Excellent attention from the staff, very nice room and terrific breakfast, all excellent!

Service was nice fast and everything was good, not excelent but still really good.

Nice, clean, good location. But corridors very noise so, if you come ask for a room in a corner.

O Hotel é excelente nos quesitos limpeza, localização, atendimento e café da manhã. A deficiência fica por conta da falta de tomadas em alguns quartos e a dificuldade de água quente também em alguns quartos.

To be honest I found This Hotel as a Old time Lodge with Basics. For example Their Lifts are from old era. I can prepare my Tapioca in that Travell time from ground for to 10 th. Super slow and small tiny lift. They have one gift shop here. Which is cheaper than those closer to foz de Iguazu. They Don't have Toothpase, Toothbrush stuff. Soaps provided in rooms are tiny. No doormat in Bathroom. TV is small too. Fridge is empty. Staff is helpful. Sometimes they might add hidden charges. Sorry for this negative review. I m disappointed with Breakfast variety. Not so fresh breads. Just fruits like Papaya and Melancia. No fresh fruit juice. Milk variety is there. But no cheese option. Just Prato slices and peto or presento. No serving spoons for Jam. Overall disappointing breakfast variety. Waiting room on ground flr crowded. They have 2 massage chairs. If people sit there in case the room is full. After some time Siren start s as if the person who sit on that chair had made some mistake by sitting on that chair. Quite insulting. I would like to give them 2 out of 5 stars. Not happy. Sorry for being straightforward in my review.

Good position, very clean rooms and great breakfast. The only problem is that they almost don't speak English, but if you try with Spanish they understand.

Cute according to the rating of three star hotel. Comfortable room with a good bed with good quality bedding. It also has a small desk. The right bathroom. All impeccable.

The hotel needs inprove your acomodations, becaus the rooms don't have frigobars, the attemption of employers are good, but the hotel need improve your rooms.

The hotel is very nice and excellent location one block from the terminal and one of the Av. Brasil, the main. But its rate did not include Yuna rate of 10reales and 2reales per person and per day for cleaning… And they told us at check out… Bad Attitude.

I stole Lá van from the door of the hotel the hotel does not have parking as it says the published and do not resposables anything. I'm sim knowing what to do… no apology. Not even a free coffee for a setback.

Good breakfast, except the coffee was regular, beautiful pool. Supermarket nearby. I remembered the price. Highly recommended.

Toilet smelling very bad. Don't have service room. Don't have refrigerator in the rooms.

This hotel needs a makeover, mainly the bathrooms. In the room no minibar, do not do room service, elevator always ocupado… cleanliness is OK and breakfast not spectacular but good. Nice staff.

Regular Hotel. The pros include: excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Cons: The entrance to the extremely narrow upper parking lot, and also the very fine walls of the rooms. You hear even when you breathe next door. However overall it is a budget hotel, and the value for money is adequate.

Arrived in the middle of a thunderstorm which definitely contributed to this hotel's hideously creepy vibe. Long dark corridors, were paired with awquardly placed empty chairs and eerie religious singing. A large cross also hanged above reception. The whole place was terribly dated but funtional. The room was clean although the walls were very thin. Nonetheless I did have 2 nights good sleep. There was a good choice at breakfast. Didn't try the pool. Location is great for restaurants and is even opposite a taxi rank. There's a games room and also a dedicated tourist desk to book excursions / transport in reception too. Found it odd that they allow the intrusive sellers of tat i. E. Disposable ponchos and phone cases to operate literally outside the front door. There was even one guy selling fake rolex watches all day outside the front.

The staff is very polite and respectful. Its location is great, near restaurants, supermarket, drugstores. The room is simple, but it has cable tv, Wi-Fi internet. The breakfast food is good.

The room was ok. The bath was terrible. There was water dripping from the ceiling.

Cheap hotel, good fpr the Price but there was mold on the roof of the bathroom.

Very good location. It's very near the bus station so you can get around easily. The breakfast also has a pretty good selection of food. Rooms are clean as well.

It's okay, nothing way special. There is a swimming pool that I didn't use for going during winter. The room is tiny. The breakfast is good. People at the reception don't really know how to deal with their guests. Ah! When you leave they are gonna charge you the tourism fee and also say there's another fee for the workers there that is also expensive. They should include these fees when you get in. Also, the transport they say they offer from the hotel is actually the taxi service from the city and costs around R$55, 00 to the airport at night time (my flight left at 5 o'clock in morning so o had to leave hotel at 4). However, as I got a good price with the Expedia booking website, I would go back.
