Localização é excelente, próxima a via gastronômica de Joinville com acesso direto ao shopping Muller. Mas as instalações e quartos estão não somente ficando ultrapassadoals, mas também velhos e com alguns problemas (ralos entupidos, carpets manchados etc). Embora não chegue as ser um problema acabam diminuindo o prazer de estar no hotel, especialmente com a expectativa natural do nome Bourbon. De modo geral o serviço e atendimento são bastante bons, com funcionários cordiais e simpáticos. O preço é super justo considerando localização e padrão geral do hotel, apesar das ressalvas acima.

Bom hotel. Bem localizado, bom café da manhã, bom atendimento. Instalações um pouco antigas, entretanto confortáveis e limpas. O acesso ao shopping é um fator importante, pois da opções diversas de restaurante.

I haven't been there as a guest, but the auditorium is nice. All the places are clean, including the bathrooms. Most of the chairs are relatively comfortable. You have access to the mall from the inside of the hotel as well. The staff is prompt to help you if you need anything.

Good location with impeccable facilities.

I've never been there as a guest, but as a convention center it's spacious and clean in the rooms upstairs. Parking is a issue though, there are no parking spots and access to the reception even for a cab is not easy, very small and clumsy. There is vallet service but they park ykur car inside the shopping mall that's connected to the hotel building.

Good hotel, needs updates. Sometimes it smells like fast food due to the proximity to the mall.

The Bourbon Hotel was a clean hotel with good service. The hotel staff spoke some english and was capable of answering my questions and booking my room without issues. There is a restaurant on the 3rd floor which serves breakfast in the morning. An entrance to the attached mall can also be found on the 3rd floor. The rooms were small but clean. Good hotel that is located near a lot of great bars and restaurants.

Local bonito, equipe dedicada e muito educada.

Execelente atendimento, amplo local, salão de convenções formidável.
