Very friendly staff who work there, all speak Spanish and also have a nice facilities, nice room, they recommended us to do every day and the truth that was very good everything we recommended from beaches to places to go to dinner!

Rooms in dormitories only, little space but a lot of storage. The hostel is very well located with the Metro in front and 4 blocks from the beach.
Evenings scheduled every night with a staff and volunteers at the top.

The place its feels like the own house. I love it.

Lacks atmosphere, aircon did not work and beds were terrible.

Loved the place and the people in the front desk, they're super friendly and the hostel has a super family-friendly vibe. The only thing that I didn't like too much was that the female room felt like a bunker, felt a bit claustrophobic. The price is good for the room and amenities. Would definitely stay again, also… IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, is the perfect location.

Cute hostel, has many rooms, I was in two rooms, the two quarts were small but with enough space, the truth that we were comfortable the room, I think this was the hostel that had bathrooms everywhere, also means guys but the good thing is that All the bathrooms had showers and could be used all. It is a high hostel to stop at COPAAA because it is in the order of everything! Re near the subway and the beach 2 blocks I think it was!
I remember that in this hostel the breakfast was good! AAAA and something important that the hostel has air conditioning! You can be in re Comodo, considering that in the summer outside it is hot heat!
I was at the end of last year and was remodeling a little everything, that was a bit unlike but super understandable, it looked like they worked at the hostel to keep it every day! Good Housekeeping!

The beds below are very small in my opinion. The service is the best. It is located in front of the metro station and the beach is very close. You have everything a few blocks away. Reception 24 HS. Ideal to spend a few days in Copacabana.

The people are very friendly, you can share with people of other countries, the ambiete is super nice and youthful, and the price is very affordable.

Very good attention, very good hygiene. And very good vibes. I take away one star for that the terrace is not as in the photo but it is a very good option.

Reception staff are great, very helpful and all speak English exceptionally. Location is also amazing, directly across from a Metro station and a 5 minute walk from the beach. Before you book, make sure you know that this is pretty strictly a "party" hostel. Loud noise until 1am (at least), people stumbling into your room at all hours of the night and sleeping until the next night in some cases. Not a very clean hostel, despite the cleaning staff seemingly working round the clock (and blocking off the kitchen for large amounts of time) there still were cockroaches in every room. Some of the cleaning staff themselves were also very loud and rude.

I had a good time here. I met some nice people.

Staff are really kind and helpful but the place is a big messy, too much noise and dirty. For the price maybe worth it. But be prepared, the place is not good.

An economical place, with good atmosphere and very close to Copacabana. The dinners are paid to part but they are very good.

Good place to come alone or with friends. Good location, super friendly treatment of the people of the hostel, an ideal place to meet people, the rooms and bathrooms are small but I had no major drawbacks. Visitors are usually very friendly so I recommend to meet some traveling companion.

We stayed with friends in a private room, we liked the style, the people, the attention, but we got a very small room and in the kitchen there are few utensils if you want to cook or have breakfast.

No ambiance, staff not helpfull, and place not very clean. Not bad but you can find so much better for same price on the neighborhood.

From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed. The facilities were very clean and the atmosphere was very cool. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location is wonderful, it is very easy to get to the popular spots in Rio and way to easy to get to the beach ;). I highly recommend this place.

Very convenient, 5 minute walk to the promenade. Service at the reception is cheerful, prompt, will tell. There is a kitchen for cooking… Super.

Great location, prices are good and breakfast its already included in the price. Toilets and rooms were kept clean 24 hours. Kitchen is well equipped. Staff is all the time trying to give you the best advices. Beaches are only 5 minutes walking.

I was traveling in Latin America for more than 7 months, the care I received at this hostel didn't it have nowhere elsewhere. Them receptionists are willing to answer thousand and a questions, always well willing to recommend you things to do, places to go eat, where go and where not, you help to organize rides…
The rooms are large and clean, each bed has its own locker, that if everyone has to carry his padlock. Breakfast is made up of different varieties of fruit, coffee, tea, bread, ham, cheese, cereals and jams.
The cleaning is very good.

He try of his people and the good wave and energy of the place makes that wants to stop there whenever go to River, its location, the best, near all! Cleaning excellent! I love!

Hostel well located, the staff that works there this well informed especially what takes place in the city. Hostel clean, breakfast included in the price, very well located, ideal for travel only or in group, there are people of all over the world.

Good location, has all the necessary amenities and enough during a time of travel, also very close to the beach of copacabana and the Center. You can make good relationships inside and it also has a good staff where help you in what you need.

I loved the place, the ambience, the pieces and the space is ample and safe to store my suitcase. (Bring padlock) The best part is the cleaning. Every day was cleaning of rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable living room, tables, great breakfast in the kitchen, and good Wi-Fi. Attention perfect, you know a lot of people and form bonds wonderful with everything.

Before coming to Rio, some friends had told me much about El Misti Hotel, arriving there, I met super people comfortable, warm, with lots of good energy, attention was excellent, since its reception, breakfast and check out! by God I remember it as if it had been yesterday!
