Wonderful, just could the pool be heated, it would look perfect!

I presented a couple of friends with the night of nuptials, I went to the hotel and the start service was great, we made the reservation with 2 nights, we were told that the couple could use the pool and sauna and so we stayed with the hotel for its differential. Then we received the news that unfortunately the hotel did not comply with the agreement, my wife called and Diego who is who takes care of the reservations was to give us a return, we sent messages via wpp, e-mail but we did not get answers more than a month.
here is our disappointment with the service and disrespect with the customers, if we recommend the hotel? No.

Great rooms, but it has failures in some details.

Nice hotel with reasonable prices, good installations and breakfast. The major issue is the noise level at night in the front rooms due to heavy traffic on the front road. Ask for rooms on the back of the building.

A comfortable hotel, clean with good room service and good breakfast but one got to get a cab, uber or rent a car if there's will to visit Curitiba Downtown.

Good place to stay overnight after a car trip or after work. Use to stay here for a long time ago and still a good place, clean, good shower, good breakfast, good pool.

Hotel is very good for me price but place is very noisy.

Nice location for an overnight stay during a car travel. It is located beside a main highway (BR-116). Not all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and the acoustic isolation of the rooms located in front of the highway is not fully effective. This may be annoying to sensitive ears, but tolerable. My room didn't have water glasses, always necessary. The breakfast is very good and the personnel nice. The parking lot is open but safe, fully equipped with surveillance cameras and watchmen. There is a very good restaurant in the same property, a valuable ammenity for tired and hungry travellers. Overall, it is a very good place.

Good food, excellent View, good attention AND very good rooms.

Stayed overnight. The room was clean and with a good size. Just in front of the highway BR116. Price was really good considering what was provided.

This hotel is very good. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable. All rooms have air conditioning and a minibar. The hotel has a fitness center and swimming pool for recreation, and beside it there is a steakhouse serving multiple meat dishes at lunch and dinner.

The hotel is very well located are the rooms are bigger then I expected. But the breakfast could be better.

Good place, good rooms and good customer service. I will back in the hotel.
