and reselled by a staff member.
Brazilian police investigated but the damage is invaluable. Furthermore, my honeymoon has been ruined.
I got legal aid by a famous Brazilian law.
My opinion?
Run away from this hotel!
"The worst experience of my life! "
I had decided to conclude my honeymoon, going to see the final of the World Cup in the "Temple of Football": the stadium "Maracana" in Rio de Janeiro.
I had bought 2 tickets for the World Cup final spending almost 2.

Very good service and location.
