We asked for a double for a couple and we were placed in room with separate beds, we were given option to change but far away from our children so we could not change. The evening buffet with little variety. Pool cleaning and baths can improve.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. And very good price. For dinner I also recommend it, my children of 6 and 2 years did not pay and we 58 real each, for the variety and quality of the food did not seem expensive. Also if you have breakfast well you do not need to have lunch. Another thing I loved was that in the hallway of the rooms there were two mini room one for ironing clothes and another with microwave to warm up mamadera or baby food and it has a pool with sponge and detergent… it was great for me to warm the bottle to any Ier hour without having to disturb in the kitchen.

A good hotel to rest, nice rooms, good location with respect to the airport and a good menu for dinner with buffet and / or a la carte food options.

We had booked one room and got another. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Good care, except at the reception of a particular person.

Very good to spend two or three days. Comfortable. Excellent Wi-Fi. Poor television at the level of image quality and not of TV5 Monde. The buffet is repeated a little if you spend 3 night but it is rare that one exceeds. Room a little small but very clean excellent bedding, impeccable bathroom. Very nice pool! Bar with lots of cocktails! Staff very available, responsive and friendly, speak English well.

Good infrastructure and well maintained. But services are slow and the internet Wi-Fi is practically non existent.

The Wi-Fi did not work and out ac started leaking, leaving our floor all wet.

The staff was friendly and helped where they can. The hotel had everything. Heated pools, free breakfast, Wi-Fi, sauna and a gym.

The hotel is nice but don't count on having Wi-Fi. I called the reception few times asking why my Wi-Fi is not working and they kept telling me that someone will come and check it out… oh well, I am still waiting :)

The truth that the hotel surprised me, not waited to be so good!. Modern and a continental breakfast as few hotels Iguazu falls! Very recommended!

The workers and the reception desk were super helpful. We got lucky and one of them spoke a lot of English. The other workers' English was minimal. They were able to arrange for our taxi the following day and gave us recommendations for food around the city. We had a room with two full beds. The room looked clean. The bathroom also looked clean but there were minor details that were overlooked. Like the top shelf and top of the sliding door metal frame. Both had dust. The choice of tiles for the bathroom made it appear old. The sliding shower door was only for 1 door. There was a hold next to the AC unit in the wall. Just poor workmanship. There was also a hole in the closet for wires and that was not patched up. The beds were comfortable as well as their pillows, The AC unit worked well. There was a hair blow dryer already in the room. They provide soap bar and shampoo. The internet was limited to 2 devices per passport #. Internet was kind of slow, limited to 2mb. They need faster internet and remove this limit. Makes no sense in this day and age to limit devices. One person can easily have 3. We did not their breakfast or dinner. One thing to note was that this place had leaks in their roof. So sad. They need to get this fixed Overall we were comfortable here, but the choice if interior design material used in the rooms and hallways were lacking. I would recommend this place. Taxi from the hotel to the airport was 40 reals or $16 USD.

The lobby is spacious, a cool place of refuge from the heat and very modern in design. The food is delicious and plentiful. The pool is lovely. The rooms. Way below par. Sparse. Barely an outlet to charge any appliances like camera battery chargers and a computer, let alone an ipad. The linens are ho-hum and not enough towels. The toilet seat is a disaster. My benchmark for a 3 star hotel is The Hampton Inns chain. They never disappoint. This doesn't even come close. And don't ask for any converters so you can plug anything in. Not available. Staff not overly friendly. Would not come here again.

The rooms to the road are really loud as they don't really isolate from any noise. The food for breakfast is a rather boring buffet, lunch and dinner not really any better. The people are really friendly, although most didn't speak any or only rudimentary English. The rooms were clean but run down. The bathroom is just not up to standard if you call yourself a designer hotel. The shower was just not worth mentioning. The room really missed a comfortable seat, as the beds were on wheels and moved away from the wall when you wanted to read something.

Decent hotel in the area. The hotel is only a few years old. Our room was simple but spacious. The room could have used more light, but was otherwise fine. There is a decently sized outdoor pool and patio. The hotel has a small bar and restaurant. The included breakfast buffet was good. There is Wi-Fi in the hotel (I did not use it), but it costs an hourly rate.
