I charm I was 1 week and amee all, the attention of the staff cleaning the cafe spectacular. Super recommended.

My experience was very ugly. Small room, bathroom without hot water, with an electrical installation only in the shower Q gave us current. Wi-Fi is not working. Breakfast was not varied, the dinner was not varied and it was noticeable the recycled meals the day before.
We had extra expenses for eating out. In addition it is not safe to miss the room a toallon of our property and we had no good attention either at reception or laundry.
The only redeemable are the pools and the employee Adrian who collects the tables.
The other staff nothing attentive.
We do not return or free, of course I already made claim to the agency where you contract trip.

Very nice hotel, the food I liked very much, the location is comfortable to get to the center or to the beach. I liked it very much and it takes place for activities in case of bad weather.

Good attention your food very nice but if you fall sick in bed you don't eat. They don't give you room service. Negligence in the care of stairs in the outdoor pool they were slack and I fell stuck on one leg. Its pools and Yacuzzis air-conditioned a delight for our bodies. The hotel has half board and walks if Q is not going in excursion like me.

We went on vacation in January 2015 and stayed at the posada tropicanas beach, all very clean, highly recommended and the service at the hotel 10 points! We recommend the water slide and heated swimming pool.
