A wonderful place to delight the palate.

We loved the hotel; very complete overall. Excellent attention from the officials of the same. Very good location facing the sea, and excellent food. We highlight the numerous activities carried out in this hotel; live music, pool activities, kids space, etc. The only downside we had was the Wi-Fi connection for a day and a half did not work; but it's really a 4 star. We would definitely come back.

Went to spend a week and a few more days at Esmeralda a couple of months ago. Having stayed in there with an all-inclusive guest service, I can assure without doubt that I ended up having a total blast. Me and my family got to relish an all manner of services, many of which included a truly wide menu offering multiple meals and dishes in breakfast, lunch and dinner, not to mention the additional food and snacks provided in a booth located alongside the pool. The food for tea time was correct enough to satisfy us. In addition to this, I cannot help but positively remark a special gift we were given on Easter. The fact that the hotel decided to present guests with Easter eggs was an unexpected surprise and a nice touch of attention. Plus, since the hotel is only a few meters away from the coast, you can appreciate the picturesque scenery and the splendid beach from the upper rooms. I was so impressed as it has been the first time I was given a room with sea view. The staff were caring and attentive whenever we approached them with inquiries or doubts, as well as the waiters and waitresses who were charismatic and made us feel like home. In short, I have no doubts Esmeralda Praia Hotel is one of the best places I have ever stayed in while being abroad.

Good structure, good food, but too noisi.

The place is excellent. Very attentive staff and they are in the details. Very good food and drink included in the all inclusive. The cleanliness is very good. They have even an ice cream parlor. Very good evening shows. Excellent care of the children in the daycare.

Very tasty food for both breakfast and lunch and the thematic dinners they organise. Very clean and comfortable bathrooms.
Small but comfortable single beds.
The only complaint is that the internet does not get well to the rooms.

Nice hotel. Comfortable and elegant room. Highly efficient staff and request, always ready to solve any situation. Insured and enjoyable entertainment. The food could improve, it is repetitive and with little variety. In general terms very nice hotel. I would return without hesitation.

The room and the view very nice. Good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast and good food there is not much choice. The pool is very nice but there is not enough space for the amount of people and you can not sunbathe in the lounge chairs as there is no room to move them. The beach that is at the exit of the hotel is public and there is no space and this pretty dirty I did not like.

At reception very well, cordials and patients. The small rooms for the number of people, we were three adults.
Breakfast, dinner, excellent snack.
The prices of very reasonable drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages and very clear accounts.
The inconvenience was for very noisy passengers and little deferential we recommended it, we were happy.

I stayed three nights in this hotel and I really loved it. Half board is perfect. Large room with sea view and at a decent price.

Really amazing. Nice place to take vacations. All inclusive is real. They change food style all days; so you never get boring with buffet food. In front of the beach. They should contract umbrellas to give this service for tourist.

The wonderful HOTEL, all its facilities perfect and prepared to provide total satisfaction to its guests. To families with both creatures and couples. Very well located. Beach and shopping center a few meters. Totally recommended. To go with family or alone.

I spent some incredible days. The people are wonderful and the service in general also only took a long time to make us the room and sometimes we arrived to rest and genius my to make the claim. But then I recommend it and I would go again the great Pass.

The structure OF the hotel is excellent, however the service is not good, they don't attend you politly. Bad reception.

First it far from being a four star hotel. Cleaning is a mess rooms DE LUXE are a Doghouse, suitcases had to be in the entrance hall there is no place where to put them. Request beds twin gave me double with a single pedestal table, I had to claim for the second, the food, medium hair, supposedly my room was overlooking the sea, Yes, watching the sea and the horizon, had a wall of approximately one meter thirty front, but pay with view to the sea. Sheets changed them every day, it seemed covers that do not exist had to remove them so they will be changed. I do not recommend it.

Excellent service. The Wi-Fi loses intensity in the sector pool. The snack is free. It might help more for the environment if given more carries towels and porta toallones. Direct exit to the beach not account with service for the same, or of parasols or of food for the same.

This place is paradise and together with the hotel make the vacation unforgettable.

I stayed with my family in February 2015. It was all wonderful until the anteúltimo day where I make the mistake of withdrawing money from my safe deposit box in the presence inside my room cleaning staff. When you return 1 hour later to my room I find my safe open and a shortage of u$s 400 of its interior. Given notice to the Manager, agree to review the cameras and give us a response, which does not happen. The next day we find and it tells us that the security camera does not take the access to our room because the car with clothes of the maid obstructs the vision. We ask you report scanner opening of the chest, which agree to provide us before our departure, and that would be at the hotel until 19:00 hs. The check-out 17:00 hs we advised the receptionist that already had been removed, and that the response to our complaint was, literally, "we Conclude that the maid would not steal the money because if so, out he would have stolen EVERYTHING, not only u$s 400 and that what we would find in our suitcase" (incredible but true), so we withdrew without any explanation on the part of the hotel and with the money that was STOLEN FROM OUR safe.

Very good choice. It is to recommend. Pile is very good and the beach access is enough coway. The food is pretty good but when contract did not have available the "all-inclusive" now if it is.
